Korpus und Türen der Schränke aus hochwertiger, geschweißter Stahlblechkonstruktion. Die Flügeltüren sind mit einer Kastenversteifung verstärkt, die Auffangwannen gemäß den Anforderungen des WHG

§19-1 gefertigt.

1.4 Hinweis zur Lagerung

Die Materialien der Auffangwannen sind auf ihre Beständigkeit gegenüber den eingelagerten Gefahrstoffen zu prüfen.

2. Transport

2.1 Sicherheitsmaßnahmen beim hausinternen Transport

Der unbeladene Umweltschrank darf nur von der Unterseite mit geeigneten

Transportmitteln aufgenommen werden und muß stehend transportiert werden.

Ein Verkanten beim Aufnehmen und beim Transport ist unbedingt zu vermeiden. Aufnahmepunkte sind die Seiten bzw. Rückseite. Die Aufnahmefläche der Sackkarre, Gabelhubwagen oder dergleichen muß

mindestens der Stellfläche des Umweltschrankes entsprechen. Beim

Transport sind die Schränke gegen Umfallen zu sicheren.

3. Aufstellung

3.1 Untergrund

Waagerechtes Aufstellen ist Voraussetzung für eine einwandfreie Funktion der Türen. Bodenunebenheiten können bauseits durch angebrachte

Stellfüße bzw. Unterlegplättchen ausgeglichen werden. Das Ausrichten ist bei leerem Schrank vorzunehmen.

3.2 Anforderungen an den Aufstellplatz/-ort

Der Untergrund muss eben sein und das Gewicht des Umweltschrankes im vollbeladenen Zustand tragen können.

3.2.1 Aufstellung des Umwelts -, Gift-,

Chemiekalienschrank

Der Umweltschrank muss waagerecht aufgestellt werden. Nur dadurch ist sichergestellt, daß der Umwelt-, Gift- und Chemikalienschrank nicht umstürzen kann und gleichfalls ist nur unter dieser Bedingung die einwandfreie Schließung der Türen gewährleistet. Desweiteren muß durch den Aufstellort gewährleistet sein, daß der Schrank:

• keiner direkten oder indirekten Wärmequelle ausgesetzt wird

• vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt ist

• keiner Betriebstemperatur unter - 5° C oder über

+ 45° C ausgesetzt wird

• nicht durch Fahrzeuge beschädigt werden kann.

Schrankaufkleber bitte ausschließlich mit handelsüblichen Glasreinigern reinigen. Andere Reiniger greifen unter Umständen den

Aufdruck an.

4.3 Flügeltür

Durch Drehen am Griff lassen sich die Flügeltüren öffnen. Die Türen sind

über das Sicherheitsschloß nach 3 Seiten verriegelt und abgeschlossen.

5. Prüfung/Störung

Sollten Störungen auftreten, prüfen Sie die Schränke bitte anhand der

Checkliste (Pkt. 5.4).

5.1 Arbeitstägliche Prüfung

Die Auffangwannen sind täglich durch Sichtkontrolle auf Leckageflüssigkeiten zu überprüfen. Ausgelaufene Flüssigkeiten sind sofort zu entfernen.

Empfehlung: Um die Gefahrstoffe sicher aufzunehmen, können

Absorberkissen und Matten von DÜPERTHAL verwendet werden. Die

Absorber sind entsprechend der eingelagerten Medien auszuwählen.

5.2 Jährliche Prüfung

Prüfen Sie die Unterseite der Auffangwannen hinsichtlich Korrosion.

Im Bedarfsfall austauschen.

5.3 Gewährleistung

Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch unsachgemäße Bedienung und Auf stellung, sowie Korrosionsschäden.

5.4 Störungen

Siehe Tabelle unten - Pkt. 5.4 Störungen.

4. Inbetriebnahme

4.1 Umwelt-, Gift- und Chemikalienschrank

Die Schränke sind nach dem Aufstellen und Ausrichten betriebsbereit.

4.2 Auffangwannen

Die Auffangwannen sind im Schrank angebracht. Sie dürfen eine max.

Höhe von 1,6 m nicht überschreiten. Je nach Modell sind die Auffangwannen aus verzinktem Stahlblech, Materialstärke 1 mm oder 3 mm.

6. Ersatzteile/Zubehör

1) Zum Einsatz von mehreren kleinen Gebinden empfehlen wir weitere

Auffangwannen. Diese werden mittels Stellträger und Aushebe-

sicherung im Schrank befestigt.

