– Bewegen Sie nicht den Sender oder Empfänger während einer Übertragung. Die Übertragung kann dadurch gestört werden.
– Reagiert das Namensschild bei einer gestörten Übertragung nicht mehr richtig oder erscheinen merkwürdige Zeichen, es kurz ausund wieder einschalten: Den Schalter (2) nach unten und wieder nach oben schieben.
Anschließend den Text erneut übertragen.
Reagiert das Namensschild weiterhin fehlerhaft, kann auch eine verbrauchte Batterie die
Ursache sein: In diesem Fall die Batterie (1) erneuern.
– Ein Text muss mindestens aus einem Zeichen bestehen, um übertragen zu werden. Soll z. B. der Starttext nur „gelöscht“ werden, ein
Leerzeichen übertragen.
5 Text speichern und laden
1) Zur späteren Wiederverwendung kann ein in das Textfeld (12) eingegebener Text auf dem
PC gespeichert werden. Dazu auf das Diskettensymbol (7) klicken und im darauf erscheinenden Fenster einen Pfad und Dateinamen bestimmen und bestätigen.
2) Um einen zuvor auf dem PC gespeicherten
Text für die Übertragung zum Namensschild in das Textfenster (12) zu laden, auf das Öffnensymbol (6) klicken. Die gewünschte Datei auswählen und bestätigen. Befindet sich im Textfenster bereits ein Text, wird dieser durch den
Text aus der Datei ersetzt. Zur Übertragung des Textes an das Namensschild die Schritte
6) bis 8) des Kapitels 4 durchführen.
6 Namensschild befestigen
Um das Namensschild an der Kleidung zu tragen, die Magnetplatte (4) vom Namensschild seitlich abziehen und von der Innenseite des
Kleidungsstücks gegen die Metallplatte auf der
Rückseite des Namensschildes halten, so dass der Stoff festgeklemmt wird.
Hinweis: Nach dem Betrieb immer das Namensschild ausschalten, sonst wird die Batterie unnötig verbraucht: Den Schalter (2) nach unten schieben.
7 PC-Programm deinstallieren
Soll die Software zum LNP-10 wieder vom PC entfernt werden, die folgenden Schritte durchführen:
1) Über das Windows-Startmenü das Deinstallationsprogramm „Namebadge\Unwise“ starten.
2) Im nun erscheinenden Fenster „Select Uninstall Method“ ist die Option „Automatic“ ausgewählt. Die Deinstallation mit einem Klick auf
„Next >“ fortsetzen.
3) Im folgenden Fenster „Perform Uninstall“ die
Deinstallation mit einem Klick auf „Finish“ beenden. Es werden daraufhin alle Programmdateien, sowie die Verknüpfungen im Systemmenü und auf dem Windows-Desktop entfernt.
Vom Anwender gespeicherte Textdateien bleiben bei der Deinstallation erhalten.

Ihr Gerät vor eventuellen Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch. Heben Sie die Anleitung für ein späteres Nachlesen auf.
1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Dieses Namensschild mit LED-Laufschrift kann mit seinen starken Magneten z. B. an der Kleidung befestigt werden. Es ist über einen PC mithilfe des mitgelieferten Infrarotsenders programmierbar.
Der Nachrichtenspeicher hat eine Kapazität von
150 Zeichen für den Haupttext und zusätzlich
80 Zeichen für einen beliebigen Starttext, der einmalig nach jedem Einschalten durchläuft. Die Texte bleiben auch bei einem Batteriewechsel im
Namensschild erhalten. Die Laufgeschwindigkeit der Texte und die Anzahl der Durchläufe des
Haupttextes sind ebenfalls programmierbar. Das
PC-Programm ermöglicht zudem, einmal eingegebene Texte als Datei auf dem PC zu speichern und bei Bedarf erneut zu laden.
2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Die Geräte (das Namensschild und der Infrarotsender) entsprechen der EU-Richtlinie für elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit 89 / 336 / EWG.
WARNUNG Das Namensschild wird von starken Magneten (4) gehalten. Verwenden Sie es nicht, wenn Sie einen Herzschrittmacher tragen.
● Die Geräte sind nur zur Verwendung im Innenbereich geeignet. Schützen Sie sie vor Tropf- und
Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).
● Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, niemals Wasser oder Chemikalien.
● Werden die Geräte zweckentfremdet, falsch installiert oder nicht fachgerecht repariert oder wird die Software nicht korrekt installiert, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sachoder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für die Geräte übernommen werden.
Werfen Sie verbrauchte Batterien nicht in den Hausmüll, sondern geben Sie sie nur in den Sondermüll (z. B. Sammelbehälter bei Ihrem Einzelhändler).
Sollen die Geräte endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben Sie sie zur umweltfreundlichen Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Installation
3.1 PC-Programm
Es ist folgendes PC-System erforderlich:

