PEAK 15 Systems
Software as a Service
PEAK 15 Systems is provided as a service, not a product, which means
you don’t have to install any software—you will use PEAK 15 via the
Internet within Internet Explorer.
So what does “software as a service” mean in practical terms? It means
that we host the system on our own hardware at a centralized location,
allowing you to access the system from anywhere you have an internet
connection and Internet Explorer installed.

System Requirements
Minimum system requirements:
• Microsoft Windows PC or MAC
• Internet Explorer 10 or higher
Safari 6 or higher
• Microsoft Office 2003 or later (if using the email
integration, Excel export or mail merge functions)
Internet Connection:
Although there is no minimum requirement for the speed of your
internet connection, we generally recommend that regular users
have at least a DSL quality connection with 1 Mbps or higher
upstream and 300 Kbps downstream.

Internet Explorer Settings
While in Internet Explorer, open the
Tools menu and choose Internet Options
From the set of icons in the top section,
choose the Trusted Sites web content zone
In the new window that appears, you
will see a box near the top where you
can “Add this Web site to the zone:” In
this field, enter
https://*.peak15systems.com
When you have completed entering
the web address, click Add, then click
Close to save the entry

Select the Security tab
Press the Sites button
With Trusted Sites still highlighted
click the Custom Level button near
the bottom of the window
Internet Explorer Settings
A new window will open. Scroll down in the list until you see Use Pop-up Blocker under the
Miscellaneous Category. Click in the circle next to Disable as shown below.
Note:
This will Disable pop ups from being blocked in
PEAK 15 only. This will not enable pop ups on
any other web sites you may visit.
Click Yes to allow the changes...
...and then Click OK to close
