Introduction

Congratulations and thank you for purchasing the ELAC IS-AMP340 Amplifier!

Since the time we started in 1926, ELAC has always striven to achieve the very best!

IS-AMP340 is a 3 channel amplifier with a line output for connecting a subwoofer.

The amplifier allows you to connect a center speaker in addition to left and right speakers. A subwoofer line output is included for connecting a powered subwoofer to reproduce deep and rich bass.

The center speaker connection is optional, but provides clearer dialogue reproduction.

App-rich Control Flexibility

ELAC’s free iOS and Android app allows users to fully control and set up their system. The app includes innovative features not found on any other products in this class—anywhere.

Auto Blend and Auto EQ

Through the use of the free iOS and Android app the user first selects a high-pass filter, then using the smartphones microphone, measures the near-field response of both the main speakers and subwoofer. Our proprietary algorithm then adjusts the low pass filter to obtain optimal blending between the subwoofer and main speakers. Auto EQ minimizes the effects of the rooms acoustics allowing you to hear the sound the designer intended.

1. AC MAINS - After all other connections have been made and confirmed, using the included power cord, connect the AC Mains on the IS-AMP340 to an unswitched AC outlet.

2. STATUS LED - Shows the status of the IS-AMP340 unit:

Green - shows the unit is ON

Red - shows the unit is OFF

Blinking - shows communication, BT pairing, system start or firmware update

3. IR OUT - Used for connecting IR emmiter (optional).

4. ANALOG IN - Using a quality stereo RCA to RCA cable, connect the L&R output on a stereo audio source to ANALOG IN L&R inputs on the IS-AMP340. This input can be selected pressing RCA on IR remote or from the app. This input can also be selected from the IS-AMP340 unit WEB page via Ethernet connection.

5. SUB OUT - Using a quality RCA to RCA cable, connect the SUB OUT on the IS-AMP340 to the SUB IN on a powered subwoofer or sub amp. Once the initial sub settings have been made, the Volume Control will adjust both Speaker and Sub Out levels as a master control.

6. SPEAKER OUT - Using 16AWG (max) speaker wire, connect the Right, Left and Center speakers outputs on the IS-AMP340 to the appropriate speaker terminals on right, left and center speakers. Before connecting the speaker wires, twist the ends of the speaker wire so there are no strays that can cause shorts. See section: Connections/Speaker

7. Digital IN - Using a quality digital optical audio cable, connect the Optical OUT on a source component to the Optical IN on the IS-AMP340. This input can be selected pressing Opt on IR remote or from the app. This input can also be selected from the IS-

AMP340 unit WEB page via Ethernet connection.

8. IR IN - Plug in the provided 3.5mm IR receiver cable.

9. ETHERNET - Using an Ethernet cable, connect the Ethernet port on the IS-AMP340 to local network (LAN). The Ethernet port is used for setting up the Amplifier through it’s web GUI and for 3rd party control.

10. 12V TRIGGER - Use this connection to ON/OFF control the IS-AMP340 unit (>5 ... 24V DC).

IR Remote Features

1. On - Press to turn unit ON. The IS-AMP340 can also be turned on from the WEB page via Ethernet connection.

2. VOLUME/TRANSPORT -

Volume - The Volume controls will adjust the volume to the speakers, subwoofer, (if used).

Press Vol+ to increase volume.

Press Vol - to decrease volume.

Transport - The Transport buttons will control play/pause, previous track and next track on a compatible Android or iOS device that is bluetooth paired to the IS-AMP340.

Music - Used for music listening.

4. INPUT SELECT - Press these buttons to select audio source devices connected to the IS-AMP340.

(BLUETOOTH) - Press this button for various Bluetooth functions. See section: Bluetooth for additional information.

Opt - Press to select the device connected to DIGITAL IN.