CPU: Intel Pentium 166 oder höher
RAM: 32 MB oder mehr
Bildschirmauflösung: SVGA oder höher
Serieller Ausgang: RS232 (9-polig)
CD-Laufwerk
1) Laufende Programme unter Windows beenden.
2) Die Programm-CD einlegen und in dem erscheinenden Begrüßungsfenster auf „Install
Software“ klicken. Startet das Installationsprogramm nicht automatisch, das Programm
SETUP.EXE von der CD starten.
3) Die Installation durch Klicken auf „Next >“ beginnen.
Soll die Installation an dieser Stelle oder im späteren Verlauf abgebrochen werden, auf
„Cancel“ klicken und den Abbruch im darauf folgenden Fenster mit „Exit Setup“ bestätigen.
Im Fenster „Destination Location“ wird ein Installationspfad vorgeschlagen. Zur Bestätigung „Next“ klicken. Soll das Programm in einem anderen Pfad installiert werden, auf
„Browse...“ klicken, den Zielpfad auswählen und mit „OK“ bestätigen, dann „Next >“ klicken.
4) In den Fenstern „Select Components“ und anschließend „Start Installation“ jeweils auf
„Next >“ klicken. Im folgenden Fenster die Installation durch Klicken auf „Finish >“ beenden.
3.2 IR-Sender und Batterie
1) Den 9-poligen Stecker des Infrarot-Senders mit einem seriellen Ausgang des PCs verbinden.
2) Eine Batterie (1) vom Typ CR2032 polrichtig, wie in der Abbildung 1 dargestellt, in die Halterung (3) einsetzen.
4 Text programmieren
1) Das PC-Programm „Namebadge \ E-Badge“ starten durch Doppelklick auf das E-Badge-
Icon auf dem Windows Desktop oder über das
Windows-Startmenü; das in Abb. 2 dargestellte Fenster erscheint daraufhin.
2) Im Eingabefeld „Com Port“ (8) die serielle
Schnittstelle auswählen, an der der IR-Sender angeschlossen ist.
3) Nur bei der Programmierung des Haupttextes:
Im Eingabefeld „Loop“ (9) die Anzahl der Textdurchläufe von 1 „1 Time“ bis 255 „255 Times“ oder endlos „Forever“ wählen.
4) Mit dem Schieber (10) die Laufgeschwindigkeit von langsam „Slowest“ bis schnell „Fastest“ einstellen.
5) In das Eingabefeld „Display Messages“ (12) den gewünschten Text eintippen. Der Haupttext kann maximal 150, ein Starttext max. 80
Zeichen aus dem ASCII-Standard enthalten.
Unter dem Textfeld wird die aktuelle Anzahl der
Zeichen „Character Count:“ (13) angezeigt.
6) Das Namensschild einschalten; dazu den
Schalter (2) in die obere Position schieben.
7) Den IR-Sender möglichst genau auf den IR-
Empfänger (5) ausrichten (Pfeil auf dem IR-
Sender beachten). Der Abstand sollte 5 cm nicht überschreiten.
8) Die Übertragung des Haupttextes mit einem
Klick auf „Transfer“ (14) starten.
Für die Übertragung eines Starttextes, der nach jedem Einschalten des Namensschildes einmalig durchläuft, die Tastenkombination STRG+F9
(CTRL+F9) drücken. Das Fenster „Set Initial
Info“ erscheint. Mit Klick auf „OK“ die Übertragung starten.
Der Fortschritt einer Übertragung wird als Balken (11) dargestellt. Wenn die Meldung „Transmission is complete“ erscheint, ist die Übertragung beendet.
Wichtige Hinweise zur Übertragung:
– Vermeiden Sie bei der Übertragung direkte
Lichteinstrahlung auf den Empfänger (5).

6 Namensschild befestigen

– Bewegen Sie nicht den Sender oder Empfänger während einer Übertragung. Die Übertragung kann dadurch gestört werden.
– Reagiert das Namensschild bei einer gestörten Übertragung nicht mehr richtig oder erscheinen merkwürdige Zeichen, es kurz ausund wieder einschalten: Den Schalter (2) nach unten und wieder nach oben schieben.
Anschließend den Text erneut übertragen.
Reagiert das Namensschild weiterhin fehlerhaft, kann auch eine verbrauchte Batterie die
Ursache sein: In diesem Fall die Batterie (1) erneuern.
– Ein Text muss mindestens aus einem Zeichen bestehen, um übertragen zu werden. Soll z. B. der Starttext nur „gelöscht“ werden, ein
Leerzeichen übertragen.
5 Text speichern und laden
1) Zur späteren Wiederverwendung kann ein in das Textfeld (12) eingegebener Text auf dem
PC gespeichert werden. Dazu auf das Diskettensymbol (7) klicken und im darauf erscheinenden Fenster einen Pfad und Dateinamen bestimmen und bestätigen.
2) Um einen zuvor auf dem PC gespeicherten
Text für die Übertragung zum Namensschild in das Textfenster (12) zu laden, auf das Öffnensymbol (6) klicken. Die gewünschte Datei auswählen und bestätigen. Befindet sich im Textfenster bereits ein Text, wird dieser durch den
Text aus der Datei ersetzt. Zur Übertragung des Textes an das Namensschild die Schritte
6) bis 8) des Kapitels 4 durchführen.
6 Namensschild befestigen
Um das Namensschild an der Kleidung zu tragen, die Magnetplatte (4) vom Namensschild seitlich abziehen und von der Innenseite des
Kleidungsstücks gegen die Metallplatte auf der
Rückseite des Namensschildes halten, so dass der Stoff festgeklemmt wird.
Hinweis: Nach dem Betrieb immer das Namensschild ausschalten, sonst wird die Batterie unnötig verbraucht: Den Schalter (2) nach unten schieben.
7 PC-Programm deinstallieren
Soll die Software zum LNP-10 wieder vom PC entfernt werden, die folgenden Schritte durchführen:

5 Memorizing and Loading a Message

Note: Always switch off the name badge after operation, otherwise the battery will be consumed unnecessarily: Slide the switch (2) downwards (OFF).

For wearing the name badge on your clothes, remove the magnetic plate (4) from the badge sideways and, from the inside of the garment, hold it against the metal plate on the rear side of the badge so that the fabric will be in between. Subject to technical modification.

