Denne manual beskriver brug af betjeningspanelet AristoArc 400 & AristoArc 500.

Fjernbetjening

Ved fjernbetjening er det muligt at indstille svejseprocessens primære parametre fra en anden enhed end betjeningspanelet.

Aristomaskiner med indbygget betjeningspanel skal have programversion 1.21 eller højere, for at fjernbetjeningen skal fungere korrekt.

Med tilsluttet fjerbetjening er strømkilden fjernbetjent, mens alle knapper og drejeknapper er ude af funktion. Funktionerne kan kun indstilles via fjernbetjeningen.

Strøm

Højere strømstyrke giver bredere og dybere indtrængning i emnet.

Buetryk “Arc Force“

Buetrykket har betydning for, hvordan strømmen ændres, når buelængden ændres. En lavere værdi giver en roligere lysbue med færre sprøjt.

Betjeningspanelet har ikke kontakt med strømkilden.

Termoafbryderen er udløst.

Strømkilden får for høj netspænding.

Afhjælpning

Kontrollér kabelforbindelserne.

Det er nødvendigt at afbryde spændingen for at nulstille.

Kontrollér, at støvfilteret er sat på plads igen.

Kontrollér, om netspændingen er korrekt. Det er nødvendigt at afbryde spændingen for at nulstille.

Lysdioden lyser / blinker, så længe fejlen varer ved, og kan kun nulstilles, hvis fejlen udbedres, og maskinen genstartes.
