Frequently asked questions

You log in by navigating to https://maplewood.amdsb.ca, selecting your school name from the list, and entering your username (first four letters of your first and last names). You will be prompted to change your password upon first login.

You must always allow pop-ups from the site. If a red message appears, right-click the icon and select "Always allow Pop-ups from This Site," or if prompted, use the "Options for this site button" and select "Always allow".

To move students on the seating grid, simply click and hold the left mouse button on a student's image or name and drag it to a new desired location. Remember to save any modifications by selecting 'Save' or 'Save & Go Back'.

When composing a comment, use '{Name}' or '{Given Name}' to insert the student's name and '{he/she}' to insert gender-based pronouns. These context words are case-sensitive and will automatically update upon saving.

If a scroll bar appears in the comment box, the comment might be too long. Click the 'Comment Preview' button to see how it will appear on the report card. If the comment text turns red after saving, it indicates that it exceeds the allowed length and needs to be shortened.