1 Applications
With its powerful magnets, this name badge with
LED light writing can be fastened e. g. to your clothes. It is programmable via a PC by means of the infrared transmitter supplied. The message memory has a capacity of 150 characters for the main message and of 80 additional characters for any start message desired which will scroll once whenever the name badge is switched on. The messages will also be preserved when replacing the battery of the name badge. The scrolling speed of the messages and the number of repeats of the main message can also be programmed. The PC programme also allows to memorize the messages entered as files on the PC and to load them again, if required.
2 Safety Notes
The units (the name badge and the infrared transmitter) correspond to the directive for electromagnetic compatibility 89 / 336 / EEC.
WARNING The name badge is held by powerful magnets (4). Never use it when wearing a pacemaker.
● The units are suitable for indoor use only. Protect them against dripping water and splash water, high air humidity, and heat (admissible ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).
● For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never use water or chemicals.
● No guarantee claims for the units and no liability for any resulting personal damage or material damage will be accepted if the units are used for other purposes than originally intended, if they are not correctly installed or not repaired in an expert way, or if the software is not correctly installed.
Dead batteries do not belong in the household rubbish; always take them to a special waste disposal (e. g. collecting container at your retailer).
If the units are to be put out of operation definitively, take them to a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the environment.
3 Installation
3.1 PC programme
The following PC system is required:

CPU: Intel Pentium 166 or higher
RAM: 32 MB or more
Screen resolution: SVGA or higher
Serial output: RS232 (9-pole)
CD drive
1) Terminate any active programme under Windows.
2) Insert the programme CD and click “Install Software” in the welcome window which will appear.
If the installation programme fails to start automatically, start the programme SETUP.EXE
from the CD.
3) Click “Next >” to start the installation.
To abort the installation now or later, click “Cancel”, and confirm this in the following window with “Exit Setup”.
In the window “Destination Location”, an installation path will be proposed. Click “Next” to confirm. To install the programme on a different path, click “Browse...”, select the target path, confirm with “OK”, then click “Next >”.
4) Click “Next >” in the windows “Select Components” and “Start Installation” respectively. In the following window, click “Finish >” to terminate the installation.
3.2 IR transmitter and battery
1) Connect the 9-pole plug of the infrared transmitter to a serial output of the PC.
2) Insert a battery (1) of the type CR2032 with its poles as indicated in fig. 1 into the support (3).
4 Programming a Message
1) Start the PC programme “Namebadge \ E-
Badge” by double-clicking the E-Badge icon on the Windows desktop or via the Windows start menu; as a result, the window shown in fig. 2 will appear.
2) In the input field “Com Port” (8), select the serial interface to which the IR transmitter is connected.
3) For programming the main message only:
In the input field “Loop” (9), select the number of message repeats from “1 Time” to “255
Times” or “Forever”.
4) Adjust the scrolling speed with the slider (10) from “Slowest” to “Fastest”.
5) Enter the desired message in the input field
“Display Messages” (12). The main message may contain a maximum of 150 characters, the start message a maximum of 80 characters from the ASCII standard. Below the message field, the “Character Count:” (13) will indicate the current number of characters.
6) Switch on the name badge; for this purpose, set the switch (2) to the upper position (ON).
7) Align the IR transmitter as precisely as possible to the IR receiver (5) [observe the arrow on the IR transmitter]. The distance should not exceed 5 cm.
8) Click “Transfer” (14) to start transmitting the
main message.
For transmitting a start message which will scroll once whenever the name badge is switched on, use the shortcut CTRL + F9. The window “Set Initial Info” will appear. Click “OK” to start the transmission.
The transmission progress will be displayed as a bar graph (11). The transmission is terminated when the message “Transmission is complete” appears.
Important notes concerning transmission:
– Make sure that no direct light will hit the receiver (5) during a transmission.
– Do not move the transmitter or receiver while transmitting, otherwise the transmission may be disturbed.
– If the name badge fails to respond correctly due to a disturbed transmission or if peculiar

Conseils importants pour la transmission :
– Evitez lors de la transmission le rayonnement direct de la lumière sur le récepteur (5).
– Ne déplacez pas l’émetteur ou le récepteur pendant une transmission. La transmission peut en être perturbée.
– Si le badge ne réagit plus correctement dans le cas d’une transmission perturbée, ou si des signes curieux apparaissent, éteignez-le brièvement puis rallumez-le : poussez l’interrupteur (2) vers le bas puis vers le haut. Transmettez ensuite une nouvelle fois le texte.
Si le badge continue à réagir avec des erreurs, la cause peut être également une batterie usagée ; dans ce cas, remplacez la batterie (1).
– Un texte doit comporter un signe au moins pour être transmis. Si le texte de démarrage par exemple doit être uniquement ”effacé”, transmettez un caractère d’espacement.
5 Mémorisation et chargement du texte
1) Pour une réutilisation ultérieure, on peut mémoriser sur le PC un texte saisi dans le champ de texte (12). Cliquez sur le symbole de la disquette (7), déterminez dans la fenêtre qui s’ouvre un chemin et un nom de fichier et confirmez.
2) Pour charger un texte précédemment mémorisé sur le PC pour la transmission au badge dans la fenêtre de texte (12), cliquez sur le symbole d’ouverture (6). Sélectionnez le fichier souhaité et confirmez. Si un texte se trouve déjà dans la fenêtre de texte, il est remplacé par le texte issu du fichier. Pour la transmission du texte au badge, effectuez les étapes 6) à 8) du chapitre 4.
6 Fixation du badge
Pour porter le badge sur un vêtement, retirez la plaque magnétique (4) du badge latéralement et maintenez-la à l’intérieur du vêtement contre la plaque métallique de la face arrière du badge de telle sorte que le tissu soit fixé.

