1. Einleitung
Vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres Schneidwerkzeuges lesen Sie sich die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch.
Benutzen Sie dieses Werkzeug ausschließlich für den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch.
Das Trennen von Leitern/Kabeln mit Hilfe dieses Werkzeuges darf nur durch eine elektrotechnisch unterwiesene
Person erfolgen. Das Mindestalter beträgt 16 Jahre.
Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist während der gesamten Lebensdauer des Werkzeuges mitzuführen.
Der Betreiber muß • dem Bediener die Betriebsanleitung zugänglich machen und
• sich vergewissern, daß der Bediener sie gelesen und verstanden hat.

2. Sachmängelhaftung
Die Gewährleistung bei sachgemäßer Bedienung des Gerätes beträgt 12 Monate ab Lieferdatum.
3. Beschreibung des handhydraulischen Schneidgerätes
Das hydraulische Schneidgerät ist ein handbetätigtes Gerät und besteht aus folgenden Komponenten:

4. Hinweise zum bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch
4.1 Bedienung des Gerätes
Ablauf: siehe Bilder vorne
Das Schneidwerkzeug ist mit einer Doppelkolbenpumpe ausgestattet, die durch einen schnellen Vorschub bis zur
Berührung des Werkstücks gekennzeichnet ist.

4.2 Erläuterung des Anwendungsbereiches
Das hydraulische Schneidgerät kann Kabel und Leitungen aus Kupfer und Aluminium sowie blecharmierte Kabel bis zu einem maximalen Außendurchmesser von 85 mm schneiden.
Achtung
Es dürfen nur Cu- und Al-Kabel mit und ohne Blecharmierung geschnitten werden.
Achtung
Stahlarmierte oder mit einer Stahlseele versehene Kabel und Leitungen dürfen nicht geschnitten werden.
Achtung
Es dürfen keine unter Spannung stehenden Teile geschnitten werden. Das Werkzeug gilt nicht als isoliert.
Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist ein spannungsfreier Zustand des zu schneidenden Kabels sicherzustellen.
4.3 Wartungshinweise

4.4 Hinweis welche (Ersatz-) Teile vom Kunden selber ausgetauscht werden dürfen.
Im Rahmen des bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauchs dürfen vom Kunden nur die Schneidmesser gewechselt werden.
5. Verhalten bei Störungen am Schneidgerät
• Das bewegliche Messer bleibt während des Pumpvorganges stehen, bzw. das Werkzeug erreicht die max. Schnittkraft nicht.
Betätigen Sie den Pumphebel bei gleichzeitiger Auslösung des Rückstellhebels.
• Das Schneidwerkzeug verliert Öl.
Das Gerät einschicken.

7. Außerbetriebnahme/Entsorgung
Die Entsorgung der einzelnen Komponenten des Aggregates muß getrennt erfolgen. Dabei muß zuerst das Öl abgelassen werden und an speziellen Abnahmestellen entsorgt werden.
Achtung
Hydrauliköle stellen eine Gefahr für das Grundwasser dar. Unkontrolliertes Ablassen oder unsachgemäße
Entsorgung steht unter Strafe. (Umwelthaftungsgesetz)
Die restlichen Teile des Aggregates müssen nach den jeweils gültigen Umweltstandards entsorgt werden.
Wir empfehlen wegen möglicher Umweltverschmutzung die Entsorgung durch zugelassene Fachunternehmen vornehmen zu lassen. Eine kostenfreie Rücknahme des Altgerätes durch den Hersteller kann nicht zugesagt werden.

2. Warranty
If correct operation is guaranteed our warranty is 12 months from the time of delivery.
3. Description of the hand-hydraulic cutting unit
The hand-hydraulic cutting tool consists of the following components:

4. Remarks in respect of the determined use
4.1 Operation of the unit
Cycle: see pictures in front
The unit is equipped with a double piston pump which is characterised by a rapid approach of the dies towards the conductor/cable and a slow cutting motion.

4.2 Explanation of the application range
The hydraulic cutting tool can cut copper and aluminium conductors or cables as well as sheet metall armoured cables up to a maximum diameter of 85 mm.
Attention
Do only cut copper and Aluminium conductors and cables with or without armour.
If different conducting material has to be cut, please contact the manufacturer.
Attention
Do not cut Steel fortifi ed cables or conductors or cables with a steel core.
Attention
Do not cut live cables or conductors. This tool is not considered an insulated tool.
Before starting to cut please make sure that all parts involved in the cutting process are not connected to live cables.

4.4 Reference as to which spare parts can be exchanged by the customer
Within the determined use of the tool only the blades are permitted to be changed by the customer.
5. Troubleshooting
• The moving blade cames to a standstill during the cutting process respectively the cutting tool doesn’t reach the maximum operating pressure
Actuate the pump lever and simultaneously push the retract lever.
• The tool loses oil.
Return the tool to the manufacturer. Do not open the tool and damage the seal of the tool.

7. Putting out of operation/waste disposal
The disposal of the various components of the tool have to be treated separately. Doing that the fi rst step is to dispose of the oil at special delivery points.
Attention
Hydraulic oils represent a danger for the ground-water. Uncontrolled draining of or improper disposal is under penalty. (environmental liability law)
The remaining parts of the unit can must be disposed of according to the domestic environmental standards.
Because of possible environmental damages we recommend to dispose of the tool by professional companies.
A return of the old tool free of charge to the manufacturer cannot be granted.