5. Off - Press to turn unit OFF. The IS-AMP340 can also be turned off from the WEB page via Ethernet connection.

Installation

Amplifier Location

The IS-AMP340 amplifier is designed to be mounted in an in-wall electrical box, on the wall or mounted the rear of the TV.

Provide enough space around the amplifier for the free flow of air, and do no block any of the vents on the bottom, sides or top, particularly if the amp is going to be located in a cabinet or closet. Leave enough space around the amp for the wires that are connected to the amp and other devices and do not allow the wires to block the vents or the free flow of air around the amp.

Speaker Connections

1. Use 16AWG (max) 2-conductor stranded speaker wire for speaker connections.

2. Strip approximately 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch off the ends and twist the strands together so there are no loose ends that can cause shorts.

3. On the amplifier rear panel, insert one end of each striped speaker wires into the provided plug and tighten the screws. Ensure that all speaker wires are firmly attached to the plug.

4. Confirm polarity. (Red wire to +).

5. Repeat for left, right and center speakers, + and -.

6. Confirm connection and polarity for each channel: left, right and center.

7. Connect the speaker wires to the appropriate + and - terminals on the speakers.

8. Confirm connection, polarity and position.

NOTE: If the Speaker Out senses a short, the amplifier will enter protect mode and ‘Fault’ will appear in the IS-AMP340 web page and app. In “Fault” mode, the audio amp will be shut down, but the logic and control will remain on.

To reset the amp, power cycle the amp (unplug the amplifier from the wall jack for minimum

30 seconds and then plug it back in). If the amp does not return to normal operation, please contact ELAC at 714.252.8843 or at [email protected].

Accesing the GUI Control Panel

1. Open a Web browser.

2. In the Web browser address bar type in the following: http://isa31 and hit enter. ( Figure 5 )

GUI Controls Defined

The IS-AMP340 amplifier GUI control panel is shown in Figure 6.

Most of the GUI controls are simple and self explanatory, but some of them are described below in detail.

Power On/Off - Use this control to select the power on/off mode:

• Auto On/Off - The amplifier is detecting the audio signal and it is turning on/off automatically. If there is no audio for aprox. 20 min. the amplifier is turns off.

• 12V Trigger - Requires 12V (>5 ... 24V DC) control connected to the amplifier. In this mode the On/Off commands from IR remote and Ethernet will not work.

• Remote Control - In this mode the amplifier can be controlled via both IR remote and

Ethernet.

Volume Settings - Use this control to set the default master volume for selected input.

Input Default Volume - Will set the desired default volume for each input.

System Settings - Use these controls to set the amplifier according to your audio speaker system.

Do you have a subwoofer [Check Box] - Select this option if you have a subwoofer. If the audio signal is Dolby Digital

® the sub frequencies are sent to the subwoofer.

Do you have a center channel [Check Box] - Select this option if you have a center speaker.

Use center with stereo source [Check Box] - This option will mix the left and right audio signals and send it to the center speaker in addition to regular stereo audio signal in left and right speakers, respectively.

Resetting the DHCP - The reset of the DHCP can be done via app.

BLUETOOTH

Minimum Bluetooth Requirements:

Bluetooth Version: v4.0 or better.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING (BLUETOOTH AUDIO STREAMING)

1. Confirm that Bluetooth is ON on the device to be used.

2. On the IS-AMP340 IR Remote, press the button to switch the amp to the Bluetooth input.

Next, press and hold the button to start the pairing process.

3. Under Available Devices, select ELAC IS-AMP340 for bluetooth pairing.

The IS-AMP340 IR Remote can be used to control transport functions, (play/pause, previous/ next track) on appropriately featured phones and tablets for additional control flexibility. See

Section: IR Remote Features for additional information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bluetooth can be simultaneously connected to two devices, but only one can play at a given time. If one stops playing, the other can then play. If one device is connected another can be paired without disconnecting the connected device. If two devices are connected a new device cannot be paired without disconnecting one of the connected devices.

