1. ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS
Desde BAÑOS 10 le queremos dar la más sincera enhorabuena y el agradecimiento por haber adquirido una cabina de hidromasaje. Todos nuestros productos han sido fabricados bajo estrictos controles de seguridad para certificar su óptimo funcionamiento.
Para un correcto uso y mantenimiento de su cabina de hidromasaje le invitamos a leer atentamente el presente manual.

IMPORTANTE:
- Para mantener la seguridad en su cuarto de baño, la instalación eléctrica deberá disponer de un interruptor diferencial de 30 mA de sensibilidad y otro magnetotérmico de acuerdo con la normativa europea de baja tensión. En todo caso, el instalador se deberá regir a la normativa actual vigente.
- La conexión de la cabina a la red eléctrica se deberá realizar con una manguera de cable bipolar de 1.5 mm
2
de sección mínima, dotada de toma de tierra. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser sustituido por el fabricante, por su servicio postventa o persona similar cualificado con el fin de evitar un peligro.
- La instalación eléctrica de la cabina ha de realizarse en acuerdo con la normativa de baja tensión vigente. Debe comprobar que la tensión y frecuencia de alimentación coincide con el equipo suministrado. .
- La cabina debe poseer una conexión equipotencial enter todos sus elementos metálicos. Ésta se debe montar contra pared, siendo inaccesible su parte posterior, donde se sitúa la caja eléctrica y la caldera de vapor.
- Las cajas eléctricas están dotadas de un índice de protección elevado, IPX5, que las dotan de aislamiento eléctrico
y estanqueidad. Se recomienda no realizar ningún tipo de manipulación sobre ellas.

A system consisting of the illumination of four basic colours: red, yellow, green and blue.
The system panel has 5 buttons, 4 of which correspond to each of the colours and the middle one which activates the auto function. .
Pressing each colour will cause it to light up with an intensity of 25%, 50%,
75% and 100%, respectively. It is possible to combine different colours with different intensities in order to achieve the desired colour scheme.
The auto function activates a 15”second sequence for each colour at an intensity of 100%.
To stop the system, press again on the sensor that is lit.
Beneficial effects from the use of chromotherapy:
RED
Stimulates and excites nerves and releases a large amount of adrenaline, revitalising the body.
Beneficial in activating the digestive system and against nervous depression, melancholy and neurasthenia.
GREEN
Creates a high degree of harmony and balance, tones up the heart and blood by reducing blood pressure, and favours the building of muscles and tissues. An analgesic colour that helps to soothe all sorts of pains and neuralgias.
YELLOW
This buoyant and vital colour acts as an antidepressant, generating muscular energy by stimulating certain motor nerves, and favouring skin. Stimulates creativity, enhances learning neurons and helps to ward off insomnia.
BLUE
Astringent, antibiotic, antiseptic, an effective remedy to lower fever, and anti-inflammatory. It is a psychological rejuvenator and relaxant. Helps in cases of asthma, obesity and cellulitis. Lowers blood pressure, refreshes.

8. MAINTENANCE
The most likely origin of the wrong operation of the mixer is due to the accumulation of dirtiness in the the filter of the thermostatic cartridge (lime incrustations, grave, etc.)
The dirt can bung the thermostatic cartridge up, and can soil the thermostatic mixer. If the filters are dirty, you can clean them with a solution of water and vinegar (suggested).
Steps to accede to the thermostatic cartridge:
1.- Close the central stopcocks to avoid any water leak.
2.- Remove the handle.
3.- Using a proper tool, remove the thermostatic cartridge, and clean them.
4.- Put again the thermostatic cartridge in the initial location.
5.- Finally, insert the handle.
ADVISE: The thermostatic cartridge is a very fragile piece; handle it with care.
CLEANING: The cleaning of the column will be realized with a neutral soap product and a smooth sponge, do not use abrasive and acid products.
(check indications from the supplier).
For the shawerscreen use always special products for glass.

