MGL Avionics Velocity ALT-4 aviation altimeter Operating Manual

The Velocity ALT-4 is an aviation altimeter with a wide range vertical speed indicator and a transponder compatible Serial RS232 & Parallel Gillham code output. It is designed to be used in uncertified aircraft, homebuilt aircraft and microlights (ultralights). The ALT-4 can display altitude in feet or meters and local pressure can be set in millibars or inches of mercury. It has a wide range VSI indicator (vertical speed indicator) that can be calibrated by the user once the instrument has been installed in the aircraft. It also records the maximum and minimum outside air temperature (OAT) and maximum altitude reached in permanent memory. The ALT-4 is a 3 1/8" instrument and has a standard 3 1/8" aircraft enclosure that can be front or rear mounted. It has large backlit graphic LCD with adjustable contrast.
