Stalwart -the cordless hand held air compressor that makes it
quick and easy to inflate car tires and more! Powerful air compressor
technology to pull in outside air and compress it into the tire.
It also has an auto-stop feature that will automatically stop at
your desired tire pressure, and 3 nozzle attachments for a variety
of uses. Please read and understand all instructions before use.

NOTE
1. Run-time will vary depending on the battery level, pressure load during use,
and the operating conditions.
2, High-pressure loading, or excessive back pressure will result in a shorter run-time
than indicated.
USING THE STALWART AIR PUMP
Air pump can be used with the included
rechargeable battery pack.
CHARGING THE AIR PUMP BATTERY
Important! Charge for at least 3 hours before first use.
Do NOT store battery inside unit when not in use.
1. Remove the battery from air pump by
pressing locking tabs in and pulling out (see Fig 1).
2. Plug the AC charger into the wall. Then, connect to
the AC charger port on the battery (See Fig 2).
3. When LED on charger changes from red to green,
charging is finished. This may take up to 3 hours
(See Fig 3).
NOTE: Air pump will run for approximately
15 minutes per charge.
NOTE: For optimal battery lifetime, we recommend
not charging the battery for more than
5 hours at a time.

INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS
INFLATING TIRES
1. Line up the arrows on the “Flexible Air Hose”
and “Attachment Lock” on unit. {See Fig 7)
2, Push “Flexible Air Hose” in and turn clockwise until locked
in place, as shown by “4” symbol. (See Fig 8)
3. Press the Power button below the LCD display to turn on.
(See Fig 9).
NOTE: After 30 seconds of inactivity, the digital fire gauge will turn off automatically |
fo conserve energy.
4. To choose desired pressure format (PSI, BAR, KPA), press the
power button continuously until desired format displays.
5. Screw the threaded connector onto tire's valve stem quickly
until tight. When connected, the gauge will show current tire
pressure.
6. Press “+”or "— to set desired pressure level. Once set, wait a
few seconds and until current tire pressure displays.

NOTE: For cars, trucks and SUV'S always check and follow the manufacturer's
recommended pressure, usually located on the door jamb of your vehicle
(See Fig.10)
7. Being sure trigger lock is in unlock position, press the trigger.
8. The stalwart Air pump will begin to inflate the tire to the set
pressure level, and shut off automatically when reached.

9. When done, press the trigger once to tum off, and slide trigger lock to lock position.
To tum off display, hold “CY” for 3 seconds.
10. Remove the thredded connector from the tire quickly, and replace valve stem cap on
fire, if required. WARNING: Connector may be hot. Use caution when removing.
NOTE: To avoid over-inflation of fires, please check the recommended fire pressure in the
vehicle's owner's manual or door jamb. For bicycle fires, check markings on fire.
Use a separate pressure gauge for more accurate reading.

1. Line up the arrows on the “Flexible Air Hose” and “Attachment

2. Push “Flexible Air Hose” in and tum clockwise until locked Fig 11
in place, as shown by “mA symbol. (See Fig 12)
3. Choose desired tip and screw into “Flexible Air Hose” = ZZ -
clockwise until tight. (See Fig 13) =,

5. Insert the tip adapter into inflatable object and push trigger.
6. Allow air pump to run until object is fully inflated.
7. Remove tip adapter from the inflated object quickly,
and replace valve cover if required.
NOTE: The pressure gauge will only provide an esfimated reading. Use o seporate pressure gauge
for more accurate reading.

BATTERIES AND THE ENVIRONMENT
This product uses a lithium ion, rechargeable battery. The battery pack is recyclable.
At the end of the battery pack’s useful life, the unit should be recycled or properly
disposed of. Do not discard in a landfill or with household waste material. Do not
incinerate. Contact your local city officials for battery disposal information.
In accordance with the law, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must be
collected separately and retumed to an environmentally compatible recycling facility.
Battery should always be removed from Air pump Pro after use to prevent battery
lifetime loss and for proper storage. Always store in a cool, dry place.
GENERAL SAFETY MEASURES AND
PRECAUTIONS THAT APPLY TO THE USE OF
AIR PUMP AIR COMPRESSOR
Safe operation of the air compressor requires that you read the instructions
and safety pre-cautions carefully and follow all instructions before using the air
compressor.
1. The air compressor is designed for occasional use. Inflation over a long period
will overheat the air compressor and may cause damage.
2, The air compressor should not operate for more than 15 minutes at a time, after
Which it must be switched off and set aside to cool for at least 15 minutes before
restarting. Allow the unit fo cool for 15 minutes after each 15 minutes of use.
3. If the air compressor emits abnormal sounds or overheats, turn it off
immediately and let it cool off for minimum 30 minutes.
4. Inspect air compressor, and baiteries before use. If cracked, broken or
damaged paris are found, qualified technicians should repair damaged parts.
5. Incorrect use of the air compressor may result in personal injury and/or
property damage.
6. Never expose the air compressor or battery to rain, frost or temperatures
above 50°C (122°F). Never change the battery in humid or wet locations.
7. Never use the air compressor near flammable fluids or gases.
Make sure your working area is well-lit.
8. Protect yourself against eleciric shock. Avoid physical contact with grounded
surfaces such as pipes, radiators, electric stoves, refrigerators, etc.
9. Never allow children to connect/disconnect the air compressor to/from power
sources. Never leave children unattended with the air compressor and never
allow them to play with the accessories.
10. Never allow anyone to pump air into mouth, ears, nose, etc of people,
or animals. The air compressor is not a toy.

11 Store air compressor in a secure location. If the air compressor is going to be
unused for long periods of time, it should be stored in a dry place inaccessible
to children.
12 Regularly check the charger cord. Never carry the charger by the cord and
never pull the plug out of the outlet by jerking the cord. Make sure the cord is
not exposed to hot objects, oil or sharp edges.
13 Keep the air compressor clean to maintain maximum output and safety.
Examine the plug, charger and cable pack on a regular basis and have them
repaired by qualified technicians if they are damaged.
14 Unplug the AC charger from the battery when the charger is not in use.
15 Never charge the battery outdoors. Do not open the battery. Protect it against
impact. The battery should be stored in a dry, frost-free place.
16 The battery and charger are designed for each other. Only the stalwart
approved charger should be used.
17 Protect the battery against heat and fire to prevent danger due to explosion!
18 Do not place the battery on a heater and do not expose it to solar radiation
for a prolonged period. Exposing the battery to femperatures above 50°C
(122°F) will damage the battery. Allow the battery to cool off completely
before charging.
19 Do not directly connect the positive (+) and the negative (-) terminals. This will
result in a short-circuit caused by metallic arcing.
20 Stay alert. Always pay attention to what you are doing when working with the
air compressor, charger and battery.
21 Waming! For your own safety, you should only use accessories and parts
specified in the instructions, or recommended for use by the manufacturer. Use
of accessories and other parts that are not mentioned in the instructions may
entail an increased risk for the user of the air compressor.
22. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
23. Risk of Bursting — Do not adjust regulator to result in output pressure greater
than marked maximum pressure of attachment.
24. Do allow unit to cool down then do replace or discharge the attachments.
25. Avoid storing the battery pack inside the car.
26. WARNING: Risk of Injury — Do not direct air stream af body.
