Chapter 1: Introduction
Purpose
The document describes how to install and configure Avaya Call Management System (CMS)
Supervisor.
Intended audience
This document is intended for implementation engineers and system administrators who will install the CMS Supervisor Release 18 software for use with CMS.
Document changes since last issue
The following change has been made to this document since the last issue:

Changed the CMS release number to R18.

Occurrences of Windows Vista and Windows XP are replaced with Windows 7/8/10.
Added support for Integrated Reports in CMS Supervisor Web.

Listed latest browser and OS combinations for Supervisor Web client and Supervisor PC client.
Added a new chapter titled Installation and OS and hardware support of Network
Reporting.

Added a note in Appendix B regarding the time zone file in CMS R18 servers.
Added iOS 9 as a supported version by CMS Mobile Supervisor.
