Crestron ANT-EXT: The Crestron ANT-EXT is an antenna extender designed for use with many Crestron RF gateways, allowing the device to be installed in an equipment rack or similar enclosure while the antenna is mounted outside the enclosure. This provides greater flexibility in placement and orientation of the antenna, ensuring optimal signal reception. The ANT-EXT is easy to install, with a simple plug-and-play design that makes it quick and convenient to integrate with your existing Crestron system.

Description
The ANT-EXT-10 Antenna Extender is designed for use with many Crestron ® RF gateways, allowing the device to be installed in an equipment rack or similar enclosure while the antenna is mounted outside the enclosure.

Installation
Complete the following steps to properly set up and connect the antenna extender.
1. Remove the protective dust cover from the connector at the top of the antenna extender.
2. Attach the connector at the end of the cable to the device’s antenna connector.
3. Attach the device’s antenna to the connector at the top of the antenna extender.
For placement and orientation guidelines, refer to the manual for the device or the Best Practices for Installation and Setup of Crestron RF Products Reference Guide (Doc. 6689), at www.crestron.com/manuals.
As of the date of manufacture, the ANT-EXT-10 has been tested and found to comply with specifications for CE marking.
