Description

The CMX-2468 and CMX-3268 are high-performance professional mixing consoles suitable for permanent installations and touring. Both the 24 and 32 channel versions feature four additional stereo input channels, making the console a 24 plus four or 32 plus four input console. All connectors are conveniently located

120 degrees off the top of the console to allow the console to fit in a smaller area. Each channel has both XLR and T/R/S that are switch-selectable to add to the flexibility of the inputs. In addition, each has an insert point and direct out that can be driven from AUX6 bus of each channel. Input to mono channels can be from a -60dB microphone to a +4dB line level signal.

Four-band EQ with mid-sweep are available for all mono channels. There are six auxiliaries on each channel (four independent) with Aux 3 through 6 switchable between pre- or post-fader for use as a monitor or an effects loop. A pan pot is provided for assignment to the sub mains and/or the mix masters while an 80Hz Hi-Pass filter helps reduce rumble.

Phantom power is enabled on each channel via a selector switch, and a 100 mm precision slide fader provides accurate and smooth channel control. The master section has eight buses with assignment to the stereo mix master, a dual mono output for driving monitors, two additional from the stereo group, or as two mono masters to be used for side or front fills for larger format PA applications. Six AUX returns drive directly into sub masters via pan pots and assign switches. The four stereo line inputs are provided with dual 1/4" (T/S) jacks for driving a stereo source such as a CD, cassette, DAT, video, or keyboards. Each of these is assignable to two auxiliaries, any or all of the

Sub Main buses and the L/R masters. In addition, each has two bands of equalization. The CMX-2468 and CMX-3268 are both powered by a separate power supply (RS-3200).
