Charging the Battery with an External USB Power 1. Carabiner

Charging the Battery with the built-in Solar Panel: It is also possible to charge the battery
with the built-in solar panel. Simply place the charger in direct sunlight with the solar panel facing the
sun. Please note that the solar panel is mainly intended for emergency charging and is not designed to
charge the battery completely. The red charging light will glow red during charging.
Charging Digital Devices: To charge cell phones or other digital devices, use the standard USB
charging cord supplied with your digital device. Plug the male USB plug into the female USB plug on
the bottom of the charger. Charging will begin automatically.
Precautions:
* Please use the charging cord supplied with the charger.
* Charge the unit fully with an external USB power source during the first use.
* Dropping or hitting the charger may damage the unit.
* Do not disassemble or attempt any repairs.
