To change batteries, turn the power switch to “OFF”, slide
the lid of battery box to OPEN remove the worn-out batteries
and replace with new ones. Be careful to observe the ba-
ttery polarity.

temperatures of OC to +40°C (32°F — 104°F).
Keep the calculator free from moisture, dust or high tempera-

To avoid errors depress each key firmly.
An incorrectly depresses key of any number ([{OJ[T1], [2]---)
can be cleared by key, and then continueing.
[Cl key clears ali the set-in values except memory registers.
Memory registers can be cieared by twice depressing the
key, and then depressing the key.
If an incorrect function key (I+), [=1, XJ, [=]) or the
sign change key [7 /- | is depressed by mistake, simply depress
the correct function key, and the pending calculation can he
continued. In this case there is no need to clear the mis
depressed function key,

When nine figures or more are set in, the overfiow sign
“=” will light to the right of the displayed figures. This
can be cleared by depressing the key.
When a calculation result exceeds eight figures, the
overflow sign rm” (plus result) ar “E” (minus result)
will appear. In this case, only the eight actual figures are
correct and the decimal point should be moved eight
places to the right.
