PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The ST-VGA/RCA converts VGA video to baseband video and is perfect for PC video games, multimedia and Internet TV applications. The unit has 1 RCA, 1 S-Video and 1 VGA output connections and 1 VGA input. As the ST-VGA/RCA is powered by the PC’s USB port no separate power supply or connection is needed. The unit’s 2D flicker filter provides perfect static image quality with a display resolution up to 1024x768. Display features include zoom of selected image areas; adjustable brightness, contract and saturation; and window resizing and movement.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION

CAUTION: To prevent electric shocks and risk of fire hazards, do not use other than specified power source.

1. UNPACKING and HANDLING

Each unit is shipped assembled and factory tested.

Ensure that all accessories are removed from the container before discarding packing material

2. MECHANICAL INSPECTION

Inspect the front and rear of the equipment for shipping damage. Make sure the equipment is clean, and no connectors are broken, damaged, or loose. If equipment appears to be damaged or defective please contact your distributor or SecurityTronix at 1-610-429-1511 for assistance.

3. WIRING CONNECTIONS a. VGA IN – Using a standard VGA cable connect the ST-VGA/RCA to the PC or laptop’s VGA port. b. Video Output can be achieved in three ways:

 VGA OUT – Using a standard VGA cable connect the ST-VGA/RCA to monitor’s

VGA port.

 RCA Video OUT – Using the supplied RCA video cable connect the ST-VGA/RCA to a display device (e.g., DVR, monitor) using an RCA composite video port.

 S-Video OUT – Using the supplied S-Video cable connect the ST-VGA/RCA to a display device (e.g., DVR, monitor) using that device’s S-Video port.
