2. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Please read the instruction carefully before starting to use this product.

Danger

– To reduce the risk of electric shock :

1.

Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning the treadmill.

Warning –

To reduce the risk of burn, fire, electric shock, or physical injury :

1.

The product should never be left unattended while plugged in. Unplug the product from the outlet before taking on or off the clothes and other belongings.

2.

To avoid any danger, close supervision is necessary when this product is used by children, invalids, or disabled persons. So it is when the machine is working with such persons around.

3.

Be sure to use the product only for its intended use as described in this manual.

Do not use any attachment not recommended by the manufacturer in order to avoid any danger or accidents.

4.

Never operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug, is not working properly, damaged, or dropped into water. Please return the product to the service center of seller for examination and repair.

5.

Do not carry this product by the power cord or use the cord as a handle.

6.

Keep the cord away from hot surfaces or ground.

7.

Never operate the product with the air vents on the treadmill blocked. Keep the air vents free of lint, hair, etc.

8.

Never drop or insert any objects into any went of the treadmill.

9.

Do not use or operate outdoors.

10.

Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is thin.

11.

Before turning the product off, turn all switches to the off position then remove the plug from the outlet.

12.

Connect the product to a properly grounded outlet only.

13.

This machine is intended for household use only.

14.

If the power cord is damaged, be sure to ask the manufacturer for replacement to avoid accidents.

3.GROUNDING INSTRUCTION

This product must be grounded. If the treadmill should be malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.

This product contains a power cord with a grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

The plug must be plugged into a correct outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Danger — Improper connection of the grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a professional electrician or serviceman if you doubt whether the product is properly grounded. If the grounding plug enclosed in the product doesn’t fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

This product is for use on a normal 220V~240V circuit and contains a plug that looks like the one illustrated in the drawing. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet with the same configuration as the plug.

No adapter should be used with the product.

5. ASSEMBLY STEPS

Two persons are required to finish the assembly steps.

(Caution!! Please follow exactly the assembly steps below to avoid injury. )

1.

Pull out Control Wire with Guide

Thread in right Upright (D). After inserting left and right Uprights (C,

D) to the proper place, tighten with

Allen Bolt (a).

Ps.1. To avoid unexpected accident, always assemble the treadmill with an assistant, do not assemble by oneself.

Ps.2. When assembling the Upright, one person should hold the Upright to prevent it from falling.

2.

After Uprights are tightened, cap left and right Decoration Covers (E,

F) to the Frame and tighten them with Screw (c) according to the right drawing. c

3.

To assemble the Computer :

According to the right drawing:

Connect control wires between left and right Uprights and the

Computer. Then assemble left and right Uprights ( C, D ) and

Computer Console (A) with Allen

Bolt (b).

4.

Wedge the bottle holder (j) into the computer according to the right drawing.

6. CAUTION

Note: The Cylinder is made of high pressure.

Please avoid crash with any objective.

Note: If the cylinder were damaged, the frame would not be stable and may cause serious danger while folded up.

This treadmill have the foldable mechanism for storage, Stop all movement (include treadmill belt stop, take off the power cord) before storage, then fold the main frame as the direction shown in the picture. Be sure the fixing plate inserts the tube of base frame. Opposite, if you want to use treadmill , step on the fixing plate as the direction. When it disjoins from tube of base frame, be careful to pull down the main frame.

Please stands beside the treadmill and the main frame will be slowly to the ground automatically.

(Ps.1. To prevent from causing danger, be careful if the kids are around. If want to move the treadmill, must fold the treadmill, let hands hold on rear adjust box, then make the treadmill incline until the roller can be moved smoothly, then you can move the treadmill.)

(Ps.2. DO NOT move the treadmill on uneven ground.)

To avoid the injury, do not stand under the frame when the frame is descending.

)

7. MAINTENANCE

1. If the belt tends to move off from the center, stop the treadmill. Take the Hex Wrench and adjust the Hex Screw in the Rear Roller. For example, if the running belt is moving towards the left side, tighten the left Hex Screw about

1/4 turn (clockwise). Do the same to the right side. If the running belt is moving towards the right side, tighten the right Hex Screw about

1/4 turn (clockwise). Turn on the treadmill after it has been adjusted. If you find that the belt has not moved to the proper position, just repeat the steps above. Don’t use the treadmill until the running belt returns to the center position.

(Ps.1. This action is very important, if the belt is not in the center, be sure to follow the above steps.)

(Ps.2 The position of running belt might not stay precisely in the center with slightly towards the left or right side, and the situation varies with how end-users use and the weight of end-users.

It’s need to adjust the belt if it doesn’t rub against the parts aside.)

2 Depending on the frequency the product is used, it is advisable to apply SILICON on the board according to the below chart. First Hex Wrench is used to unscrew the bolt inside the Rear Roller.

Then pull the belt up and daub some SILICON to the center of the board. After that, adjust the belt to the center of the deck, followed by tightening the screw to the original set.

(Ps. When the belt is sliding, please follow the above method to lubricate the running belt.)

