1 Measure and Trim 7 Safe Door Channel
Installation

Installation
A) Template Tracing
B) Chisel Frame
C) Install 12” Striker

Mount 12” striker onto
frame with 2 x 1 1/4”
screws temporarily Ш

Trace outline with

Remove 12” striker
and chisel frame to allow
12” striker to fit flush
Install 12” striker
onto frame using
screws provided
*NOTE: See Step 4

D) No glass beside Striker

F) Double Door Install
e Door with NO glass beside locks.
e Use 4 x 3” Screws and
2 x 1 1/4” Screws
e Door WITH glass beside locks.
e Use 6 x 1 1/4” Screws
Install Safe Door Channel onto
active / operating door. Install 12” Striker
Plate onto in-active / non-operating door
use 4 x 3” screws and 2 x 1 1/4” screws.
