IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Please read the instruction carefully before starting to use this product.

Danger

– To reduce the risk of electric shock :

Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning the treadmill.

Warning

– To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or physical injury :

The product should never be left unattended while plugged in.

Unplug the product from the outlet when not in use or before putting on or taking off clothes and other belongings.

2.

To avoid any danger, close supervision is necessary when this production is used by children, invalids or disabled persons.

3.

Be sure to use the product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use any attachment(s) not recommended by the manufacturer

4.

Never operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been damaged, or dropped into water. Please return the product to the service center of seller for examination and repair.

5.

Do not carry this product by the supply cord or use the cord as a handle 。

6.

Keep the cord away from hot surfaces or ground 。

7.

Never operate the product with the air vents blocked. Keep the air vents free of lint, hair, etc 。

8.

Never drop or insert any objects into any vent of the treadmill 。

Do not use or operate outdoors 。

Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is thin 。

Before turning the product power off, turn all controls to the off position then remove the plug from the outlet 。

Connect the product to a properly grounded outlet only 。

The product is only intended for household use.

If the power cord is damaged, be sure to ask the manufacturer for replacement to avoid accidents .The seller and correlative qualified professionals are as well as eligible.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

The products must be grounded first. If malfunction or breakdown occurs, grounding will provide a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.

The product is equipped with an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

Danger

– Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you doubt whether the products are properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet install by a qualified electrician.

The products is for use on normal 220V-240V circuit and contains a plug that should look like the one illustrated in the figure. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adaptor should be used with the product.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

Two persons are required to finish the assembly steps.

(Caution!! Please follow exactly the assembly steps below to avoid injury.)

1.

1. Put up the two computer handrail tubes of

Frame (A) as shown in the right drawing and tighten with hex screw (c). Then wedge left and right covers.

PS. To avoid danger, always assemble the treadmill with more than two people, do not assemble by yourself.

2. Then put up the left and right uprights as shown in the right drawing and tighten with hex screw (b).

CAUTION

Note: The Cylinder contains high pressure gas. Please avoid crash with other objects to avoid danger.

Note: If the Cylinder is hit, it might be damaged and cause the usage not smooth. The treadmill might fall while folding.

Note: This treadmill has four segments of shock absorber function. Different colors have different rigidity. Pull out the knob and turn it to choose the rigidity. Four colors represent four kind of rigidity.

The rigidity is from soft to hard according to the color red, yellow, blue and black.

This treadmill has a foldable mechanism for storage.

Stop all movements (including stopping the belt and remove power cord) before attempting storage. Then fold the main frame in the direction shown in the picture. Be sure the fixing plate inserts the tube of base frame. On the contrary, if you want to use treadmill, step on the fixing plate as the direction shown in the drawing. When it disjoins from tube of base frame, pull down the main frame as shown.

Stand beside the treadmill and the main frame will slowly fold to the ground automatically.

(PS. 1. To prevent from danger, be careful of children nearby. If you want to move the treadmill, fold the treadmill first, then move and hold your hands at the rear of the adjustment box; then make the treadmill descend until the wheels can be moved smoothly. You can then move the treadmill. )

(P.S. 2. DO NOT move the treadmill on uneven ground.)

(P.S. 3. To avoid injury, do not stand under the frame when the frame is descending.)

7.

MAINTENANCE

1. If the belt tends to move off from the centre, stop the treadmill. Take the L-shaped wrench and adjust the Hex

Screw in the Rear End Cap. For example, if the running belt is moving towards the left side, tighten the left Hex

Screw about 1/4 turn (clockwise). If the running belt is moving towards the right side, tighten the right Hex

Screw about 1/4 turn (clockwise). Switch on the treadmill after it has been adjusted. If you find that the belt has not moved to the proper position, please repeat the steps above.

Don’t use the treadmill until the running belt returns to the centre position.

(P.S. 1. This procedure is very important, if the belt is not in the centre, be sure to follow the above steps.)

(P.S. 2. The position of the running belt might not stay precisely in the centre, and the situation varies with how end-users use and the weight of end-users. No need to adjust the belt if it doesn’t rub against the parts aside.)

2. Depending on the usage of the product, please apply

SILICON on the board according to the chart below.

Use the L-shaped wrench to unscrew the bolt inside the

Rear Roller. Then pull the belt up and daub some

SILICON to the centre of the board. After that, adjust the belt to the centre of the deck, followed by tightening the screw to the original set.

(PS. When the belt is sliding, please follow the above method to lubricate the running belt.)