8. COMPUTER OPERATION INSTRUCTION

The symbol “ ” means MP3 jack. This jack will appear on the machines with

MP3 function.

I.

Start Display:

1.

If the SAFETY KEY is taken off, the matrix screen will display key picture

(as the picture below) and each function window will display ----. If the

SAFETY KEY is replaced , the matrix screen will display KGS (mile) for avoirdupois unit and the preset value is 70KG(150LBS) . Range is 23~180KG

(50~400LBS).

Whether finish setting or not, press ENTER, and this window will come back to start/ready status and the matrix window displays pulsatile heart-shaped picture. The aim of setting weight is to make a change of burning CALORIES. This can be only done after starting. It does not need to set in PROGRAM. It means you can use the value after starting. You must reset after starting again.

2.

During working, the beeper will make a sound for warning if the safety key works off, then the treadmill will stop working. At this moment, put the safety key back to the recess of console, and all the values will turn back to the initial values.

3.

If you don’t hold the Hand Pulse Sensor in general Start/Ready position, the

PULSE window will display HP. You will see the Pulse window display the heart pulse rates when you hold the Heart Pulse Sensors on the handrails.

II.

Operation Instruction:

1.

Under Start/Ready position, you can press Mode directly to enter the program edit.

2.

Under Start/Ready position, press Quick / Start to enter directly by pressing Manu run.

Press START Dot Matrix to display and after counting down for 3 seconds (3

Æ 2 Æ 1), turn on the machine.

** When the SAFETY KEY is taken off and then replaced, it will not make reposition action wherever it is. You need to press start key to perform the incline to reposit it.

** When power on, it will not make reposition action wherever it is. You need to press start key to perform the incline to reposit it.

** Under start/ready status, hold stop key for 5 seconds, it will make reposition action wherever it is.

** During performing any program, if press stop key, the program will stop. If users want to continue to perform the program, press start key or again press stop key to leave the program and back to start/ready status

.

III.

Edit Mode:

1.

Under Start/Ready position, press Program to select Program mode.

2.

Program mode : When editing, if directly press Quick / Start to start and for those unedited parts, the system will adopt the preset values. When editing, INCLINE and SPEED windows will all display first values and the matrix window will display the corresponding picture.

3.

WARM UP and COOL DOWN function: Under WARM UP or Program status, change speed or inclination, and the value will increase or decrease in the next level. COOL DOWN is not affected and STOP is the only function which can be carried out.

4.

PROGRAM has 32 levels in all. The first three are WARM UP, the last three are COOL DOWN. Everyone lasts for 3 minutes. The setting time except the six

minutes of the first and the last levels will be executed averagely by the rest

26 levels.

5.

9 HOLES mode have not functions of WARM UP or COOL DOWN . When distance is up to 3.5KM

, the motor will stop and displays ” End” .

IV.

Program Operation and Instruction:

Goal Mode

1.

Press Start, and it will begin to count down for 3 seconds, after that, the motor will start , and the speed will start at 0.8KPH

( 0.5MPH

) . The matrix window goes contrarotate like along playground, at the speed of 0.4KM

(0.25MIL).

2.

The speed STEP is 0.1 and press increase/decrease speed keys to select (the step is 0.1) or press instant keys1、2、4、6、8、

10 to select.

3.

The incline STEP is 1 and press increase/decrease incline keys to select(the step is 1) or press instant keys 2、4、6、8、10、

12 to select.

4.

TIME can be either set or not set:

(1) When TIME has been set, the window will display a time value counting down from the target value. When the time reaches 0:00, the treadmill will stop automatically.

(2) When TIME hasn’t been set, the window will display the exercise time.

When the time reaches 99:00, the treadmill will stop automatically.

5.

Press Stop when the motor is working, then the motor and the incline motor will stop and the matrix window will display Stop; If you press Start again, the motor will start after 3-seconds countdown, the speed will be kept at the same speed before stop, and the incline will be increased to the set height before stop.

6.

Under start/ready or pause mode, press Stop / Reset and hold it for 3 seconds, then it will come back to start/ready status.

7.

It will go back to the Start/Ready position after 5 minutes in the pause position.

8.

It will go back to the Start/Ready position after 30 seconds in the Run End position (or press Stop / Reset key).

9.

The time pre-set value is 0, range 20~99. When the time is edited at 20 minutes , you can press to increase or decrease, the increase step is 1.

If decrease , it will go back to 0 directly. During exercise, the matrix window goes contrarotate like along playground. The middle of LCD matrix window will display the circle values during performance.

V.

Program Mode

P1 Goal time:the preset value is 0min;range is 20~99min,step is 1 min.

1. Under Start/Ready position, press MODE to enter P1 control mode.

2.

After entered, press ENTER TIME and the window will blink. At this time, users can press MODE to select TIME, DIS or CAL to set. After selecting the function, press ENTER to enter this function to edit the values.

‹ Time setting value:0,0~99 minutes,the preset value: 0, step is 1 minute.

‹ Distance setting range: 0~999 kilometers, the preset value: 0, step is 1.