IS-AMP340 APP

The IS-AMP340 App is a two-way setup app that connects to the amp via Bluetooth Low

Energy. App setup features include: source select, master volume, offset (individual source) volume, source naming, bass/treble, sub volume, balance, Auto Blend, IR Remote learning and screen brightness. The app will open to the Master Volume screen when launched.

MASTER VOLUME

The Master Volume slider sets the amplifier output volume. It affects the output to the speakers and sub (if used) and headphones if connected.

When adjusting master volume, the volume level will appear in a bubble on the app screen and on the front panel display. If the volume is adjusted with the IR remote or front panel volume control, the app master volume will adjust automatically in real time.

OFFSET VOLUME

The Offset Volume slider sets the output of each connected source relative to the other sources. This allows adjusting the source levels so when switching from one source to another, one won’t be very loud and another very soft. When adjusting Offset level be sure to use program material that is equal in intensity, volume and dynamics so the settings are made to the relative output of the sources and not the program material itself. Setting the Offset on one source to soft solo harp music and another to pounding electronic

The app provides two digital meters to indicate the relative input and output level of each source. Green is good. Amber is OK, but not too much, and Red is bad. The ideal settings have the Output levels set so that no source is in the red and maybe just flickering the amber cell. Also try to set the individual outputs so that no source can get so loud that it can damage the amp, speakers or your ears, even if the amp gets turned all the way up! The

Offset levels can only be adjusted using the app...so keep the app away from the kids and friends!

1. Before setting the Offsets, turn the Master Volume down a bit just in case a particular source comes on louder than expected.

2. With all connected sources playing consistent program material, tap through all inputs at the top of the app screen to get a feel for which input are louder and softer.

3. Adjust the Offset for each source until the output from the speakers is consistent across all sources. The settings will be automatically stored in the amp.

SETUP

The settings for Input Names, Bass/Treble,

Sub Level, Screen Brightness and Speaker

Balance can all be accessed by tapping the

Settings Gear in the top right corner of the app when in the Source select/Volume screen. (Figure 6)

Tap the gear. The Settings Menu will appear.

INPUT NAMES

Each of the inputs can be renamed to indicate the actual connected source...i.e.

Optical can be changed to TV or

Blu-ray. The maximum number of characters is 9.

1. In the settings menu tap Input Names.

2. Tap to the right of a NAME in the list.

Repeatedly tap the backspace key to delete the default name. OR...Drag/ select a name in the list.

3. The device keyboard will appear. Type the new name...Cable, Blu-ray, Internet,

Server, etc.

4. Tap next to change other names and repeat Steps 2-4 .

5. When finished tap the slider icon at the top right to return to the source/volume screen or select another setting in the menu bar. To return to the Setup menu tap the back button on the phone or tablet.

BASS/TREBLE

The Bass/Treble section adjusts the tone controls for the IS-AMP340 master output.

Each control can be adjusted +/-12dB.

1. In the Settings Menu tap Bass/Treble.

2. With a fingertip, slide the blue dot on the

Bass slider to adjust bass to desired level.

A bubble will appear to indicate level setting.

3. With a fingertip, slide the blue dot on the

Treble slider to adjust treble to desired level. A bubble will appear to indicate level setting.

4. Settings will be automatically stored in the amp.

5. To return to the Setup Menu tap the back button on the phone or tablet.

6. When finished tap the slider icon at the top right to return to the source/volume screen.

SCREEN BRIGHTNESS

Screen Brightness adjusts the intensity of the

IS-AMP340 front panel display.

RANGE: 1-100.

The Screen Auto ON/OFF sets the front panel display to stay on or turn off after making changes to power, source, volume, etc.

1. In the settings menu tap Brightness.

2. With a fingertip, slide the blue dot on the

Brightness slider to adjust the front panel display intensity to desired level. A bubble will appear to indicate level setting.

