Freezers on Side-by-Side Counter-Depth refrigerators operate at excessively low
temperatures even though the set point is at zero.
To resolve this condition, order a replacement main control board. The replacement main
board will be upgraded with a new software to remedy this condition.
Order the original board and the appropriate service kit will be substituted. Or, order