7 Désinstallation du programme PC
Si le logiciel pour gérer le LNP-10 doit être désinstallé du PC, effectuez les procédures suivantes :
1) Démarrez le programme de désinstallation
“Namebadge \ Unwise” via le menu de démarrage de Windows.
2) Dans la fenêtre qui vient de s’ouvrir “Select
Uninstall Method”, l’option “Automatic” est sélectionnée. Poursuivez la désinstallation avec un clic sur “Next >”.
3) Dans la fenêtre suivante “Perform Uninstall”, terminez la désinstallation avec un clic sur “Finish”. Tous les fichiers programme, les liens dans le menu du système et sur le bureau
Windows sont supprimés.
Les fichiers de texte mémorisés par l’utilisateur sont conservées lors de la désinstallation.

1 Possibilités d’utilisation

PC à l’aide de l’émetteur infrarouge livré. La mémoire de messages a une capacité de 150 signes pour le texte principal et 80 signes supplémentaires pour un texte de démarrage à votre convenance qui défile une fois après chaque allumage.
Les textes sont également conservés dans le badge en cas de remplacement de la batterie. La vitesse de défilement des textes et le nombre de passages du texte principal sont également programmables. Le programme PC permet de mémoriser les textes saisis comme fichiers sur un PC et si besoin, de les charger de nouveau.

3.1 Programme PC
Le système PC suivant est nécessaire :

Lecteur CD
1) Quittez les programmes en cours sous Windows.
2) Insérez le CD de programme et cliquez sur
“Install Software” dans la fenêtre d’accueil qui s’affiche. Si le programme d’installation ne démarre pas automatiquement, démarrez le programme SETUP.EXE du CD.
3) Commencez l’installation en cliquant sur
“Next >”. Si l’installation doit être interrompue à cet instant ou dans la procédure ultérieure, cliquez sur “Cancel” et confirmez l’interruption dans la fenêtre qui s’ouvre avec “Exit Setup”.
Dans la fenêtre “Destination Location”, un chemin d’installation est proposé. Pour confirmer, cliquez sur “Next”. Si vous souhaitez installer le programme à un autre emplacement, cliquez sur “Browse...”, sélectionnez l’emplacement souhaité et confirmez avec “OK” puis cliquez sur “Next >”.
4) Dans les fenêtres “Select Components” et
“Start Installation”, cliquez respectivement sur
“Next >”. Dans la fenêtre suivante, terminez l’installation en cliquant sur “Finish >”.
3.2 Emetteur IR et batterie
1) Connectez la fiche 9 pôles de l’émetteur infrarouge à une sortie série du PC.
2) Insérez une batterie (1) de type CR2032 en respectant la polarité comme décrit sur le schéma 1, dans le support (3).
4 Programmation du texte
1) Démarrez le programme PC “Namebadge \ E-
Badge” en double cliquant sur l’icône du badge sur la fenêtre du bureau ou via le menu de démarrage Windows. La fenêtre présentée sur le schéma 2 s’ouvre.
2) Dans le champ “Com Port” (8), sélectionnez l’interface série à laquelle l’émetteur IR est relié.
3) Uniquement pour la programmation du texte principal :
Dans le champ “Loop” (9), sélectionnez le nombre de défilements du texte de 1 “1 Time”
à 255 “255 Times” ou à l’infini “Forever”.
4) Avec le potentiomètre (10), réglez la vitesse de défilement de lent “Slowest” à rapide “Fastest”.
5) Dans le champ “Display Messages” (12), tapez le texte voulu. Le texte principal peut contenir
150 signes au maximum, un texte de démarrage 80 signes au plus, au format ASCII. Le nombre actuel de signes “Character Count”
(13) s’affiche sous le champ de texte.
6) Allumez le badge ; poussez, pour ce faire, l’interrupteur (2) sur la position supérieure.
7) Dirigez l’émetteur IR le plus précisément possible vers le récepteur IR (5) [faites attention à la flèche sur l’émetteur IR]. La distance ne devrait pas dépasser 5 cm.
8) Démarrez la transmission du texte principal par un clic sur “Transfer” (14).
Pour la transmission d’un texte de démarrage, qui défile une fois après chaque allumage du badge, enfoncez la combinaison de touches
CTRL + F9. La fenêtre “Set Initial Info” apparaît. Avec un clic sur “OK”, démarrez la transmission.
L’avancée d’une transmission est visualisée sous forme de bargraphe (11). Lorsque le message “Transmission is complete” s’affiche, la transmission est terminée.

