TP400 Type K Pipe Clamp
Temperature Probe
Operating Instructions
1. Using the Type K sub-miniature thermocouple connector, plug the TP400 in to a compatible Type K measuring instrument.
2. Squeeze the spring-loaded handles to open the clamp jaws.
3. Securely clamp the probe jaws around the object to be measured.
4. Read the temperature.
Note: For best results, the surface area should be free of any dirt or substance that will inhibit thermal contact.

1. À l’aide du connecteur thermocouple sous-miniature de
Type K, branchez le TP400 sur un instrument de mesure compatible de Type K.
2. Serrez les poignées à ressorts pour ouvrir les mâchoires.
3. Serrez fermement les mâchoires autour du tuyau à mesurer.
4. Lisez la température.
Remarque : Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, la surface de contact doit être exempte de saleté ou de toute substance susceptible d'inhiber le contact thermique.

Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any product is returned to Extech.
The sender is responsible for shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent damage in transit. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from action of the user such as misuse, improper wiring, operation outside of specification, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification. Extech specifically disclaims any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Extech's total liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product. The warranty set forth above is inclusive and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied.
