2. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Read all instructions before using the treadmill.

DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:

1. Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.

WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:

1. An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.

2. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.

3. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachment not recommended by the manufacture.

4. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.

5. Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a handle.

6. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.

7. Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.

8. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.

9. Do not use outdoors.

10. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

11. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, than remove plug from outlet.

12. Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only.

13. This machine is intended for household use only.

14. If the power cord is damaged, be sure to ask the manufactory for replacement to avoid the accidents. The selling agents and correlative qualified professionals are as well as eligible.

3. GROUNDING INSTRUCTION

This product must be grounded. If it should be malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

DANGER

– Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product - if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

This product is for use on a nominal 220V~240V circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in the figure. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.

No adapter should be used with this product.

5. ASSEMBLY STEPS

Two people are required to finish the assembly steps. (Please pay attention to follow assembly procedure , to avoid injury.)

1. Put up left and right Uprights and tighten with

Allen Bolt (b) (a). b a b a

2. Put Computer Console (A) on the Upright and connect Control Wires between Handrail and

Upright. Fix Computer Console with Allen Bolt

CAUTION

Note: The cylinder contains high-pressure, please avoid contact with any objects.

Note: If the cylinder were damaged, the frame would not be stable and may cause serious danger during folding up process.

This treadmill is foldable. All operation should be stopped when folding (include stopping walking belt, disconnecting power cord), then fold up treadmill as shown on the drawing. Please make sure the pedal stopper is exactly in the slot of preventing the frame from sliding down. Vice Versa, to unfold the treadmill, step on the pedal stopper with the direction shown on the drawing, then carefully unfold the treadmill frame on to the ground.

Do not release the frame before it touches the ground.

(Ps. 1. To prevent from any injury when moving a folded treadmill, hold on to the adjustment box with two hands. Then pivot the treadmill towards you until the wheels of the treadmill are rolling freely.)

(Ps. 2. Make sure the floor is cleared and flat when moving the folded treadmill around.)

(Ps.3. To avoid the injury, do not stand under the frame when the frame is descending.)

6. Maintenance

1. If the Walking Belt tracks off center to the right or left of the deck, first turn the power off. Then use a

6mm wrench (f) to tighten the rear roller bolt on the side of the treadmill toward which the belt is moving.

For example, if the belt moves to the left and the deck becomes exposed on the right, tighten the bolt on the left side of the frame. Tighten about 1/4 of turn (clockwise). If the belt does not move back to the center of the treadmill, make another adjustment to the same bolt. Once the Walking Belt has been adjusted closer to the center, the treadmill can be started again.

(Ps.1.This action is very important, please follow the above steps.)

(Ps.2. The potion of running belt might not stay precisely in the center with slightly moving the left or right side, and the situation varies with how end-users use and weight of end-users. When end-user use properly, the belt won’t scotch side rails. )

2. It is strongly suggested to follow the Table (in below) to apply lubrication on running deck. Please use 6mm wrench to loosen bolts in rear adjusting boxes. Pull up the running belt and apply lubrication evenly on the center of the running deck, then adjust the belt to the center of deck, follow by tighten the screw to the original set up.

(Ps. When the belt is sliding, please follow the adjusted method.)

7. COMPUTER OPERATION INSTRUCTION

I.

General Operation:

1. Turn on the treadmill.

2. Put the safety key in the recess of the console.

The beeper will sound and the windows will display 00:00 which presents the treadmill has been under

START/READY position, under this situation, user can hold the grip pulse sensor to detect heart rate value directly.

** It will show the relationship that whether the amount of the running is adequate under different age and heart rate:

3. Press to start. The treadmill will run at the speed of 1.0 km/hr. At this time, press “ ” to increase/decrease the speed or press “ will stop.(Press

” control incline angle. When press , the treadmill

once and Time Window will display the image of STOP. All the numbers will stop changing. After the treadmill pauses for 60 minutes, it will come back to the Start/Ready status, If press once, press it twice and hold it for 3 seconds, it will Reset to the Start/Ready status.)

4. Under Start/Ready status, also press to enter other functions.

** If the safety key is not placed in the recess, the TIME windows will display “-------”, which means the treadmill does not enter start/ready status.

** When running, if press , the values of Speed/Distance and CAL/Incline can be switched to display.

** When the SAFETY KEY is taken off and then replaced, it will not make reposition action any where it is. You need to press start key to perform the incline to reposit it

** When power on, it will not make reposition action any where it is. You need to press start key to perform the incline to reposit it.

** Under start/ready status, continuously press stop key for 5 seconds, it will make reposition action any where it is.

** During performing any program, if press stop key, the program will stop. If users want to continuously perform the program, press start key or again press stop key to leave the program and back to start/ready status.

MODE Function Key

1. Under START/READY position, press and right Speed window will blink. At this time, it enters selection mode of function. Under this mode, press

P1~P6.

2. P1~P6 Program Control Function (each PROGRAM has 12 sections.)

, to switch the function of

2.1When Speed window blinks, press or , to select P1~P6. When the Program that you want displays in the Speed window, press to confirm. Speed window will stop blinking.

2.2 After select Program, left Incline window starts to blink. Press or to change the grade (L1~L3) that you need. After select, press to confirm. Incline window will stop blinking.

2.3 After the grade is selected, center TIME window starts to blink. Press or to change time. After the time you need is set, press

**Time pre-set value:32(min)

Range of time:5~99(min)

to confirm. TIME window will stop blinking.

2.4 Press and the treadmill runs according to the pre-set value of the program,the speed and incline of program’s 12 stages will change circularly according to the pre-set values. At the first time, the first segment will last 2 minutes, then the following will each last for 1 minute, when the time is achieved, speed and incline will change directly.

2.5 During the function setting of P1~P6, if press

,the treadmill will start to run at once, the unedited are pre-set values, press “ or ” and then you can change the pre-set value of

PROGRAM,but in the next stage, the value will reset to the original value of the PROGRAM .

2.6 In each PROGRAM, there will be one minute for the warm exercises before L1---L3 is executed, the speed is defined by the start speed of each LEVEL.

Refer to the below chart for the preset parameters of PROGRAME:
