LIMITED TOOL WARRANTY

King Canada makes every effort to ensure that this product meets high quality and durability standards. King Canada warrants to the original retail consumer a 2-year limited warranty as of the date the product was purchased at retail and that each product is free from defects in materials. Warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, negligence or accidents, repairs done by an unauthorized service center, alterations and lack of maintenance. King Canada shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. To take advantage of this limited warranty, return the product at your expense together with your dated proof of purshase to an authorized King Canada service center. Contact your retailer or visit our web site at www.kingcanada.com for an updated listing of our authorized service centers. In cooperation with our authorized serviced center, King Canada will either repair or replace the product if any part or parts covered under this warranty which examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material during the warranty period.

SAFETY & ASSEMBLY WARNING! SAFETY PROCEDURES

1. The “Double Cut” Saw to be used with this cutting stand must be in good condition.

2. Make sure the cutting stand is fixed on work bench or ground base.

3. Make sure the power cord is positioned in left rear corner of the cutting stand. Avoid direct contact of power cord with cutting material and chips. 4. Make sure the work area is clean and bright.

5. Do not operate “Double Cut” Saw under explosive environment containing explosive liquid, gas, or dusts.

6. Keep children or bystander away when performing cutting operations.

7. Make sure “Double Cut” Saw is “OFF” and unplugged from the power source when mounting it onto the cutting stand.

8. Adjust the upper and lower blade guard asembly position to make sure the scraps do not fly towards the operator.

9. Make sure to secure the cutting materials when performing cutting operations.

ASSEMBLY

1. Install the quick release vise assembly (A) Fig.1 to the stand base (B) using hex. bolts, spring washers, washers and hex. nuts.

2. Before tightening the hex. nuts, make sure the slot washer (A) Fig.2 is positioned under the base slot as shown in Fig.2. This will prevent the quick release vise from lifting upwards.

3. Install the miter gauge (C) Fig.1 to the slot in the base (B) using 2 hex. bolts, a washer and 2 hex. nuts.

4. Fix the aluminum bracket and the main frame assembly (A) Fig.3 to the stand base (B) using hex. bolts, washers and hex. nuts.

5. Attach the drawspring (C) to the aluminum bracket and the main frame assembly.

6. Assemble the handle knob and down handle (D) to the main frame.

7. In order to install the “Double Cut” Saw on the cutting stand, first the control handle and bracket must be removed from the tool. Then the blade guard assembly (B) Fig.4 must be pivoted around to allow the blade to be exposed after installation. Loosen blade guard assembly screw (A) Fig.4. Retighten screw after you have installed the tool on the cutting stand and have adjusted the blade guard assembly position.

8. Place the “Double Cut” Saw onto the main frame and secure it in place using two main frame hex.

It is important that the “Double Cut” Saw be perfectly aligned with the base groove, to do so, loosen the hex. nuts (A) Fig.5 on the adjustment bolts (B) and adjust the bolts in or out until the tool is perfectly aligned with the base groove. Once done, retighten the hex.

9. Install the spark guard (A) Fig.6 to the tip of the lower blade guard (B) using the spark guard screw and wing nut (C).

: Tighten all the bolts and nuts before operating.

OPERATION OPERATION PROCEDURES

1. Place the workpiece on the base (A) Fig.7 in between the miter gauge (B) and the quick release vise (C). Position the miter gauge in the desired angle and secure it with the hex. bolt and washer (D). Then press the quick release vise button (E), push the handle (F) to position the vise up against the workpiece and release the quick release vise button. Turn the handle clockwise until your workpiece is secured to the base.

2. Support the cutting material with your left hand and hold the down handle (A) Fig.8 and the switch lever (B) with your right hand.

3. To begin the cutting operation, pull the switch lever (B) to activate the “Double Cut” saw switch and turn the tool on. Push the down handle (A) towards the workpiece to cut. Release the switch lever to turn the “Double Cut” saw off.