5.4 Störungen

Störung

Türen schließen nicht.

Schwergängigkeit der Türen. mögliche Ursache

Schrank ist nicht optimal ausgerichtet.

Korrosion an beweglichen

Teilen (Scharniere usw.).

Lösungsmöglichkeit

Bodenunebenheiten können bauseits durch angebrachte Stellfüße ausgeglichen werden. Bei großen Höhendifferenzen kann der Ausgleich über zusätzliche Unterlegplättchen vorgenommen werden.

Rost entfernen, Teile ölen, technischen Kundendienst benachrichtigen.

Carcass and doors of the cabinets made from high quality welded sheet steel construction. Wing doors with box reinforcement, the collection trays are made in accordance with the regulations WHG §19-1.

1.4 Storage advice

The collection tray material has to be verified as regards its resistance against the stored hazardous substances.

For safe and proper storage of water polluting, non-flammable substances and liquids in leak-proof closed small containers.

2. Transport

2.1 In-house transport safety measures

The unloaded environment cabinets may only be picked up from the underside using suitable means of transport and must be transported upright.

A tilting of the cabinet when picking it up for transport has to be strictly avoided. Cabinet has to be lifted from side or reverse. Lifting space of the hand truck, pallet truck or others has to match at least the storage space of the environment cabinet. It has to be made sure that cabinets cannot tumble down during transport.

3. Installation

3.1 Floor/surface

A proper function of the doors can only be assured if the cabinet is installed horizontally. Floor unevenness can be managed by the application of adjusting bases respectively by small spacer on site. An alignment is to be implemented with the empty cabinet.

3.2 Installation location requirements

The floor/surface must be flat and level and be able to carry the weight of the fully loaded environment cabinet.

3.2.1 Installing the environment-, poison- and

Chemical cabinets

The environment cabinet must be installed horizontal. Only by aligning the environment-, poison- and Chemical cabinet do you ensure that it cannot overturn and also, perfect function of the closing of the doors is only ensured under this condition.

Furthermore, the installation location must ensure that the environment cabinet:

• is not exposed to any direct or indirect heat source.

• is protected against moisture.

• is not exposed to an operating temperature below - 5 °C or above + 45 °C.

• cannot be damaged by vehicles.

Please purify the cabinet label only with usual glass cleaners. Other aggressive cleaners may resolve the imprint.

4. Commissioning

4.1 Environment-, poison- and Chemical cabinets

After installation and alignment the safety cabinets are ready for use.

4.2 Collection trays

The collction trays are installed within the cabinet. They do not exeed the allowed max. height is 1,6 m. Depending on the model the trays are made from galvanised sheet steel, material thickness 1 mm or 3 mm.

4.3 Wing door

By moving the twist grip the wing doors can be opened. Due to the security lock the doors are blocked and locked to 3 directions.

5. Inspection/faults

In case of malfunctions please test the cabinets by means of the checklist

(see chapter 5.4)

5.1 Check each working day

The collection trays must be checked every working day by means of visual control for leakage liquids. Leaked liquids have to be removed immediately.

Recommendation: In order to absorb the hazardous substances properly the use of DÜPERTHAL absorbing pads and mats is recommended.

The choice of the adequate absorber depends on the stored substances.

5.2 Annual check

Test the bottom of the collection trays for corrosion and care for substitute if necessary.

5.3 Guarantee

Excluded from guarantee are damages caused by improper use and installation as well as damages caused by corrosion.

5.4 Faults

See index below - chapter 5.4. faults.

6. Spare parts and accessories

trays are recommended. These collection trays are installed into the

cabinet by means of support and lifting clip.

5.4 Faults

Fault

Doors do not close.

Doors are sluggish/stiff.

Possible cause Possilbe solution

Cabinet is not aligned in an optimal way. Floor unevenness can be managed by the application of adjusting bases on site. In case of severe vertical heights the alignment can be implemented by additional small spacer.

Corrosion in moving parts (hinges, etc.).

Remove rust, oil parts, notify technical customer service.

Le corps et les portes des armoires sont en tôle d’acier soudée, d’excellente qualité. Les portes à battants sont renforcées par une armature, les cuves de récupération sont réalisées conformément aux exigences de WHG § 19-1.

Prière de vérifier si les matériaux des cuves de récupération sont résistants aux produits dangereux stockés.

