Frequently asked questions

Slide the ON/OFF switch on the Baby Unit to the On position to turn it on, and to the Off position to turn it off. The Power/Link indicator lights up green when on.

This indicates the Baby Unit may not be paired, the units are out of range, or the Baby Unit is switched off. Try re-pairing, reducing the distance between units (but not closer than 3 feet), or checking the Baby Unit's power switch.

If the room is dark, the Baby Unit's infrared illumination will activate, causing the picture image to switch from color to black and white. The image will return to color when the room becomes brighter.

When the Parent Unit is in camera viewing mode, press the + or - buttons to adjust the speaker volume from Volume 1 to Volume 5, or to turn it off.

A high-pitched noise usually occurs if the Parent Unit and the Baby Unit are too close to each other. Ensure they are at least 3 feet apart. Also, check if the speaker volume of the Parent Unit is set too high and decrease it if necessary.

Press the M button, scroll to the alarm icon, choose 'On', then select your desired period (2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, or 6h), and press O to confirm. The alarm icon will flash red and beep at the end of the selected period.
