Directions for replacing your stock burner with your new Infrared Burner.

Remove the cotter pin that is located in the back of each burner on the outside casing of
the grill.
Pull your stock burner out by gently lifting and pushing the burner away from the front of
the grill.
Before installing the Infrared burner, you must peel off the plastic protective coating
located on both sides where the screen sits.
Insert the new Infrared burner by gently sliding it into place.
Be sure that you permanently remove the triangular flame tamer from its location to
allow the infrared burner to sit and work properly.
Operating your new Infrared burner

Turn the knob slowly to the high position.
2. After hearing the ignition snap. hold your knob in its position till the whole infrared unit

is lit.
. The infrared burner exceeds températures of 900 degrees: do not leave the grill
unattended.
Warning:
To ensure your safety do not operate infrared burner until you have fully read and
understand the instructions.
Do not allow children to operate the infrared burner.
Do not place any body parts over the burner for any period of time.
Be sure to keep grease tray clean to prevent grease fires.
Never pour water on or in grill at any time,
Never leave a grill in operation unattended.