7. MIXER REGULATION
Due to many different circumstances which can be found at any home or building - such as water pressure, water heaters (electrical or gas) etc.-, the real temperature of the water that flows from the column could be different than the indicated in the thermostatic mixer.
If it occurs to your column, you can regulate the thermostatic mixer as follows:
1. Place the handle of the mixer in the position 38º, or place the safety button in the upper position.
2. Open the water flow until the hot water starts flowing from the portable handshower. At least during 2 minutes, check that the water temperature is constant.
3. If you would like to fix the temperature in the position of 38º, proceed as follows:
[A] Remove the handle. (Do not remove the back piece with a red line).
[B] Turn the mixer until getting the wished water temperature.
[C] Once the temperature is adjusted, put again the handle in a position where the safety button coincides with the red line.

6. BEFORE THE INSTALLATION
This product has a very easy installation. You just have to follow the instructions of the Installation Guide.
Before installing the water hoses supply of the cabin to the net, the water pipes have to be cleaned. The pipes of any building are often dirty (gravel, small metallic particles, etc.), and this dirtiness can bung the filters up, and produce a wrong functioning of the mixer.
Check the water hoses connections. The cold water hose should be connected to the cold water supply, and the hot water hose, to the hot water supply. If, by mistake, the connections are interchanged, the thermostatic mixer will be damaged and, consequently, it must be changed.
ISSUES ABOUT THE WATER HEATER: if we want a proper functioning of the cabin, your water heater must supply, minimum, 15 litres of water per minute.
Sometimes, it is possible that the hot-cold water does not mix properly. If this occurs, proceed as follows:
- If your water heater has a water flow and temperature controller, we recommend you to put it in a way that supplies more hot water and less water flow. This is necessary when the water heater is located far from the cabin.
- If your water heater has not got the mentioned water-temperature controller, or it is a quite old model, you can have that problem with the water mixture.
If so, we suggest to change the water heater.
4. EXPLICACION DE LAS FUNCIONES
1.- ENCENDER/APAGAR (Solo en sistema VITAL II).
Pulsar la tecla para activar el equipo. Se ilumina la pantalla en la cual se indica la temperatura del ambiente. Con una nueva pulsación sobre el mismo icono apagamos el equipo.
2.- LUZ (Solo en sistema VITAL II).
Mediante una pulsación sobre el icono se activa la luz. Con otra pulsación sobre el mismo icono se desactivará dicha función.
3.- VENTILADOR (Solo en sistema VITAL II).
Mediante una pulsación sobre el icono se activa el ventilador. Con otra pulsación sobre el mismo icono se desactivará dicha función.
NOTA: No debe estar activo cuando lo esté la sauna.
4.- SAUNA / VAPOR (Solo en sistema VITAL II).
Mediante una pulsación sobre el icono se activa la sauna. En aprox. 2 minutos comenzará la emisión de vapor en el interior de la cabina por medio del difusor de vapor. Con otra pulsación sobre el mismo icono se desactivará dicha función independientemente del tiempo de sauna programado.