8.

COMPUTER OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

I. General Operation

1.

Turn on the treadmill.

2.

Put the safety key in the recess of the console.

At this time, the buzzer will sound for warning and the window will display” □ 0 ”, which means the treadmill has entered into the start/ready state. Under this mode, you can grip hand pulse sensor to detect the heart beat value.

3.

Press and the MANUAL LED will light. The treadmill will start with a speed of

1.0km/hr. During workout, press keys to increase/ decrease speed( also can press fast speed buttons press to contr ol the angles

to instantly choose the speed you need) or

of inclination . Press and the treadmill will stop running( press hold the one time, the window will display . If press the second time and

button for 3 seconds, treadmill wi ll automatically reset to the

START/READY position)

4.

Under start/ready state, you can press into other function

** If the safety key/clip is not placed in the recess of the console, all windows will display

“----”, which means the treadmill doesn’t enter into start/ready state.

** When the SAFETY KEY is taken off and then replaced, the treadmill will not reposit from any position it is. You need to press start key to perform the reposition.

** When the power is on, the treadmill will not reposit from any position it is. You need to press start key to perform the reposition.

** Under start/ready status, press stop key for 5 seconds, the treadmill will reposit from any position it is.

**During performing any program, by press stop key, the program will stop. If users want to resume to the program, press start key or press stop key again to leave the program and back to start/ready status.

MODE Function key

Under start/ready mode, press and MANUAL LED will flash, which means into function selection mode. Under this mode, press “ or " to switch

MANUAL 、 P1~P5 and HRC LED light.

6.

MANUAL function :

6.1.

When MANUAL LED is flashing, press and the MANUAL LED will stop flashing and keep light.

TIME LED will flash, at this time you can adjust the time.

6.2.

Press

and the motor will start with a speed of 1.0km/hr , at this time press

or ” to control the incline angles and the speed of the treadmill.

7.

P1~P5 Program Control Function (each PROGRAM has 12 segments)

7.1.

When the MANUAL LED begin to flash, you can press “ the desired LED of P1~P5 begin to flash, press

or ” until to confirm, after you enter the program control function, the corresponding light will keep on lighting.

7.2.

At this time, the CALORIES window will display the exercise intensive level( L1~L5 ) you can press “ or " to select the desired level and press to co nfirm.

7.3.

After the level is selected, the TIME window flashes, at this time you can press

“ or " to change the time, after the desired time is set, press to confirm and the TIME window will stop flashing.

** Time preset value : 25(min)

7.4.

Press and the treadmill runs according to the preset value of the program.

The speed and inclination of program’s 12 stages will change circularly according to the preset values. At the first time, the first segment will last 2 minutes, then the following will each last for 1 minute, when the time is achieved, speed and inclination will change directly.(During workout, press “ or " directly to control the speed.)

7.5.

During the function setting of P1~P5 , if press once, the unedited are preset values, press “

, the treadmill will start to run at

or " and then you can change the preset values of PROGRAM , but in the next stage, the values will be reset to the original values of the PROGRAM.

7.6.

For this treadmill, P1 is defined program, the meaning is shown below:

P1 9 HOLE : This program is based on 3500m , after you run 3500m according to the preset value , the program is then finished, and the treadmill will stop. This mode simulates the landform of a golf course , the difficult level is decided by the change of upgrade and downgrade.

7.7.

In each PROGRAM , there is one minute for the warm exercise before L1~L3 is executed, the speed is defined by the start speed of each LEVEL.

HRC function : (This function must be attached with chest belt pulse to finish).

8.1.

The program aims to exercise heartbeat. When operating, the heartbeat value is equal to the pre-set value, the angle and speed will keep steady to maintain the heartbeat value in certain range to achieve the exercising effect.

8.2.

When the MANUAL LED is blinking, press “ or " until the

HRC LED you want stops blinking. Press of HRC will stop blinking and continue to light. The program will order you to input value according to operating style below.

8.3.

LED of AGE light flashes, you can press or to adjust age. After setting, press

Age Pre-set : 30

to another option.

Range of age : 13~80 , Step is 1

8.4.

At this time LED of PULSE light flashes, the mode will request you to input heartbeat value. The value will change according to the age and please refer to the attached table in the rear of this indication. Then select the suitable value in the table.

You can press or to adjust heartbeat value. If you don’t make any change, press option.

8.5.

TIME window starts flashing, mode will request you to input time value. You can press or to se t sp ort time you need. Or press start move with no countdown.