Setting, slide the switch to the left (white) to have the display remain on while the amp is powered ON. Slide the switch to the right (blue) to have the display turn off after making changes to power, source, volume, etc while the amp is powered ON.

4. Settings will be automatically stored in the amp.

5. To return to the Setup Menu tap the back button on the phone or tablet.

6. When finished tap the slider icon at the top right to return to the source/volume screen.

SPEAKER BALANCE

Speaker Balance adjusts the relative volume of the left and right speakers. Use this control to adjust the stereo sound from the speakers if they are unevenly placed relative to the listening position. Each control can be adjusted +/-100 with 0 being center.

1. In the settings menu tap Balance.

2. With a fingertip, slide the blue dot on the

Speaker Balance slider to adjust balance to the desired position. A bubble will appear to indicate the setting.

3. Setting will be automatically stored in the amp.

4. To return to the Setup Menu tap the back button on the phone or tablet.

5. When finished tap the slider icon at the top right to return to the source/volume screen.

REMOTE LEARNING

The Remote Learning section allows the IS-

AMP340 to learn IR commands from other remote controls. This can simplify user control by teaching the amp commands from another remote such as a TV remote so that remote can be used to control the TV, IS-

AMP340 and other devices if capable.

When learning commands, be sure to use commands that will make sense when controlling the amp. Use volume up/down commands for volume. Use source select commands for source select functions. Use transport functions for play/pause/previous/ next.

NOTE: The Play/Pause button is also a mute button except when used in Bluetooth mode where it is a pause/play command for a synchronized Bluetooth device. So...a mute command will mute/unmute the speakers for all sources except Bluetooth where it will pause/play the synchronized device.

1. In the source/Master Volume screen, tap the Setup Gear in the upper right corner.

From the Setup Menu, tap Remote

Learning. The Remote Learning - Select screen will appear.

2. In the ‘Select’ screen tap a button to be replaced with a new IR command. Follow the cues on the amp front panel display.

‘ Scanning’ will appear on the display.

3. Press the button on the remote to be learned until the amp display indicates:

‘Captured’. The Display will indicate ‘OK’ if the code was learned.

4. When ‘Again’ appears on the front panel display, press the SAME BUTTON on the remote to be learned until the amp again indicates: ‘Captured’.

5. The amp will return to it’s previous operating mode.

6. Press the button on the learned remote to test the command to be sure the command has been learned and is affecting the proper function.

7. Repeat Steps 2-6 for all commands to be learned.

8. For additional Setup Modes, tap an item from the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.

9. When finished tap the slider icon at the top right to return to the source/volume screen.

The About screen indicates important information about the device to which the app is synchronized (IS-AMP340). This can be useful for service purposes to determine whether the device has most current firmware to provide best performance and latest features. To confirm firmware version:

1. With the IS-AMP340 app synchronized to the amp, select About from the Setup

Menu Bar.

Periodically visit http://elac.com/firmware to check for firmware updates to assure your amp has all current feature and performance updates.

Introduction

Félicitations et merci d’avoir acheté l’amplificateur ELAC IS-AMP340!

Depuis le tout début de ses activités en 1926, ELAC cherche toujours à atteindre l’excellence! IS-AMP340 est un amplificateur à 3 canaux doté d’une sortie de ligne permettant de connecter un caisson de basse.

L’amplificateur vous permet de connecter un haut-parleur central en plus des haut-parleurs gauche et droite. Une sortie de ligne pour caisson de basse est incluse permettant de connecter un caisson de basse afin de reproduire des sons graves profonds et riches.

La connexion du haut-parleur central est facultative, mais elle permet une reproduction plus claire des dialogues.

Flexibilité de commande avec des applications diversifiées

Les applications iOS et Android gratuites d’ELAC permettent aux utilisateurs de commander et configurer totalement leur système. L’application comprend des fonctionnalités innovantes que l’on ne retrouve sur aucun autre produit de cette catégorie, nulle part.

