History
Pace International was incorporated in 1972 by its founder Jim Deutsch. Headquartered in Rochester,
MN, Pace catered to an independent base of TV and appliance retailers selling consumer electronics,
repair parts, commercial audio and video, and TV reception equipment. Since then, the company has
grown substantially from a regional distributor serving the upper Midwest to a national wholesaler