Conseils importants pour la transmission :
– Evitez lors de la transmission le rayonnement direct de la lumière sur le récepteur (5).
– Ne déplacez pas l’émetteur ou le récepteur pendant une transmission. La transmission peut en être perturbée.
– Si le badge ne réagit plus correctement dans le cas d’une transmission perturbée, ou si des signes curieux apparaissent, éteignez-le brièvement puis rallumez-le : poussez l’interrupteur (2) vers le bas puis vers le haut. Transmettez ensuite une nouvelle fois le texte.
Si le badge continue à réagir avec des erreurs, la cause peut être également une batterie usagée ; dans ce cas, remplacez la batterie (1).
– Un texte doit comporter un signe au moins pour être transmis. Si le texte de démarrage par exemple doit être uniquement ”effacé”, transmettez un caractère d’espacement.
5 Mémorisation et chargement du texte
1) Pour une réutilisation ultérieure, on peut mémoriser sur le PC un texte saisi dans le champ de texte (12). Cliquez sur le symbole de la disquette (7), déterminez dans la fenêtre qui s’ouvre un chemin et un nom de fichier et confirmez.
2) Pour charger un texte précédemment mémorisé sur le PC pour la transmission au badge dans la fenêtre de texte (12), cliquez sur le symbole d’ouverture (6). Sélectionnez le fichier souhaité et confirmez. Si un texte se trouve déjà dans la fenêtre de texte, il est remplacé par le texte issu du fichier. Pour la transmission du texte au badge, effectuez les étapes 6) à 8) du chapitre 4.
6 Fixation du badge
Pour porter le badge sur un vêtement, retirez la plaque magnétique (4) du badge latéralement et maintenez-la à l’intérieur du vêtement contre la plaque métallique de la face arrière du badge de telle sorte que le tissu soit fixé.

– Se la targhetta, dopo una trasmissione disturbata, non reagisce più correttamente oppure se appaiono strani caratteri, occorre spegnerla brevemente e riaccenderla: spostare l’interruttore (2) verso il basso e di nuovo verso l’alto. Quindi procedere ad una nuova trasmissione del testo.
Se la targhetta continua a reagire in modo anomalo, la causa può essere anche una batteria scarica: in questo caso sostituire la batteria (1).
– Un testo, per essere trasmesso, deve contenere per lo meno un carattere. Se si tratta per esempio di cancellare soltanto il testo di avvio, occorre trasmettere un carattere di spazio.
5 Memorizzare e caricare il testo
1) Per usi futuri, un testo digitato nel campo (12) può essere memorizzato nel PC. Per fare ciò cliccare sul simbolo del floppy (7) e quindi indicare e confermare nella finestra che appare un percorso con il nome del file.
2) Per caricare nella finestra (12) un testo memorizzato precedentemente sul PC per trasmetterlo poi sulla targhetta, cliccare sul simbolo di apertura (6). Selezionare il file desiderato e confermarlo. Se nella finestra si trova già un testo, sarà sostituito con quello del file. Per la trasmissione del testo alla targhetta, eseguire i passi 6) a 8) del capitolo 4.
6 Fissare la targhetta
Per portare la targhetta sui vestiti, sfilare la piastra magnetica (4) lateralmente dalla targhetta e avvicinarla dall’interno del vestito contro la piastra metallica posta sul retro della targhetta in modo che la stoffa venga bloccata fra metallo e magnete.
N.B.: Dopo l’uso occorre sempre spegnere la targhetta per non consumare inutilmente la batteria: spostare l’interruttore (2) verso il basso.
7 Disinstallare il programma del PC
Per eliminare il software dell’ LNP-10 dal PC, eseguire i seguenti passi:
1) Attraverso il menù Start di Windows avviare il programma di disinstallazione “Namebadge \
Unwise”.
2) Nella finestra che appare, “Select Uninstall
Method”, è selezionata l’opzione “Automatic”.
Proseguire la disinstallazione cliccando su
“Next >”.
3) Terminare la disinstallazione nella finestra successiva ”Perform Uninstall” cliccando su
“Finish”. Tutti i file di programma nonché i collegamenti nel sistema e sul desktop vengono eliminati.
I file di testo memorizzati dall’utente rimangono intatti anche durante la disinstallazione.

1 Possibilità d’impiego
Grazie ai suoi potenti magneti, questa targhetta con nome e scritta con LED a scorrimento può essere fissata per esempio ai vestiti. Può essere programmata tramite un PC e per mezzo del trasmettitore IR in dotazione. La memoria ha una capacità di 150 caratteri per il testo principale più 80 caratteri per un qualsiasi testo iniziale che scorre una sola volta dopo ogni accensione. I testi rimangono conservati nella targhetta anche dopo un cambio di batteria. Anche la velocità di scorrimento dei testi e il numero dei cicli del testo principale sono programmabili. Il programma del PC permette inoltre di memorizzare i testi sul PC per caricarli secondo le necessità.
2 Avvertenze di sicurezza
Gli apparecchi (la targhetta e il trasmettitore IR) sono conformi alla direttiva CE 89 / 336 / CEE sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica.
ATTENZIONE La targhetta è retta da potenti magneti (4). Non usatela se siete portatore di pace-maker.
● Gli strumenti sono previsti solo per l’uso all’interno di locali. Proteggerli dall’acqua gocciolante e dagli spruzzi d’acqua, da alta umidità dell’aria e dal calore (temperatura d’impiego ammessa fra 0 e 40 °C).
● Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido, asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti chimici o acqua.
● Nel caso d’uso improprio, di installazione sbagliata o di riparazione non a regola d’arte degli apparecchi o di installazione scorretta del software, non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per gli strumenti.
Non gettare le batterie scariche o difettose nelle immondizie di casa bensì negli appositi contenitori (p. es. presso il vostro rivenditore).
Se si desidera eliminare gli apparecchi definitivamente, consegnarli per lo smaltimento ad un’istituzione locale per il riciclaggio
3 Installazione
3.1 Programma per il PC
È richiesto il seguente sistema del PC:

