SHARP Printer Installation using Setup.exe:

Press System Settings button on the Imager control panel.
Select List Print (user) on the LCD display.
Select Printer Test Page
Select NIC page. The NIC page will be output. Page 1 will show
the TCP/IP address assigned to your Imager. You will need this
information during the print driver installation.
5. Insert the Sharp Series Software CD-ROM Disc 1 into your
computer CD-ROM drive.
6. Click on the “MY Computer” Icon, select the CD-ROM drive.
7. Double-Click setup.exe.
8. Select English.
9. The End User License Agreement is displayed. Select Yes.
10. Select next
11. Select “Printer Driver”.
12. Select next.
13. Select “Standard Installation”.
14. Choose Your Imager from the list, (Refer to the TCP/IP address)
then select next.
15. Confirm if information shown is correct, then select next.
16. Select the driver(s) you wish to install, (For example; PCL5c and
PCL6) then select next.
17. Choose Default printer, select next.
18. Select next.
19. When prompted, select “Continue Anyway” for each driver
selected.
20. Select OK.
21. When prompted to restart computer, select yes.
When Computer reboots, go to the “Printers and Faxes” folder and
right click the Icon for each printer you created. Select Properties,
and then select “Print Test Page” to confirm the driver is functioning
normally. Also go to the Configuration tab and select the features
your copier has available.
