Installation Instructions
Stem Handle Handle Cap

Handle Adapter Retaining Screw
Turn off water supply.
Remove handle cap and retaining screw.
Remove handle by pulling straight out.
Place handle adapter over exposed end of faucet stem.
Thread retaining screw into adapter and stem. Tighten set screws on
handle adapter.
Unthread retaining screw.
Place new handle on stem with adapter and tighten with retaining screw.
Replace handle cap and turn on water supply.