‹ Calorie setting range: 0~999 calories, the preset value: 0, step is 1.

1.1.

After function values are set, press ENTER to confirm. Press START to start to perform MANUAL program or after setting, directly press START to start. The time will count down.

1.2.

After TIME, DIS or CAL are set, press ENTER to confirm. If you want to cancel this setting and to select others, just press MODE to exit.

1.3.

Under MANUAL mode, if users have not set the function settings of TIME, DIS or CAL, directly press START and the treadmill will run at the speed of 0.8 KPH and the incline 0. During operation, press or to change the speed and incline range.

1.4.

Under PROGRAM RUN END or STOP status, if STOP is not pressed after

4 minutes, the screen will automatically come back to start/ready status.

P2 9 hole LEVEL:preset 1,range 1~10, step1,the distance is based on 3500.

P3 hill climb LEVEL:preset 1,range 1~10,step 1.

time:preset 30min;range 20~99min,step 1 min.

P4 hill run LEVEL:preset 1,range 1~10,step 1.

time:preset 30min,range 20~99min,step 1 min.

P5 interval LEVEL:preset 1,range 1~10,step 1. time:preset 30min,range 20~99min,step 1 min.

P6 rolling LEVEL:preset 1,range 1~10,step1.

time:preset 30min,range 20~99min,step 1 min.

P7 Weight loss LEVEL:preset 1,range 1~10,step 1. time:preset 30min,range 20~99min,step 1 min.

P8/P9 Custom time:preset 32min,range 20~99min,step 1 min.

PROGRAM has 32 levels in all ( SE01~SE32) and the pre-set values all are lowest value.

Setting : time , program execute value (setting time can execute in 32 level averagely ) .

P10 HRC distinguish as 65%、75%、85%、THR (Target Heart Rate) This function must be attached with heart beat to finish.

Dot Matrix window displays HRC.

The program aims to exercise heartbeat. During operation, the heartbeat value is equal to the pre-set value, the angle and speed will keep steady to maintain the heartbeat value in certain range to achieve the exercising effect.

After you select this mode, it will order you to put in value according to operating style below :

1. Under start/ready status, press PROGRAM to select the PROGRAM of P10 (HRC). The corresponding picture will display on the Dot

Matrix window. Press ENTER to confirm and enter editing program to control function.

2.

At this time, Dot Matrix window will display AGE. The values in the AGE window will blink(So does the Calories window).Press

to adjust the age(age range: 13~80,the preset is 30,step is

1.) The program will reckon the target pulse value according to the input age and press ENTER after confirmed.

3.

Dot Matrix window will display 65% control mode. Press to select among 65%、75%、85% and THR.

Under control mode, press ENTER after confirming.

‹ If enter 65%、75%、85% control mode, adjust the age (age range:

13~80, preset : 30,step is 1.) The program will reckon the target pulse value according to the input age and press ENTER to enter TIME setting menu after confirming.

‹ If enter THR control mode, Dot Matrix window will display THR and BPM (PULSE window) window will blink and press to adjust the age (BPM range: 50~220,preset: 100,step is 1.)

After confirming, press ENTER to enter TIME setting menu.

4.

Dot Matrix window will display TIME, blinking. Press to select TIME, DIST and CAL to set. After selecting, press ENTER to enter this function to edit the values. After setting, press ENTER to confirm and press START to perform the program or after setting, directly press START to start. It is performed when the time is counted down.

5.

After pressing MODE to confirm the set of TIME, DIST or CAL, if you want to cancel the function setting and to select other functions, just press MODE to exit.

‹ Time setting range: 65%/75%/85% 0,5~99 minutes,preset 0, step is 1.

IND 0,5~99 minutes,preset 0,step is 1.

‹ Distance setting range: 0~999,preset 0,step is 1

‹ Calories setting range: 0~999,preset 0,step is 1.

6.

Under HRC control mode, if users do not set TIME, DIS or CAL, directly press START, and the treadmill will start at the speed of 1 KPH, the incline of 0. When operating, the program will change the speed and incline angle according to users' pulse value.

7.

After perform HRC program, if any pulse is not detected in 30 seconds, the program will automatically shift to start/ready status.

8.

Under PROGRAM RUN END or STOP status, if STOP is not pressed after

4 minutes, the screen will automatically shift to start/ready menu.

9.

PULSE function: It will start to detect the message under sport mode, the calculation range is 40~220. The hand pulse and wireless pulse are both adopted and the wireless pulse is first.

● After entering into the mode function, the matrix window will display the preset program and the preset Level(L1) will display above the picture. This function is to select exercise intensity( L1~L10) . You can press to change the level you need and press ENTER to confirm.

● After level is selected, TIME w indow will start to flash. At this time, press to set the sport time you need. Or press Quick / START directly to start with no countdown.

**Time range:20~99 min,preset value: 30min,step is 1 min.

Error Signal Display:

E1: The treadmill can’t read the speed value.

E6: In the range of ADC, incline motor doesn’t run.

E7: Incline is too high or too low(exceed the range).

** If it has any error signal, please connect with the sale agent.
