Downloading the 2016 Annual Convention App from an Apple device
(iPhone, iPad)
Download the App/Event Update:
If you have the NAPSLO app installed, please follow the steps below. If you do not have the app
installed, please skip to Download the App:
If you have the NAPSLO app on your Apple device, Go to the “App Store” icon.
To update, please go to the Updates section in the App Store and click the update button next to the
NAPSLO app.
Download the App:
If you do not currently have the NAPSLO app, from your Apple device, Go to the “App Store” icon.
When the App Store page loads, choose “Search” at the bottom of the screen.
In the Search Bar, type NAPSLO and then search.
You will see the NAPSLO app. This should be the first option in the list on your device.

Click GET and you will see the progress of the app download like shown on the next page.
Once the download is complete, click OPEN to launch the NAPSLO app.
The app will launch. You will see the screen below, click on the NAPSLO Annual 2016 event.
Please select OK to receive push notifications from the app during the event.
Then you will enter the event code annual16 and click Download Event.

The event will begin downloading like the picture below:
Once complete, click the NAPSLO Annual 2016 graphic to open the NAPSLO app.
Using the App:
At this point, you will have access to everything you see in the app, except for the attendees list and
invite only sessions.
To access the attendee list and any NAPSLO session to which you have been invited (NAPSLO Board,
NAPSLO/Derek Hughes Educational Foundation, etc.), click the icon at the top left to login to the app.
Now click on the Gear
or the words Log in to bring up the log in page.

Next, enter your First and Last name used for registration. Once you have entered the credentials, click
on the Next button. Next, enter your confirmation code. This is the confirmation number you received
on the registration. (Ex. 172-00000) Enter that in the Confirmation code field without the dash. (Ex.
17200000) If you do not know your registration code, please follow the instructions below to retrieve it.
Don’t know your registration code? Click the ‘Resend Code’ link as shown in the above picture. You will
be given the opportunity to enter the email address associated with your registration and the code will
be emailed to you.
You will receive an email from [email protected]. Within that email there will be a button
that says ‘Verify Now’ like the one below:

Once you click on the ‘Verify Account’ button, it will launch a web page. From this web page, if you are
using the Mobile App, click on the ‘Open App’ button. If you are using a laptop/desktop/Windows
phone, click on the link highlighted ‘mobile web browser’ to bring up the web version.
