STEPS TO PLAY BACK ORDERS FOR CLASSES

Sign on with TRAIAKO; NURSE_X (Current Month)
Go to Wiz Train (green hat) and select Station (5N for CP/MR class, 7N for RN)
Click on Enter Orders
If orders in Left Window-click D/C button at bottom
Select Discontinue Orders
Select All
D/C Selected Orders
Check Left window for Allergies. If present, click each one to Discontinue
If there are old Admission orders, type @911, then U for Utopia
Click on D/C button at bottom
Select Discontinue Orders
Select All
Click on Patient’s Name in Upper Left Window
Click on Manage Personal Orders
Select NEO RN or NEO CP
Click on Playback button
Reason for DVT- “I’m not a Physician” Submit order reason
Click on Done
Select No – RASS
Select Yes- Orders reviewed
Click on Accept orders
