I Precautions

Storage

1. Keep this product away from extremely hot or cold places. The

storage temperature ranges from -20 to 60 and the working

temperature from -5 to 40 .

2. Do not use this product at damp environment like bathtubs, wash

basins, washtubs, as well as basements, swimming pools or similar

places.

3. Protect TFT Display from bumping.

4. Do not push on or scrub this product with sharp objects.

Maintenance

1. Disconnect all cables of this device at first before cleaning.

2. Wipe the enclosure, screen and keys using soft cloth with a little

soft detergent on.

3. Do not use polishing cloth, abstergent, and all types of propellants or

chemical detergents like alcohol and benzene to clean your device.

Special Notice

Bright spots or dark spots may appear on the screen. This is a normal phenomenon associated with the active matrix display technology and is not a sign of malfunction. Do not attempt to maintain. For any failures, please turn off your TV set immediately and contact us or your dealer. This device integrates a great deal of fine electronic components. Disassembly or alternation may result in damages or breaks.

III Description of Appearance

1. SKIP/TUNE: Radio Tuning/ Time Adjustment Key. When the Radio

function is enabled, press this key to tune in downwards; hold this

key to search down, and it will automatically stop when find a

channel. When in Time Adjustment mode, press the key to adjust

the hour or minutes in a stepping-down way; hold the key to adjust

the hour or minutes rapidly. In Memory status, press the key to

select channels in a descending order.

2. SKIP/TUNE+ : Radio Tuning/ Time Adjustment Key. When the Radio

function is enabled, press this key to tune in upwards; hold this key

to search up, and it will automatically stop when find a channel.

When in Time Adjustment mode, press the key to adjust the hour or

minutes in a stepping-up way; hold the key to adjust the hour or

minutes rapidly. In Memory status, press the key to select channels

in an ascending order.

3. TIMER : Timer Set Key. When the TV receiver is in service or

standby, press this key to enter timer setting mode (1-90 minutes).

Press " SKIP/TUNE+ " or " SKIP/TUNE" to change minutes, and

press " TIMER" again to complete the setting.

4. TV/AUX: TV/AUX Switch. When the TV receiver is in service, press

this key to switch between TV and AUX modes.

5. FM: FM Switch. When the TV receiver is in service, press this key to

enable FM function in RADIO system.

6. MEMORY: Memory Key. When receiving FM programs, press this

key to enable Channel Memory function; press " SKIP/TUNE+ "/

" SKIP/TUNE" or " CH+/" to select broadcasting channels you want

to put into memory; and press " MEMORY " again to complete the

process.

7. CLOCK/ALARM : Clock Display Key. When the TV receiver is in

service or standby, press this key to show the time and clock face

of current Alarm Clock 1 and Alarm Clock 2. Hold this key to enter

setting mode, in which you can set the hour and minute of current

time, AL1 and AL2 (Display of the hour or minute flickers in setting

mode). Press " SKIP/TUNE+ " or " SKIP/TUNE" to adjust the time.

When alarm times of 2 alarm clocks are the same, only AL1 is

available.

8. SLEEP/SNOOZE : Sleep/ Snooze Key. When the TV receiver is in

service, press this key to set the time for automatic shutdown in 90,

80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 minutes; and press the key again to

complete the setting. When the TV receiver is in Sleep status, press

the key to cancel Sleep function. In Alarm Clock status, press the

key to start Snooze (with intervals of 8 minutes), and the display will

read "SNOOZE".

9. EQ: EQ Key. When the TV receiver is in service, press this key to

set the sound effect to: Rock, Jazz, Pop, Classic, or Normal.

10. : Pause Key. In TV mode, press this key to stop the playing of

the picture, and press it again to exit pausing status; under FM

mode, press this key for seconds can realize channels auto-

searching, when entering media play, press this key to pause

media playing.

11. USB: USB Mode Key. Press this key to enter USB file interface

directly under TV mode.

