Replacement Guide
Before carrying out the following, disconnect the ActivBoard system from the mains supply.
Next, take the replacement Audio Amplifier and ensure that the volume control is turned fully anticlockwise.
This will prevent any damage to the Audio
Amplifier or Loud Speakers.
The existing Audio Amplifier is located at the left hand side of the ActivBoard as viewed from the front.
Looking from the rear, disconnect the three connections to the Audio Amplifier as shown opposite.

2 Audio Amplifier Replacement Guide
Remove the existing Audio Amplifier by removing the two screws and then pulling the
Audio Amplifier towards you.
Retain the screws for fitting the replacement.
Replacement Guide
Before fitting the replacement Audio Amplifier ensure that it will not be obstructed by the internal wiring of the ActivBoard.
Engage the replacement Audio Amplifier with the mounting rails and slide the card into position.
Push the Audio Amplifier as far as it will go to ensure correct connection is made.
Secure the Audio Amplifier to the ActivBoard with the two screws that were previously removed. Do not over tighten.
Finally, refit the three connections removed earlier.
Note: The main power supply can be connected to either of the two larger sockets.
