Volume Control for key telephones

The volume keys adjust the ringing, handset earpiece and loudspeaker volumes on the key telephones.

To adjust ringing volume

• When the phone is ringing, press the ∆ or ∇ keys

• OR when the phone is idle, press then the ∆ or ∇ keys and to save the setting.

To adjust handset earpiece or loudspeaker volumes

• When on a handset or handsfree call

• Press the ∆ or ∇ keys

The volume keys also adjust the two line LCD display contrast (not available on the super display).