1.2 Désignation/utilisation

Pour un stockage sûr et conforme aux prescriptions des substances et liquides dangereux pour l’eau, non combustibles dans des petits emballages, hermétiquement fermés.

2. Transport

2.1 Mesures de sécurité lors du transport interne à l’entreprise

L'armoire haute pour produits chimiques non-chargée doit uniquement

être prise en charge par son côté inférieur avec des moyens de transport adéquats et doit être transportée debout.

Il faut absolument éviter un gauchissement lors de fixation et lors du transport. Les points de prise sont les côtés, voire le dos. La surface de prise du diable, du chariot élévateur à fourche ou semblables doit absolument correspondre à la surface de mise en place. Les armoires doivent être protégées contre les chutes lors du transport.

3. Mise en place

3.1 Base

Une mise en place à l'horizontale est la condition à un fonctionnement irréprochable des portes. Le client pourra compenser les inégalités du sol par des pieds de réglage installés ou par des petites cales.

L'alignement doit être effectué alors que l'armoire est vide.

3.2 Exigences sur les lieux du montage

Le support doit être plan et apte à supporter le poids de l'armoire haute pour produits chimiques chargée

3.2.1 Mise en place de l’armoire haute pour produits chimiques, à poisons, à produits chimiques

L’armoire haute pour produits chimiques doit être mise en place à l'horizontale. C’est la seule façon d’assurer que l’armoire haute pour produits chimiques, à poisons et à produits chimiques ne puisse pas tomber et c’est en même temps la condition requise pour une fermeture parfaite des portes. D'autre part, le lieu de mise en place doit garantir que l’armoire :

• n’est exposée à une aucune source de chaleur directe ou indirecte,

• est protégée contre l’humidité,

• n’est pas exposée à une température de service inférieure à – 5°C ou supérieure à + 45° C.

• ne peut pas être endommagée par des véhicules.

Merci de nettoyer les autocollants de l'armoire uniquement avec un produit nettoyant du commerce pour les vitres.

- Les autres produits pourraient éventuellement attaquer le texte imprimé.

4.3 Porte à battants

Les portes à battants peuvent être ouvertes en tournant la poignée.

Les portes sont verrouillées et fermées par la serrure de sécurité sur les 3 côtés.

5. Contrôle/Dérangement

Si des dérangements devaient se présenter, veuillez contrôler les armoires à l'appui de la liste de contrôle (point 5.4).

5.1 Contrôle quotidien

On effectuera tous les jours un contrôle visuel pour voir s’il y a des fuites de liquides. Les liquides écoulés doivent immédiatement être éliminés.

Recommandation : Pour être sûr d’absorber les substances dangereuses, on peut utiliser des coussins et matelas absorbants de DÜPERTHAL. Les absorbants seront sélectionnés en fonction des matériaux à stocker.

5.2 Contrôle annuel

Vérifiez si le dessous des cuves de récupération présentes des signes de corrosion. En cas de besoin remplacer.

5.3 Garantie

Sont exclus de la garantie les dommages dus à une manipulation et une mise en place inappropriées.

5.4 Dérangements

Cf. tableau ci-dessous, Point5.4. Dérangements.

4. Mise en service

4.1 Armoire haute pour produits chimiques/à poisons / à produits chimiques

Les armoires sont prêtes à fonctionner après avoir été mises en place et alignées.

4.2 Cuves de récupération

Les cuves de récupération se trouvent dans l’armoire. Elles ne doivent pas dépasser une hauteur de 1,6 m. Selon le modèle, les cuves de récupération sont en tôle d’acier galvanisé, épaisseur du matériau 1 mm ou 3 mm.

5.4 Dérangements

Dysfonctionnement

Les portes ne ferment pas.

6. Pièces détachées /accessoires

1) Pour utiliser plusieurs petits emballages, nous recommandons

d’autres cuves de récupération. Elles sont fixées dans l’armoire

par des supports de réglage et des dispositifs de sécurité contre

le levage.

Cause possible

L'armoire n'est pas ajustée au mieux.

Solution

Le client peut compenser les inégalités du sol par les pieds de réglage en place. En cas de grande différences on peut utiliser des petites cales.

Mauvais fonctionnement des portes.

Corrosion sur les pièces mobiles (charniéres etc.).

Enlever la grille, lubirifer les pièces, prévenir le SAV.

Indications approx. Sous réserve de modifications techniques et d'erreurs d'impression.
