The MGC Manager supports two simple cascading modes: MCU cluster and MCU rollover. You can also set up enhanced cascading conferences with H.323 links and define ad hoc auto cascading conferences.

You can record a conference by enabling recording for the conference and managing the recording process through the MGC Manager or using DTMF codes. Recording can also be done using external recording systems through a recording port participant.

Entry queues allow participants to wait in a queue until the conference starts. The MGC Manager provides several services for managing entry queues, including IVR services and ad hoc conferencing.

The MGC Manager allows you to enable encryption at the MCU level, the conference level, the entry queue level, and the participant level. Encryption can be monitored to ensure its effectiveness.