1) Terminare i programmi attuali sotto Windows.
2) Inserire il CD della programmazione e nella finestra di saluti cliccare su “Install Software”. Se il programma di installazione non si avvia automaticamente, avviare il programma SETUP.
EXE dal CD.
3) Iniziare l’installazione cliccando su “Next >”.
Per interrompere l’installazione ora o più avanti, cliccare su “Cancel” e confermare l’abbandono nella finestra successiva con “Exit
Setup”.
Nella finestra “Destination Location” viene proposto un percorso per l’installazione. Per confermarlo cliccare su “Next”. Per installare il programma in un altro percorso, cliccare su
“Browse...” (Sfoglia), selezionare il percorso e confermare con ”OK”, quindi cliccare su
“Next >”.
4) Nelle finestre “Select Components” e “Start Installation” cliccare sempre su ”Next >”. Terminare l’installazione cliccando su “Finish >” nella finestra successiva.
3.2 Trasmettitore IR e batteria
1) Collegare il connettore a 9 poli del trasmettitore IR con un’uscita seriale del PC.
2) Inserire una batteria (1) del tipo CR2032 con la corretta polarità, come indicato in fig. 1, nella sua sede (3).
4 Programmare il testo
1) Con un doppio clic sull’icona E-Badge sul desktop di Windows oppure dal menù Start di
Windows, avviare il programma PC “Namebadge \ E-Badge”; appare la finestra rappresentata in fig. 2.
2) Nel campo “Com Port” (8) selezionare la porta seriale alla quale è collegato il trasmettitore IR.
3) Solo per la programmazione del testo princi- pale:
Nel campo “Loop” (9) selezionare il numero dei cicli del testo da 1 “1 Time” fino 255 “255
Times” o “Forever” (senza fine).
4) Con il cursore (10) impostare la velocità di scorrimento da lento “Slowest” fino a veloce
“Fastest”.
5) Digitare il testo nel campo “Display Messages”
(12). Il testo principale può contenere non più di 150 caratteri, il testo di avvio non più di 80 caratteri dello standard ASCII. Sotto il campo del testo è visualizzato il numero attuale dei caratteri “Character Count:” (13).
6) Accendere la targhetta spostando l’interruttore
(2) in posizione superiore.
7) Orientare il trasmettitore IR con la massima esattezza possibile verso il ricevitore IR (5) [da notare la freccia sul trasmettitore IR]. La distanza non dovrebbe essere superiore a 5 cm.
8) Avviare la trasmissione del testo principale cliccando su “Transfer” (14).
Per la trasmissione di un testo di avvio che scorre una volta dopo ogni accensione della targhetta, premere la combinazione di tasti
CTRL + F9. Appare la finestra “Set Initial Info”.
Avviare la trasmissione cliccando su “OK”.
La progressione della trasmissione viene rappresentata con un diagramma a barre (11). Il messaggio “Transmission is complete” significa che la trasmissione è terminata.
Note importanti per la trasmissione:
– Durante la trasmissione evitare raggi diretti di luce sul ricevitore (5).

– No mueva el receptor o e transmisor mientras está transmitiendo, si no, la transmisión podría verse afectada.
– Si la placa de mensaje no responde correctamente debido a una transmisión perturbada o si aparecen caracteres peculiares, apáguelo por un momento, después enciéndalo otra vez: Desplace el interruptor (2) hacia abajo
(OFF), después otra vez hacia arriba (ON).
Seguidamente vuelva a transmitir el mensaje.
Si la placa de mensaje todavía no responde correctamente, puede deberse a que la batería esté acabada: En este caso, reemplácela (1).
– Para la transmisión, el mensaje debe contener al menos un carácter. Para “eliminar” el mensaje de bienvenida, simplemente transmita un blanco.
5 Memorización y carga de un mensaje
1) Un mensaje entrado en el display de mensaje
(12) puede memorizarse en el PC para una utilización posterior. Para hacerlo, clique en el icono del disquete (7), y defina y confirme una ruta y un nombre de archivo en la ventana que va a aparecer.
2) Para cargar un mensaje previamente memorizado en el PC en el display de mensaje (12) para transmitir en la placa de mensaje, clique el icono Open (6). Seleccione el archivo deseado y confirme. Si ya hay un mensaje en el display, va a reemplazarse por el mensaje del archivo. Para la transmisión del mensaje en la placa de mensaje, realice los pasos del 6) al 8) del capítulo 4.
6 Fijación de la placa de mensaje
Para fijar la placa en su ropa, extraiga la chapa magnética (4) de la placa hacia el lateral y póngala en el interior de las prendas, fíjela contra la placa de metal en la parte trasera de la placa de manera que la ropa quede en el medio.
Nota: Apague siempre la placa después del funcionamiento, si no lo hace la batería podría desgastarse innecesariamente: Deslice el interruptor
(2) hacia abajo (OFF).
7 Desinstalar e programa del PC
Para desinstalar el software LNP-10 del PC, siga los pasos siguientes:
1) Empiece la desinstalación del programa “Namebadge \ Unwise” vía el menú de inicio de
Windows.
2) En la ventana “Select Uninstall Method” que va a aparecer, la opción “Automatic” se selecciona. Clique “Next >” para continuar la desinstalación.
3) En la siguiente ventana “Perform Uninstall”, clique “Finish” para finalizar la desinstalación.
Como resultado, todos los archivos del programa y los links del menú Windows y del ordenador van a eliminarse.
Cuando desinstale, todos los archivos de mensaje memorizados por el usario van a almacenarse.

