Press the button, "Is this camera already in use?" when you

According to the network service provider’s policy, or the network
connection status, it may take a while to load.
Enables high quality video.
Depending on the network service provider’s policy or
network conditions, video and audio may not be
smoothly played.
It detects motion within the area set by the user.



Refer to the motion zone functions.

1. Tap on the Two-way Audio icon.
2. The Mic icon will appear.
3. Talk while pressing down the mic icon. Voice will be
recorded from the camera mic. After finishing talking, press
down the icon for two seconds so that the audio information
will be transmitted through the network.
4. Even if you did not activate the two-way audio function,
you can receive the audio sound of the video. In addition,
the microphone setting should be at least 1 or higher if you
want to use the two-way audio function.

When there are multiple users logged on to the camera, first person
who tap the Talk icon will have the control.
While the bidirectional audio is on, you need to tap the bidirectional
audio icon again to cancel the function.

General setting
If the router where your camera is connected to does not have
the UPnP function or if the camera is connected to a dual router,
your mobile device will be connected to the 3G or LTE network
in a relay mode and you will see the video for the first seven

minutes only. In relay mode, you can check [
video. When setting your device to a Wi-Fi network,you can
make a connection in general mode.
1. Tap <General>.

1. Tap the motion zone icon.
2. Connect to the motion zone mode.
3. After touching the video, drag it to set the area.

You can set a max of three motion zones.



4. If you want to run the motion zone in the area set, tap
<OK>.

Motion is detected only in the set area.

5. To delete the set area, press <Reset> and <OK>.
If you want to exit the motion zone setting mode, tap
<Cancel>.
To control digital zooming
The relay mode is used to transmit the camera video to a user’s
device through the samsung server even if the network condition is
not optimal.
The audio is useable in relay mode but if the bidirectional icon is set
to deactivation due to network problems, the audio is not available.
The HQ mode live screen is not available in relay mode.
If the router’s UPnP is not set, then you might be connected in relay
mode. The settings may differ depending on the connected
Broadband Router model. For more information, refer to the user
manual of the applicable router.
If you have trouble connection to the camera, visit "http://www.
samsungsmartcam.com", go to support page, and refer to
"Troubleshooting" on it.

is used to easily identify the
camera when you have more
than one.
Tap the <Setup> icon to configure a camera to be monitored.
You can also zoom in by pinch open using two
fingers on the screen. To zoom out, pinch close
on the screen.
Touch and hold to drag the screen in any
direction to reveal the hidden part of the image
if enlarged bigger than the screen.

In the case of SNH-1010N, you can
check <Night Vision> for a
camera to automatically operate the
IR lighting for two minutes
depending on the brightness of the
neighboring areas.
• WDR : You can compensate for
the backlight by making a dark
area brighter, and a bright area
darker.


For model SNH-P6410BN, video is saved in the SD card, not
Youtube. You can play it in the SD playing menu.
Phone does not allow you to play the private videos automatically.
To see the event videos on your phone, tap on the YouTube app and
sign into your account(same YouTube account used for the Camera).
While logged in to the YouTube, tap the YouTube icon to play the video
automatically.

Continuous recording automatically saves video to SD memory every
five minutes.
Manual recording is started by pressing the manual recording button
in the live video. If you close the app without releasing the button, an
additional 30 seconds of video will be saved before termination.
Event recording saves motion or audio for thirty seconds and if
motion or audio is detected again in the meantime, the amount of
saving time is extended.
In the case of manual or event recording while continuous recording
is ongoing, video play time can vary depending on the interval of
continuous recording (five minutes).