. Aparece en primer lugar la temperatura máxima a alcanzar por la sauna, la cual podremos porgramar mediante las teclas , las cuales aumentarán o disminuirán la temperatura desde los 25 hasta los 60ºC.
Cuando tenemos la temperatura de la sauna deseada y pulsando de nuevo en pasamos a programar el tiempo, quedándose el último valor de la temperatura como la temperatura programada a la que debe llegar la sauna.
Con las mismas teclas aumentamos o disminuimos el tiempo del baño.
NOTA: Las interrupciones en la emisión de vapor, durante la función sauna son debidas a la recarga de agua fría que realiza el equipo.
NOTA: Abstenerse de abrir la puerta de la cabina innecesariamente para que no se produzcan perdidas importantes de calor.
5. EXPLICACION DE LAS FUNCIONES
5.- RADIO (Solo en sistema VITAL II).
Mediante una pulsación sobre el icono se activa dicha función, con otra pulsación sobre el mismo icono se desactivará. Una vez activa la función las teclas aumentan o disminuiyen el volumen. Pulsando en hasta que aperezca TUNE en cuyo caso las teclas realizarán la búsqueda de la frecuencia. Pulsación corta para búsqueda manual y larga para automática.
Para memorizar frencuencias pulsar hasta que salga en pantalla CH. Con
CH parpadeando seleccionar el nº de programa a memorizar con , pulsar en la tecla de nuevo y usar las teclas para buscar la frecuencia que deseamos memorizar. La frecuencia se memorizará en el numero de programa que hayamos seleccionado con anterioridad cuando pulsemos en
de manera continua (aparecerá entonces _ch).
Para oir una frecuencia ya memorizada pulsar hasta que aparezca CH y buscar el nº de programa deseado.
NOTA: Las funciones se iluminan cuando están activas.
6.- FUNCIÓN HIDROMASAJE, DUCHA FIJA Y DUCHA FLEXIBLE
Utilización: (ver esquema 3).
1.- Seleccionar la posición relativa a la temperatura deseada por medio de la maneta del termostático.Cuando el pivote movil esté posicionado en la parte alta, lo tendremos situado a ± 38º C. Para pasar a mayor temperatura será necesario presionar primero el pivote movil e iniciar el giro a izquierdas.
Para agua fria, girar el mando termostático, a derechas.
2.- Para obtener la función deseada, girar el mando del desviador a la derecha, haciendo coincidir el pivote con la función deseada y abrir el caudal de agua girando a izquierdas.
Recomendaciones:
* Para el funcionamiento óptimo del hidromasaje se recomienda una presión mínima de 2,5 bar/cm2 y máxima de 5 bar/cm2.
* Para un correcto funcionamiento de la grifería termostática, recuerde que necesitará 55º en el agua caliente que llegue al grupo termostático.
* Caudal mínimo requerido (fría+caliente) 20l/min.
5. CONTROLS DESCRIPTION
5.- RADIO (Only in VITAL II system).
Press over the icon and this function will be connected. With a new pressing over the icon, the finction will be switched off. Once the function is
ON, the keys increase or decrease the volume.
Pressing over till setting TUNE appears on the screen and the keys
will try to find the frequency. A short pressing for manual search and long pressing for automatic.
To memorize the frequencies press over till appears on the screen CH.
When CH is intermittent select the number of program and memorize with keys
, press again the icon and use the keys to find the required frequency. This one will be memorized in the number of of program previously selected when we press continuously SET (_CH will appear).
To listen any frequency already memorized press till CH appears and tries to find the required number of program.
NOTE: The functions are illuminated during work.
6.- HYDROMASSAGE SHOWER, FIXED AND PORTABLE SHOWER HEAD
How to use:
1.- The position of the thermostatic control can be used to regulate the desired temperature. When the moveable pivot is in the upright position, the temperature will be ± 38º C. To increase the temperature, press the moveable pivot and then proceed to turn it to the left; for a colder temperature, turn the thermostatic control to the right. .
2.- To obtain the wished function, turn the control of the diverter to the right, making coincide the pivot with the wished function and open the water wealth turning to the left side.
Recommendations:
* In order to get the right functioning of the cabin, we suggest a pressure between 2,5 bar/cm
2
and 5 bar/cm
2
.
* For proper operation of the thermostatic taps, remember that the hot water that reaches the thermostatic unit must have a temperature of 55º.
1.- ON/OFF (Only in VITAL II system).
Press the button to turn on the unit. The screen is illuminated and it marks environmental temperature. Pressing again the same button, the unit is switched off.
2.- LIGHT (Only in VITAL II system).
Press the button and the light is activated. This function will be disabling with a new pressing in the same button.
3.- VENTILATOR (Only in VITAL II system).
The extractor is activated once the button is pressed. This function switched off after pressing again the same icon.
NOTE: This function must not be activated when sauna works.
4.- SAUNA / STEAM (Only in VITAL II system).
After one pressing over the icon , the sauna is connected.
In 2 minutes approximately the emission of steam begins inside the cabin through the diffuser of steam. With a new pressing, this function will be disconnected independently of the programmed time.
Once the function is switched on, we can program the temperature and the time of sauna. For it, we must press over icon , the temperature appears on first time and we can set it with the keys , which will increase or decrease the temperature from 25º till 60º.
When we select the rigth temperature, we press again over and we program the time, being the last value of the temperature the pre marked one that sauna should get. With the same keys , we increase or decrease the time of the bath
NOTE: The interruptions in the steam emission, during the sauna function are owed to cold water recharges made by the equipment.
NOTA: Abstain to opening the doors of the cabin unnecessarily in order to avoid important loses of heat.
6. ANTES DE LA INSTALACIÓN
Este producto es de muy fácil instalación si se siguen fielmente las instrucciones que le detallamos en los manuales de instalación.
Antes de conectar las tomas de agua de la cabina a la red de la vivienda, debe sangrar las tuberías para eliminar las impurezas, tales como gravillas o partículas metálicas que pueden obstruir con el tiempo la grifería y propiciar su mal funcionamiento.
IMPORTANTE: Una incorrecta instalación del producto por olvido u omisión del SANGRADO pertinente de las tuberías de agua, invalida la garantía y se cobrará la intervención del Servicio Técnico al cliente.
Verifique la correcta conexión de las tomas de agua: para ello tenga en cuenta que el latiguillo de agua caliente proveniente de la grifería esté conectado a la salida de agua caliente de la instalación y el latiguillo de agua fría a la toma de agua fría de la instalación. Si se intercambia la conexión de los latiguillos, el mezclador termostático se averiará y será necesario sustituírlo (este tipo de avería no está cubierto por la garantía).
NOTAS SOBRE EL CALENTADOR: Es indispensable que el calentador instalado tenga un caudal mínimo de 15 litros/minuto para un correcto funcionamiento y sea capaz de suministrar agua a 55ºC min.
Se aconseja que el calentador, teniendo un controlador de caudal y temperatura, se posicione para un uso mayor de agua caliente y menor caudal.
Esto es necesario, sobre todo, cuando hay mucho recorrido desde el calentador hasta la conexión con la grifería, pues repercute directamente sobre el tiempo de respuesta desde que se manda la orden de abertura de agua caliente hasta que ésta llega al mezclador termostático.
Cuando el calentador carezca del mencionado controlador de caudal/temperatura, o bien éste no se comporte correctamente porque tiene cierta antigüedad, puede presentarse el problema que la mezcla de agua fría/caliente no se realice correctamente.
Esto es debido a que cuando la grifería termostática solicita agua caliente, el calentador funciona al máximo hasta que la termostática cierra el consumo de agua caliente (una de las ventajas de la termostática es el ahorro de agua caliente) llegando a apagar la llama del calentador.
Para evitar el envío de flujos intermitentes de agua fría/caliente, es necesario aumentar en el punto óptimo el regulador de caudal/temperatura del calentador.
7. REGLAJE DEL MEZCLADOR
Debido a las circunstancias particulares que se dan en cada vivienda o instalación tales como la presión de la red de agua, calentadores de agua
(eléctricos, a gas, calderas, etc.), el mezclador termostático que se suministra en esta versión puede tener alteraciones de temperatura respecto a la escala indicada en el mando. Si se diera este caso, le indicamos cómo con una sencilla operación puede regular su mezclador termostático, siguiendo los pasos que a continuación se detallan:
1. Situar la manecilla del mezclador en la posición 38º, o bien posicionar el botón del seguro en la parte superior.
2. Comprobar que durante al menos 2 minutos, la temperatura sea constante
(previamente, esperar el tiempo necesario hasta que el agua caliente haga el recorrido íntegro desde el calentador o acumulador hasta la columna).
3. En caso de querer ajustar la temperatura en la posición de 38º a su gusto personal, siga las siguientes instrucciones de reglaje:
[A] Extraer la manecilla inferior. (El anillo blanco con la marca roja no se debe quitar).
[B] Girar la grifería hasta conseguir la temperatura ideal de uso.
[C] Una vez regulada la temperatura a su gusto o necesidad, volver a colocar la manecilla haciendo coincidir el boton de seguridad con la señal roja del anillo blanco.