Por favor, lea detalladamente este manual antes de instalar y hacer funcionar la unidad. De esta manera va a conocer todas las funciones de la unidad, va a prevenir errores de funcionamiento, y usted y la unidad van a estar protegidos de cualquier daño derivado de un mal uso. Por favor, guarde las instrucciones para una utilización posterior.
1 Aplicaciones
Con sus potentes imanes, este pase de LED’s puede fijarse en, p. ej., la ropa. Es programable a través de un PC mediante el transmisor de infrarrojos adjunto. La memoria de mensaje tiene una capacidad de 150 caracteres para el mensaje principal y 80 caracteres adicionales para cualquier mensaje de encendido deseado que va a desplazarse una vez siempre que el pase de LED’s esté encendido. Los mensajes también van a guardarse en la placa cuando reemplace la batería del aparato. La velocidad del desplazamiento de los mensajes y el número de repeticiones del mensaje principal también pueden programarse. El programa del PC también permite memorizar los mensajes entrados como archivos en el PC y volverlos a cargar si lo requiere.
2 Notas de seguridad
Las unidades (la placa de mensaje y el transmisor de infrarrojos) cumplen con la normativa para compatibilidad electromagnética 89 / 336 / EEC.
ADVERTENCIA La placa se fija con potentes imanes (4). No la utilice nunca si usted lleva un marcapasos.
● Las unidades han estado fabricadas únicamente para una utilización en el interior. Protéjalas contra las salpicaduras y las proyecciones de agua, una humedad del aire elevada y del calor (temperatura de ambiente admisible 0 – 40 °C).
● Para la limpieza utilice únicamente un trapo seco y suave; nunca productos químicos o agua.
● Las unidades carecerían de todo tipo de garantía en caso de daños personales o materiales resultantes de una utilización del aparato con otro fin del que le ha sido concebido, si no está correctamente instalado o reparado por personal especializado, o si el software no está correctamente instalado.
Las baterías acabadas no deben depositarse en la basura doméstica; llévelas siempre a un contenedor especial (p. ej.
un contenedor para pilas en su tienda habitual).
Si las unidades están definitivamente retiradas del servicio, llévelas a una fábrica de reciclaje próxima para contribuir a su eliminación no contaminante.
3 Instalación
3.1 Programación del PC
Se requiere el siguiente sistema del PC:
Microsoft Windows:
Win 98 / Win ME / Win NT / Win 2000 / Win XP
CPU: Intel Pentium 166 o superior
RAM: 32 MB o más
Resolución de pantalla: SVGA o superior
Salida en serie: RS232 (9 polos)
Disquetera CD
1) Cierre cualquier programa abierto de Windows.
2) Inserte el CD del programa y clique “Install Software” que v a aparecer en la ventana. Si el programa de instalación no se arranca automáticamente, ejecute el programa SETUP.EXE del
CD.
3) Clique “Next >” para empezar la instalación.
Para cancelar la instalación ahora o después, clique “Cancel”, y confirme la cancelación en la siguiente ventana con “Exit Setup”.
En la ventana “Destination Location”, va a proponerse una ruta de instalación. Clique “Next” para confirmar. Para instalar el programa en una ruta diferente, clique “Browse...”, seleccione la ruta de la tarjeta confirme con “OK”, después clique “Next >”.
4) Clique “Next >” en las ventanas “Select Components” y “Start Installation” respectivamente.
En la siguiente ventana, clique “Finish >” para finalizar la instalación.
3.2 Transmisor IR y batería
1) Conecte la toma de 9 polos del transmisor de infrarrojos en salida en serie del PC.
2) Inserte una batería (1) del tipo CR2032 con los polos tal como se indica en el esquema 1 en el soporte (3).
4 Programar un mensaje
1) Arranque el programa del PC “Namebadge\E-
Badge” con un doble clic en el icono E-Badge de
Windows o vía el menú de inicio Windows; de esta manera va a aparecer la ventana del fig 2.
2) En el campo “Com Port” (8), seleccione la interfaz en serie a la cual el transmisor IR está conectado.
3) Solamente para programar el mensaje princi- pal:
En el campo “Loop” (9), seleccione el número de repeticiones del mensaje de “1 Time” a “255
Times” o de manera continua “Forever”.
4) Ajuste la velocidad de desplazamiento con el espacio (10) de “Slowest” (más lento) a
“Fastest” (más rápido).
5) Escriba el mensaje deseado en el campo
“Display Messages” (12). El mensaje principal puede contener un máximo de 150 caracteres, el mensaje de bienvenida puede tener un máximo de 80 caracteres desde el ASCII estándar. Bajo el campo del mensaje, el “Character
Count:” (13) va a indicar el número actual de caracteres.
6) Encienda el pase de LED’s; para hacerlo, ponga el interruptor (2) en la posición superior
(ON).
7) Alinee el transmisor IR de la manera más precisa posible al receptor IR (5) [observe la flecha del transmisor IR ]. La distancia no debería exceder a 5 cm.
8) Clique “Transfer” (14) para empezar a transmitir el mensaje principal.
Para transmitir un mensaje de bienvenida que va a desplazarse una vez cuando se encienda la placa, utilice el CTRL + F9. La ventana “Set
Initial Info” va a aparecer. Clique “OK” para empezar la transmisión.
El progreso de la transmisión va a visualizarse en la barra gráfica (11). La transmisión finaliza cuando aparece el mensaje ”Transmission is complete”.
Notas importantes relacionadas con la transmisión:
– Asegúrese que el receptor no recibe luz directa (5) durante la transmisión.

