evodesk NT-04S is a double monitor arm that allows you to mount two monitors on your desk, freeing up valuable space and improving your ergonomics.
The arm is made of high-quality materials and is built to last. It features a gas spring that makes it easy to adjust the height and angle of your monitors, and a cable management system that keeps your cables organized and out of sight.
The evodesk NT-04S is compatible with most monitors on the market, and it comes with all the necessary hardware for easy installation.

CAUTION
- Make sure the desk surface is stable before mounting arm.
- The gas spring arm may suddenly move upward when the
monitor is removed.
- Always adjust the gas spring arm to the lowest force setting
before removing monitor.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE OR SERVICE
THE GAS SPRING ARM.
COMPONENTS
STEP 1
Place the monitor face down on a flat, soft surface. Remove monitor’s built-in stand. Attach each Monitor Mount (D) to the back of each monitor using a Phillips screwdriver and the M4 screws provided (I). There are two screw lengths provided for your convenience. Use the longest screw that will fully tighten the Monitor Mount (D) to the back of the monitor. The
Monitor Mount (D) is designed to fit the industry standard VESA 75mm & 100mm patterns.

STEP 4
Optional
Insert two Wire Clips (H) into the underside of each Gas Spring Arm (B).
Snap one Wire Clip (G) on the lower rung of each Extension Arm (C).
Run the monitor cables through the Wire Clips (F & G). Make sure the cables
are not pulled tight. There should be some sag in the cables to allow the arm
to move freely without restriction.

STEP 2
Adhere the Base Cushion (F) to underside of the Riser (A).
Insert the Clamp Washer (K) on top of the Clamp Screw (pre-installed in the Riser (X1)).
and tighten to desktop in the desired location using the M6.3 Hex Key (J).

STEP 3
Slide the Dual Adapter (E) over the Riser/Pole Assembly (A) and secure in place by tightening the set screw in the center of the Dual Adapter using M2.5
Hex Key (J).
Insert the Gas Spring Arms (B) into the Dual Adapter (E).
Insert the Extension Arms (C) into the Gas Spring Arms (B).
Insert the Monitor Mounts (D) with the monitors attached
into the Extension Arms (C).

STEP 5
If the monitor does not hold steady in the desired position, adjust the pressure of the
Gas Spring Arm (B). The weight capacity may be adjusted by tighening or loosening the tension screw in the lower section. Tighten or loosen the screw with the M6 Hex Key (J) to adjust the tension and capacity.
Once the monitor arms are
assembled, lightly tighten the
small screws at each joint to
prevent the arm from lifting apart.
Use the M2.5 Hex Key (J) provided.
Do not over-tighten the screws.

Extension Arm (C) may be excluded if desired.
STEP 6
The Monitor Mount (D) may be tilted up/down once the monitor is installed.

STEP 1
Place the monitor face down on a flat, soft surface. Remove monitor’s built-in stand. STEP 2
If the Clamp Mount is attached to the underside of the Riser (A), remove it using
the M6.3 Hex Key (I). The Clamp Mount (shown on reverse side) is not needed for
grommet mounting.
Adhere the Base Cushion (F) to underside of the Riser (A).
Pass the Long Bolt (K) through the Clamp Washer (L) and from under the desktop,
work the Long Bolt (K) into the Riser (A). Tighten the Long Bolt (K).

Insert two Wire Clips (H) into the underside of each Gas Spring Arm (B).

Insert the Gas Spring Arms (B) into the Dual Adapter (E).
Insert the Extension Arms (C) into the Gas Spring Arms (B).
Insert the Monitor Mounts (D) with the monitors attached
into the Extension Arms (C).
