How to Install and Activate DIGIPASS For Mobile

Summary
This article explains how to install (provision) and how to activate the DIGIPASS for
Mobile Enterprise Security (ES) version.

Depending on the type of phone, the procedure and possibilities will be different.
1) iOS a) Provisioning
The only possibility is to install the DIGIPASS for Mobile application from the
App Store.
Be sure to select the Enterprise Security version of DIGIPASS for Mobile from the App Store. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/digipass-for-mobileenterprise/id541882261?mt=8 b) Activation
Activation can be done manually or via QR code.
Manual: you can find the activation data to use in the file adata.log
- serial number: the numerical part only of the serial number found in the acode.log file. E.g. in the acode.log file, you will find the serial number
VES8512954; the serial number to enter on the pone during activation is
8512954
- activation code: 20 numerical digits.
QRCode: for each serial number, a .jpg file is included in the package you received. Simply scan the QRCode that is contained in the image.
2) Android a) Provisioning
The DIGIPASS for Mobile application can be installed from the google play

Be sure to install the DIGIPASS for Mobile Enterpriser Security version, not the

In case you do not want to install the application from the google play store, the binary file is also delivered in the package you received (DPMOBESA.apk)
Please check your phone documentation for installation instructions. b) Activation
Activation can be done manually or via QR code.

The Blackberry OS must be at version 5.0 or higher to be able to run DIGIPASS for

The DIGIPASS for Mobile application can be installed from the VASCO provisioning website, from the BlackBerry App World or from BlackBerry
Enterprise Server or your own webserver. i) VASCO provisioning website: https://sc.vasco.com/provisioning/dp4mobile
The authorization code is included in the package you received.
After entering all the requested data, you will receive an SMS on the

automatically download and install the DIGIPASS for Mobile application on the BlackBerry. ii) BlackBerry App World http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/83914/ iii) BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or your webserver
In case you want to host the files yourself, the binary files are also delivered in the package you received.
The files in the OTA subdirectory can be hosted on your own webserver.
The files in the BES subdirectory can be used to push the DIGIPASS for
Mobile from your BlackBerry Enterprise Server to the mobile devices. b) Activation
Activation can be done manually.
Activation via QR code cannot be done on older BlackBerry phones.

In case you do not want to install the application from the VASCO provisioning webpage, the binary file is also delivered in the package you received.
The files DPMOBESJP.jad and DPMOBESJP.jar can be hosted on your own webserver. b) Activation