6 Przymocowanie identyfikatora

Aby dokonać transmisji wiadomości do identyfikatora należy wykonać instrukcje zawarte w punktach od 6) do 8) z rozdziału 4.
7 Odinstalowanie programu
Aby usunąć oprogramowanie do LNP-10 z komputera należy wykonać następujące czynności:
1) Uruchom program deinstalacyjny “Namebadge \ Unwise” z menu startowego Windows.
2) W oknie “Select Uninstall Method” wybrana metoda to “Automatic”. Wciśnij “Next > ” aby kontynuować deinstalację.
3) Aby zakończyć deinstalację, w kolejnym oknie “Perform Uninstall” wciśnij “Finish”.
Wszystkie pliki i odnośniki w systemie oraz skróty na pulpicie zostaną usunięte.
Wszystkie wiadomości zapisane przez użytkownika w plikach zostaną zachowane.
Może ulec zmianie.

W ten sposób poznasz wszystkie funkcje urządzenia, unikniesz błędów podczas obsługi, tym samym nie uszkodzisz urządzenia, a Twoje zdrowie nie będzie zagrożone. Instrukcję należy zatrzymać do późniejszego wglądu.
1 Zastosowanie
Identyfikator z podświetlanym tekstem wyposażony jest w silny magnes, dzięki czemu może być łatwo przymocowany np. do ubrania. Tekst na wyświetlaczu jest programowany przez komputer osobisty. Dane przesyłane są przez znajdujący się w zestawie nadajnik działający na podczerwień.
Pamięć urządzenia mieści do 150 znaków głównej wiadomości i 80 znaków dodatkowych na powitanie, które jest jednokrotnie wyświetlane zaraz po włączeniu identyfikatora. Wiadomości nie są kasowane nawet podczas wymiany baterii. Zaprogramować można również szybkość przewijania tekstu i liczbę powtórzeń głównej wiadomości.
Wiadomości mogą zostać zapamiętane, zapisane jako pliki na komputerze i wczytane w dowolnym momencie.
2 Informacje dotyczące bezpieczeństwa
Urządzenia (identyfikator i nadajnik na podczerwień) podlegają wytycznym i normom dla urządzeń zgodnych z 89 / 336 / EEC.
UWAGA Identyfikator jest wyposażony w silny magnes (4). Nie wolno używać identyfikatora, jeżeli korzysta się z rozrusznika serca.
● Urządzenia są przeznaczone tylko do użytku wewnątrz pomieszczeń. Chroń przed wodą, wysoką wilgotnością i wysoką temperaturą (dopuszczalny zakres temperatury to 0 – 40 ° C)

4 Programowanie wiadomości

2) W polu “Com Port” (8), wybierz złącze szeregowe, do którego podłączony jest nadajnik.
3) Aby zaprogramować tylko główną wiado-
mość: W polu “Loop” (9), wybierz liczbę powtórzeń wiadomości od jednego “1 Time” do dwustu pięćdziesięciu pięciu “255 Times” lub wybierz stałe powtarzanie “Forever”.
4) Ustaw szybkość przewijania wiadomości za pomocą suwaka (10) od “Slowest”(najwolniej) do “Fastest” (najszybciej).
5) Wpisz tekst wiadomości w polu “Display Messages” (12). Główna wiadomość może zawierać maksymalnie do 150 znaków, powitanie maksymalnie do 80 znaków w standardzie
ASCII. Poniżej pola wiadomości wskaźnik
“Character Count:”(13) będzie pokazywał liczbę wykorzystanych znaków.

Jeżeli identyfikator wciąż nie reaguje prawidłowo, przyczyną może być wyczerpanie się baterii. W tym wypadku należy wymienić baterię (1).
– Aby dokonać przesyłu danych, wiadomość musi składać się co najmniej z jednego znaku. Aby skasować powitanie, należy przesłać pustą wiadomość.
6 Przymocowanie identyfikatora
Aby przymocować identyfikator do odzieży, należy zdjąć magnes (4) z identyfikatora, włożyć go pod warstwę odzieży i ponownie zetknąć z identyfikatorem, tak aby materiał znalazł się między magnesem i identyfikatorem.
Uwaga: Identyfikator należy zawsze wyłączać jeżeli nie jest używany, w ten sposób uniknie się niepotrzebnemu zużyciu baterii: Ustaw przełącznik (2) w pozycji OFF.
5 Zapamiętanie i wczytywanie wiadomości
1) Wiadomość wpisana na wyświetlacz (12) może zostać zapisana na komputerze i wykorzystana później. W tym celu wciśnij ikonę przedstawiającą dyskietkę (7), następnie w oknie jakie się pojawi podaj i zatwierdź ścieżkę dostępu oraz nazwę pliku.
2) Aby wczytać wiadomość uprzednio zapisaną na komputerze i przesłać na identyfikator, wciśnij ikonę Open (6). Wybierz odpowiedni plik i potwierdź swój wybór. Jeżeli na wyświetlaczu znajduje się jakaś inna wiadomość, zostanie ona zastąpiona przez wiadomość z pliku. Aby dokonać transmisji wiadomości do identyfikatora należy wykonać instrukcje zawarte w punktach od 6) do 8) z rozdziału 4.
7 Odinstalowanie programu
Aby usunąć oprogramowanie do LNP-10 z komputera należy wykonać następujące czynności:
1) Uruchom program deinstalacyjny “Namebadge \ Unwise” z menu startowego Windows.
2) W oknie “Select Uninstall Method” wybrana metoda to “Automatic”. Wciśnij “Next > ” aby kontynuować deinstalację.
3) Aby zakończyć deinstalację, w kolejnym oknie “Perform Uninstall” wciśnij “Finish”.
Wszystkie pliki i odnośniki w systemie oraz skróty na pulpicie zostaną usunięte.
Wszystkie wiadomości zapisane przez użytkownika w plikach zostaną zachowane.
Może ulec zmianie.
