Troubleshooting

1 The power LED is not lit

Make sure that the power adapter is connected correctly and the power outlet is supplying power.

2 The link/act LED is not lit when a device is connected to the corresponding port

Make sure that the cables are connected correctly and securely to the switch and device. Make sure that the cable is not longer than

328 ft. (100 m).