IMPORTANT:
Please, read carefully the whole guide before using the product and check with your doctor whether you are able to use the sauna and hydromassage shower.
8. MANTENIMIENTO
El origen frecuente del mal funcionamiento de la grifería es la acumulación de impurezas en el filtro del cartucho termostático (incrustaciones de cal, gravilla, etc.). Para evitar la acumulación de sedimentos calcáreos en los filtros se recomienda terminar el uso de la grifería con agua fría.
Las impurezas pueden llegar a obstruir y ensuciar el cartucho termostático.
Si los filtros aparecen sucios necesitarán una limpieza. Para ello utilice una solución de agua con vinagre (recomendado), mantenga el cartucho sumergido en dicha solución durante un periodo de 2 horas.
Si estuvieran muy sucios, o no se limpiaran correctamente, puede usar salfumán diluído al 50% (mantenga el cartucho 1-2 segundos como máximo en la solución y aclare con agua).
Pasos a seguir para acceder al cartucho termostatico :
1.- Cerrar las llaves de paso del baño o columna.
2.- Quitar la maneta inferior de la grifería.
3.- Sacar el cartucho con una llave fija y limpiarlo con vinagre caliente.
4.- Abrir las llave de paso para limpiar las incrustaciones dentro de la grifería, volver a cerrar las llaves de paso.
5.- Colocar de nuevo el cartucho en su posición original.
6.- Finalmente insertaremos la maneta y abriremos las llaves de paso
NOTA: Tenga en cuenta que el cartucho termostático es una pieza frágil;
opere con ella cuidadosamente.
LIMPIEZA: La limpieza de la cabina, se realizará con jabón neutro y una esponja suave, no utilizar productos abrasivos ni ácidos. (consultar indicaciones del fabricante). Para la mampara, utilizar limpiacristales

