Thank you for purchasing the USB 1.1 Extender Keystone Insert (Transmitter). This device is designed to conquer USB length limitations and put your USB 1.1 devices where you want them. This solution extends the distance of a USB device to a host computer up to 150ft so you can place your USB projector, camera, printer, or any other USB device exactly where you want it! The USB Extender Keystone Insert is powerful yet simple, with no drivers to install or special software required. We recommend that you read this

manual thoroughly and retain for future reference.

NSTALLATION

Step 1

Install the USB Extender Keystone Insert in a Cables To Go or Quiktron wall plate, surface box, or any standard keystone and angled multimedia wall plate or patch panel.

Step 2

Install your USB SuperBooster/Extender receiver unit in the same manner as Step 1, if you are using the wall plate style receiver or if using the dongle style, you may position this where you your devices will be connected.

Step 3

Using a pre-terminated Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cable or terminate your own cable to connect the USB

Extender Keystone Insert and your USB SuperBooster/Extender receiver unit.

Step 4

Plug your computer into the source end (USB Extender Keystone Insert end) using a standard USB A/B cable.

Step 5

Plug your USB enabled device/s into the receiver end (USB SuperBooster/Extender receiver unit end) using a standard USB A/B, A/mini-B or proprietary USB cable that came with your device.

Step 6

Turn your computer/source on and you can begin to use your USB devices.
