THE ON/OFF BUTTON THE DETERGENT DISPENSER DIE
The On/Off function automatically
deactivates the appliance to stop energy
consumption:
Before touching Start/Pause button,
if not using the appliance for about five
minutes. All settings are cancelled.
Press On/Off button to activate it again.
After five minutes from the end
of the programme. Once activated
the appliance again, the display
shows the cycle end.

THE PROSENSE LOAD DETECTION
After the programme start and before the water filling,
the appliance estimates the laundry amount in 30 seconds.
The kg and . indicators flash. After load estimation,
the programme duration is updated accordingly on the display.
If the drum is overloaded, the display shows the maximum load
and MAX flashes. In this case, for further 30 seconds
it is possible to pause the appliance and remove a few garments.
If the laundry amount is not reduced, the appliance starts
the washing programme immediately despite the overload
(for more information see the User manual).
ALARM CODES
The display can show alarm codes
(refer to the “Troubleshooting” table in the user manual):
E10: The appliance does not fill water properly.
£20: The appliance does not drain the water.
E40: The appliance door is open or not closed correctly.
EFO: The anti-flood device is on. Disconnect the appliance and
close the water tap. Contact the Authorised service centre.
START THE APPLIANCE

Open the water tap and connect the mains plug
to the mains socket.
Press On/Off button to activate the appliance.
Put the laundry in the drum, one item at a time. Make sure that
no laundry stays between the seal and the door.
Close the door and put the detergent and additives
in the correct compartment of the dispenser.
Turn the programme dial to set a programme.
The corresponding indicator comes on.
E.g. Synthetic programme at 40°C, 1200 rpm, 4 kg

To change the temperature and/or the spin speed
or to add the available options touch the related buttons.
If necessary, set the delay start function. Keep touching
the Delay Start button until the display shows
the desired delay time.
Touch Start/Pause button to start the programme.
The Prosense function starts the load estimation. If you have
set the Delay Start, the appliance starts the count down.
During the programme, the appliance can adjust
the duration, depending on the water absorption
of the fabrics.
9. At the end of the programme the appliance stops automatically.
In the display all washing phase indicators become steady and
the time area shows a steady U. The indicator of the Start/Pause
button and the door lock indicator ==) goes off. The door unlocks.
If you have set the Rinse Hold or Quiet option, refer to'At the end
of the programme’ chapter in the User Manual.
10. Remove the laundry from the appliance. Make sure that the drum
is empty. Keep the door and the detergent dispenser slightly ajar
to prevent mildew and odours.
11. Unplug the appliance and close the water tap.
AFTER PROGRAMME START
If it is necessary to interrupt a programmme, touch Start/Pause
button and wait for the door unlock. Touch it again to restart
the programme.
If it is necessary to cancel a running programme, press the On/Off
button to deactivate the appliance. The selection is cancelled.
CARE AND CLEANING
Clean the appliance filter
regularly. Refer to ‘Careand
Cleaning’ chapter in the
user manual.