12. Remote Controller Receiving Window.

13. MENU: Menu Key. In Radio FM mode, press this key to select from

monophony and stereo modes. In TV/AUX mode, press the key to

show system menu.

14. CH+: Channel Up/ Alarm Clock 1 Mode Set Key. When receiving

broadcasting programs, press this key to call channels from the

memory in an ascending order. In Memory status, press the key to

select the place for channels to be put into memory in an ascending

order. In standby, press the key to set Alarm Clock 1 to 3 modes:

Alarm Clock 1, Radio 1, and TV1. In TV status, press the key to

channel up. When TV or AUX menu is open, press the key to

select items upwards.

15. OK: Enter Key. When the setting menu of TV interfaces is open,

press this key to complete parameter adjustment and enable

related functions.

16. VOL+: Volume Up Key. When the TV receiver is in service, press

this key to turn up; when in TV or AUX menu status, press the key

to adjust parameters.

17. STANDBY : Power/ Standby/ Alarm Cancel Key. Press this key to

turn on the TV receiver or enter into standby mode. When in Alarm,

Clock status, press the key to cancel the alarm.

18. CH-: Channel Down/ Alarm Clock 2 Mode Set Key. When receiving

broadcasting programs, press this key to call channels from the

memory in a descending order. In Memory status, press the key to

select the place for channels to be put into memory in a descending

order. In standby, press the key to set Alarm Clock 2 to3 modes:

Alarm Clock 2, Radio 2, and TV2. In TV status, press the key to

channel down. When TV or AUX menu is open, press the key to

select items downwards.

19. VOL-: Volume Down key. When the TV receiver is in service, press

this key to turn down; when in TV or AUX menu status, press the

key to adjust parameters.

1. POWER: Boot/standby/alarm cancel button. Switch between booting

and standbying for each press. When alarm, press this button to

cancel the alarm.

2. MUTE: Mute Key. Press this key to switch between enabling Mute

function and exiting this function.

3. INFO: Program Information Display Key. In TV mode, press this key

to show the information of current program.

4. TEXT: Text Information Key. In TV mode, press this key to enable

TEXT function and view text information.

5. 0-9: Number Key. In TV mode, press them to select from preset TV

programs.

6. SUBTITLE: Subtitle Key. In TV mode, press this key to open Subtitle

Language Menu for you to select subtitle language. (Available only

when the program supports it.)

9. DTV MODE: TV Radio/TV Program Switch. In TV mode, press this

key to switch between TV program and radio program.

8. USB: USB Mode Key. Press this key to enter USB file interface

directly under TV mode.

9. : Return Key. In TV mode, press this key to switch between

current program and previous program.

10. MENU: Menu Key. In TV/AUX mode, press this key to open

corresponding main menus.

11. EXIT: Exit Key. In TV mode, press this key to exit menu and related

functions.

12. VOL+/ VOL-/ : Volume Adjustment Key. In FM/ TV/AUX mode,

press this key to adjust the volume. When TV System Menu is

open, the key functions as Right/Left Direction key.

13. OK: Enter Key. In TV mode, press this key to show corresponding

program lists. When the TV menu is open, press the key to enter

the item.

14. CH+/ CH-/ : Channel Up/Down Key. In FM/TV mode, press this

key to change channels. When TV System Menu is open, the key

functions as Up/Down Direction key.

15. PAUSE: Pause Key. In TV mode, press this key to pause the

playing of the picture; and press it again to exit pausing status.

16. AUDIO: Audio Switch. In TV mode, press this key to show audio

information of the current program; and press direction key to

switch sound channels.

17. P.ADJ: Picture Adjustment Menu Key. In TV/AUX status, press this

key to set brightness, contrast, chroma, hue (available only in N

system), Vertical Flip, Horizontal Flip, 4:3/ 16:9 and other

adjustment items and reset.

