1. Technical description.

The TB-2 termination box

The termination box is designed for use in FTTH (Fiber to the home) configuration.

Main features:

- Can be used for excess wire (optical fibers) storage,

- Space for two SC / APC fiber adapters (the possibility of mounting other adapters, i.e. SC / LC / FC adapters of the same dimensions,

- Space for two fusion or one mechanical splice,

- Locking mechanism: latch.

3. Application:

The termination box is a perfect final element of a fiber-optic installation; in addition, it can be used as an additional equipment for telecommunication enclosures. The TB-2 termination box can be used for excess fiber optic cable storage, mounting of fiber optic adapters, and splice protection.

The termination box acts as a patch panel/switchgear - organizing, simplifying, and shortening the assembly time of the system.
