Ceramic Turntable

The turntable for the SMC1585 Series is an elegant, glossy white, oven-safe ceramic platter. Easy-to-clean and dishwasher-safe, this durable turntable is both food-safe for direct contact cooking and beautiful to bring to the table.

Two, removable racks are included and sized to fit on top of the ceramic turntable for two levels of even, convection cooking. Use the upper rack for baking, and the lower rack for broiling and roasting.
