The recommended temperature range for the Vinotemp VT-32BCSB beverage cooler is between 40°F (4°C) and 65°F (18°C).

To reverse the door swing direction, follow these steps: 1. Remove the top hinge assembly and keep for later use. 2. Transfer the plug buttons from the upper left holes to the uncovered holes at the right side. 3. Remove the door assembly and keep for later use. 4. Remove the right bottom hinge and left bottom hinge and install them on the opposite sides. 5. Re-install the door assembly with the door handle on the opposite side. 6. Re-install the top hinge assembly on the opposite side and tighten the screws.

To clean the beverage cooler, follow these steps: 1. Always unplug the beverage cooler before cleaning. 2. Do not use benzene, scrubbing brushes, or chemical cleaners. 3. Use only a mild, nonabrasive cleanser to clean the exterior of the cabinet. 4. Clean the stainless steel door and handle with a warm water and baking soda solution. 5. Wash the racks with a mild detergent solution. 6. Always dry all parts with a clean dry cloth before plugging the beverage cooler back into the receptacle.