18. CLOCK: Clock Display Key. When the TV receiver is in Power on or

standby, press the key to show the time and clock face of current

Alarm Clock 1 and Alarm Clock 2. Hold this key to enter setting

mode , in which you can set the hour and minute of current time,

AL1 and AL2. (Display of the hour or minute flickers in setting

mode) Press "SKIP/TUNER" to adjust the time. When alarm times

of 2 alarm clocks are the same, only AL1 is available.

19. SKIP/ TUNER: Radio Tuning/ Time Adjustment Key. When the Radio

function is enabled, press this key to tune in; hold this key to search,

and it will automatically stop when find a channel. When in Time

Adjustment mode, press the key to adjust the hour or minutes in a

20. AL.SET: Alarm Clock Set Key. Press this key to set Alarm Clock1

and Alarm Clock2 to: BUZZER/ RADIO/ TV.

21. FAVOR: Favorite Program Lists Switch. In DTV mode, press this

key to switch favorite program lists; press "OK" key to open the

selected list.

22. GUIDE: 9-Image Program Guide Key. In TV mode, press this key

to enter 9-Image Program Guide mode.

23. EPG: Electronic Program Guide Key. In TV mode, press this key to

show Electronic Program Guide Interface.

24. SEARCH: Search Key. In TV mode, press this key to show Autom

atic Search Confirmation Interface. Press "OK" key to start

automatic search.

25. : Red Key. In TV mode, press this key to enable corresponding

functions shown on the operation interface.

26 . : Green Key. In TV mode, press this key to enable corresponding

functions shown on the operation interface.

27 . : Yellow Key. In TV mode, press this key to enable corresponding

functions shown on the operation interface.

28 . : Blue Key. In TV mode, press this key to enable corresponding

functions shown on the operation interface.

29. TIMER: Timer Set Key. Press this key to enter Timer Adjustment

mode. Press "SKIP/ TUNER" key to adjust the time. Press "TIMER"

again to finish the adjustment and start countdown.

30 . FM: FM Switch. When the TV receiver is in service, press this key

To enable FM function in RADIO system.

31. SNOOZE: Snooze Key. When alarm clock buzzes, press SNOOZE,

then the clock will not buzz until 8 minutes later.

32. SLEEP: Sleep Timer key. Press this key to set the time for the TV

receiver to shutdown.

33. EQ: EQ Key. Press this key to switch sound effect among ROCK,

JAZZ, POP, CLASSIC, and NORMAL.

34. TV/AUX: TV System Work Mode Key. When the TV receiver is in

service, press this key to switch between TV and AUX.

35. MEMORY: Memory Key. In FM mode, press this key to enter

Memory status; use "CH+/-" or "SKIP+/-" key to select channels;

and press "MEMORY" again to finish the process.

36. MONO: FM Stereo Switch. In FM mode, press this key to set sound

output into stereo or monophony.

2. Alarm setting (standby status)

a."CH-" (ALARM SET2 key on remote) press to choose Alarm/Radio/

TV.

b. "CH+" (ALARM SET1 key on remote) press to choose Alarm/Radio

/TV.

3. Snooze/Turn off alarm

a. While the alarm ring, press SNOOZE to pause, it will ring again

after 8 minutes.

b. While the alarm ring, press POWER to stop, it will ring at this time

next day.

4. Sleep time setting

Press SLEEP key to choose sleep time to be (90, 80, ......10) minutes.

5. Calculagraph

Press TIMER key, then press SKIP+/-(TUNE+/-) to adjust time of calculagraph:

Then press TIMER key to confirm.

6. Radio operation

and to be all FM band searching, channels will be stored once

searched and continue searching.

C. Press and hold SKIP+/- to manual search stations.

Then press MEMORY to confirm.

E. Press CH+/- can choose the stored stations.

F. Utmost 30 channels to be stored.

VII DVB-T Installation Guide

When first time usages or program list do not exist, the DVB-T

Installation Guide will display once the device is turned ON. Please set up as the following Pictures.

Press key to move the cursor to your wanted item, press to adjust with your local DVB-T standard setting.

