Step 1
Assemble the Stand Mixer by following the steps in the Instruction Manual.
Step 2
Place ingredients into the bowl in accordance with your recipe.
Step 3
Turn the rotary speed control clockwise to select a suitable speed level, from 1 to 10.
Step 4
Once mixing is complete, switch the mixer off. Slightly tilt the mixer head upwards, remove the splash guard, then continue to tilt upwards until the mixer head locks into place.
Step 5
Gently push the mixing tool upwards, turn it clockwise and
remove from the shaft. Turn the
bowl anticlockwise, take it off the base and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