Sistema compuesto por iluminación de cuatro colores básicos: rojo, amarillo, verde y azul.
El panel del sistema tiene 5 pulsadores de los que 4 corresponden a cada uno de los colores y el central a la función auto.
Mediante pulsación rápida (0’5 seg.) se ilumina el color seleccionado con intensidad de 100%. La función auto pone en funcionamiento los 4 colores, a la vez, al 100%.
Con pulsación larga (1’5 seg.) se ilumina con intensidad de 25% y si se mantiene pulsado se incrementa 50%, 75% y 100% respectivamente, pudiendo combinar distintos colores con distintas intensidades a fin de conseguir el color que se desee. Para activar la función auto, pulsar 1,5 seg. (larga) sobre el pulsador
(AUTO) La función auto pone en funcionamiento una secuencia de 15”segundos de cada color al 100%. Para detener el sistema, pulsar nuevamente de forma rápida, sobre el sensor que esté iluminado.
Efectos beneficiosos del uso de la cromoterapia:
EL ROJO
Estimula y excita los nervios, gran liberador de adrenalina revitalizando el organismo. Beneficioso para activar el aparato digestivo y contra depresión nerviosa, melancolía y neurastenia.
EL VERDE
Crea una gran armonía y equilíbrio, tonifica el corazón y la sangre reduciendo la presión san-guínea, favorece la construcción de músculos y tejidos. Color analgésico para calmar todo tipo de dolores y neuralgias.
EL AMARILLO
Antidepresivo, pues se trata de un color alegre y vital, genera energía muscular con el estímulo de algunos nervios motores, favorece la piel. Estimula la creatividad, mejora las neuronas del aprendizaje y ayuda a no tener insomnio.
EL AZUL
Astringente, antibiótico, antiséptico, remedio eficaz para bajar la fiebre, desinflamatorio. Es un regenerador psicológico, relajante. Ayuda en el asma, el exceso de peso, la celulitis. Baja la tensión sanguinea, refrescante.

IMPORTANT:
- In order to keep your bathroom safe, the electrical installation should be equipped with a differential switch that has a sensitivity of 30 mA and another magnetothermal switch in compliance with European low voltage regulations.
In any event, the installer should comply with those regulations currently in force.
- The connection from the cubicle to the power mains should be performed using a grounded bipolar cable hose with a minimum cross section of 1.5 mm

If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or similar qualified technician so as to remove this hazard.
- The cubicle’s electrical installation should be hooked up as per current low voltage regulations. Check to make sure that the voltage and frequency of the power mains match those of the unit supplied.
- The cubicle should have a equipotential connection between all of its metallic elements. The cubicle should be installed against a wall, making its rear part— where the electrical box and steam boiler are located—inaccessible.
- Electrical boxes have a high protection rating (IPX5) that makes them electrically insulated and watertight. It is recommended that they not be manipulated in any way. In the event that they are not working properly, get in touch with our technical assistance service (T.A.S.).