Note: If the "COUNTRY" setting is incorrect, less or even no channel can be received. After setting, press "OK" key for auto scan or press the "GREEN" key on the remote control for manul scan.

7.1 Auto-Scan will empty the program list, then following your selected COUNTRY to scan the local DVB-T signal frequency and bandwidth. It might take quite a while for the Auto-Scan, program will be autosave. Press "EXIT" to stop Auto-Scan.

7.2 Manual-Scan enables to add Scaned program into the program list, while the exist program list will not be deleted. The same frequency and bandwidth channel will be covered. Choose the Channel number for Manual-Scan (press the "RED" key on the remote control to put directly digit numbers to edit channel number) or insect correct frequency and bandwidth, then press "OK" to start Manual-Scan.

VIII DVB-T MENU Operation Guide

Press "MENU" from the remote control or from the device to enter

MENU surface, there will be five menu and some sub-menu under.

Press to switch each menu, then press to select sub-menu, press OK to enter sub-menu.

Press to move cursor to your wanted location.

8.1 SETUP

There's 6 sub-menu under "SETUP", press to setup specifications and return to factory default, please confirm "SETUP" befare receiving channels.

8.1.1 Installation

Under "Installation" Menu for the following items:

(1)Search settings on the program please refer to Chapter VII.

(2) Antenna Setting: setting for ON/OFF the Antenna.

(3)LCN: ON/OFF for logical program list.

8.1.2 TV Setup

Under "TV Setup" Menu for the following items:

(1) TV format: Display mode, '4:3LB', '4:3PS', '16:9LB' and '16:9FIT'.

(2) TV mode: AV output system, selection of 'PAL', 'NTSC', 'AUTO'.

(3) OSD Transparency: Setting for OSD transparency levels.

(4) Banner Display Time: Menu banner time display setting.

(5) Video Enhancement: Setting for Picture enhancement.

Note: Some items request supported by the TS.

8.1.3 Password

Under "Password", you can setup items you wish to lock with your password (ie: MENU, Channels) or change password.

(1)Setup Menu Lock: when this function is activate, user will need to

enter password when re-enter Menu.

(2)Channel Lock: when this function is activate, user will need to enter

password if wish to enter TV/Radio list or Anto-Scan and Manual-

Scan.

(3)Censorship Lock: Able to setup according to age groups.

(4)Change Password: Enter both current and new password to change

password.

The default password of the device is 0000, please memorize after

changing password.

8.1.4 Advance Timer

Uers can setup appointed time to watch appointed Channels, start and finish time can be setup according to the timer system in this device, please confirm with the timer system from this device before setting up; Detailed guide as follow:

8.1.5 SW Update

Available to be updated via other device or external memory devices.

8.1.6 Set Default

Press key to move the cursor to "Set Default", press "OK" to confirm. After Set Default, program list will be deleted and return to first time installation Gide surface.

8.2 TV/RADIO

For "TV" and "Radio", "List" and "Guide" operation will remain the same in both "TV" and "RADIO" mode, below are the operational for "TV".

8.2.1 Enter TV List Menu, press to select the channels you wish to edit, press to select the item you wish to edit, from left to right as: Favorites, Lock, Edit, Skip Delete and Search. Follow the below picture to operate, press "YELLOW" key to save setup.

When LCN setup as "OFF", (see 8.1.1) the following Menu surface will be appear: Move and Sort are for setting channels in order.

8.2.2 Enter "TV Guide" Menu, under the program gide, you can see the current channels display list, press to move the cursor to the channel you wish to watch, press key to enter the Guide timer of the selected Channel, press "RED" key to move Channel to "Advance

Timer".

8.3 MULTIMEDIA

Press USB key to enter this mode under TV mode.

Operation Guide for "USB":

This device supports many brands of USB, Multi Media Card in the market.

1. USB memories of all types should be smaller than 2G, or they may

not be supported.

2. This device supports JPEG, MP3, WMA, VCD and AVI (do not

support DIVX3.11 format and AC3 audio zip fo mat and VOB format).

Note:

1. TS under 1000KBP/S can be play very smoothly otherwise it may

stop.

2. The USB plug do not support Card reader, mobile harddisk, MP3

and MP4 device.

8.3.1 Enter "My Album"

Press , key to select the picture you wish to view, press "OK" to confirm as follow:

Press "INFO" from the remote control for viewing tools, press key to move the picture for clock wise or anti-clock wise, press key to select next or previous picture, press "RED" from the remote control for Zoom in function, after zoom in, press , key to move picture. "GREEN" key for ON/OFF background music, "YELLOW" key for leftward or rightward, "BLUE" key for upward or downward. When background music is ON, press to for volume up or volume down; background music play surface remains the same as in music play surface, please refer to 8.3.4.

8.3.2 When viewing Picture, press "EXIT" key to enter 12 picture Guide mode.

Press , key to select the picture you wish to view, press "OK" to view, press 'BLUE' in the remote control to return to the original file

Menu.

8.3.3 When viewing Picture, press OK key to enter Picture

playing mode and auto-switch to different effect to view the picture.

Press "INFO" from the remote control for playing tools, press key to select previous or next pictures, press "RED" for play/pause;

"GREEN" key to open background music surface, background music play surface remains the same as in music play surface, please refer to 8.3.4: "YELLOW" key for circulate mode, able to select circulate play or single play; "BLUE" key for picture play speed setting, fast, medium and slow

8.3.4 Enter My Music surface.

Press , key to select the music you wish to play, press "OK" to confirm, press "RED" from the remote control for play/pause,

"GREEN" key for stop, "YELLOW" key for repeat, press this key respectively can select "Repeating", "Repeat all", "Random", "Repeat

OFF"; "BLUE"key for fast forward, press this key respectively can select X2, X3,X4, play. Key in this case is volume key, when the music is not playing, press this keyas s elect key .

8.3.5 Enter My Movie surface

Press , key to select the item you wish watch, Press "OK" key to play, as follow:

Press "INFO" for play tools, press key to select previous or next movie, press "RED" key for play/pause; "GREEN" key for stepforward;

"YELLOW" key for fast backward, press this key respectively for backward X2, X4, X8, X16, X32 and play; "BLUE" key for fast forward, press this key respectively for forward X2, X4, X8, X16, X32 and play; when playing movie, press "AUDIO" from the remote control to switch left/right sound track.

8.4 GAME

Under "GAME" menu, there will be 3 sub-menu "Gomoku", "Calender",

"Calculator". Select the sub-menu, press "OK" to enter.

Note:

Calculator supports maximum 9 digit numbers, "INFO" as confirm key.

IX Troubleshooting

The following phenomenon does not indicate failures. Before you contact us for repair, please check your device according to the approaches below.

Problems

No picture or sound

No signal

No sound

Mosaic images

Signal search failure

Too-dark images

Time is incorrect; no memory function

Causes

Power wire is not properly connected; the functioning power source is not recognized; or there're breaks in the power wire.

Check whether the antenna is located well; Check the parameter of image or region is set correctly; if not, please set or search again.

If the volume is turned down to the minimum; single is too weak, and Silence function is active.

Check whether the antenna is adjusted properly;

The signal strength is too weak.

Check whether the country and region is set right;

Maybe the signal intensity is too poor.

Check whether the brightness and contrast of your display is adjusted well; if not, readjust it.

The battery power may be low or drained to total emptiness. Please replace battery.

Special Notice: This player is controlled by microcomputer chip. For the following abnormal phenomena, such as maloperation, display disorder, bad radio reception and system disorder caused by lightning, please unplug the power and remove battery for about one minute.

After it is reset, install battery and insert power plug, then the player can be back to normal.

Note:

Batteries only power the system clock. When main power is off, clock and memory remains the same and the TV receiver stops playing.

Because system clock is powered by batteries, the time display will be still correct when the TV receiver is reconnected to main power and begins to play.