Mixage automatique (Auto Blend) et égalisation automatique (Auto EQ)

Grâce à l’utilisation des applications gratuites iOS et Android, l’utilisateur sélectionne d’abord un filtre passe-haut, puis utilise le microphone du téléphone intelligent pour mesurer la réponse en champ proche des haut-parleurs principaux et du caisson de basse. Notre algorithme propriétaire règle alors le filtre passe-bas afin d’obtenir un mixage optimal entre le caisson de basse et les haut-parleurs principaux. L’égalisation automatique minimise les effets de l’acoustique de la pièce et vous permet d’entendre le son prévu par le concepteur.

1. Secteur alternatif - Une fois toutes les autres connexions faites et confirmées, à l’aide du câble d’alimentation inclus, connectez la sortie secteur alternatif du IS-AMP340 à une prise de courant c.a. sans commutateur.

2. DEL d’état Indique l’état de l’amplificateur IS-AMP340 :

Vert - indique que l’appareil est en ALLUMÉ Rouge - indique que l’appareil est ÉTEINT

Clignotement - indique une communication, un jumelage Bluetooth, un démarrage du système ou une mise à jour du micrologiciel

3. IR OUT (SORTIE IR) Utilisée pour la connexion à l’émetteur IR (facultatif).

4. ANALOG IN (ENTRÉE ANALOGIQUE) Avec un câble RCA stéréo à RCA de qualité, connectez les sorties gauche (L) et droite (R) d’une source audio stéréo aux entrées analogiques (ANALOG IN) gauche (L) et droite (R) du IS-AMP340. Vous pouvez sélectionner cette entrée en appuyant sur RCA sur la télécommande infrarouge ou dans l’application. Vous pouvez aussi sélectionner cette entrée à partir de la page Web de l’amplificateur IS-AMP340 grâce à une connexion Ethernet.

5. SUB OUT (SORTIE DU CAISSON DE BASSE) Avec un câble RCA à RCA de qualité, connectez la sortie du caisson de basse (SUB OUT) du IS-AMP340 à l’entrée du caisson de basse (SUB IN) d’un caisson de basse ou d’un amplificateur de caisson de basse sous tension. Une fois que les réglages initiaux du caisson de basse ont été effectués, la commande du volume ajustera à la fois les niveaux du haut-parleur et de la sortie du caisson de basse en tant que système principal de contrôle.

6. SPEAKER OUT (SORTIE DES HAUT-PARLEURS) - À l’aide d’un fil de haut-parleur de calibre

16 (maximum), connectez les sorties des haut-parleurs droit, gauche et central du IS-

AMP340 aux bornes de haut-parleur adéquates sur les haut-parleurs droit, gauche et central. Avant de connecter les fils des haut-parleurs, torsadez les extrémités du fil du haut-parleur de sorte qu’il n’y ait pas de parties dénudées qui pourraient causer des courts-circuits. Voir la section : Connexions/connexions des haut-parleurs pour plus d’informations.

7. Digital IN (entrée numérique) - À l’aide d’un câble audio optique numérique de qualité, connectez la sortie optique (Optical OUT) d’un élément source à l’entrée optique

(Optical IN) du IS-AMP340. Cette entrée peut être sélectionnée en appuyant sur Opt sur la télécommande infrarouge ou depuis l’application. Vous pouvez aussi sélectionner cette entrée à partir de la page Web de l’appareil IS-AMP340 grâce à une connexion Ethernet.

8. IR IN (ENTRÉE IR) Connectez le câble de 3,5 mm du récepteur IR fourni.

9. ETHERNET À l’aide d’un câble Ethernet, connectez le port Ethernet du IS-AMP340 au réseau local (RL). Le port Ethernet est utilisé pour configurer l’amplificateur par son interface graphique Web et pour le contrôle par une tierce partie.

10. 12V TRIGGER (SORTIE DE DÉCLENCHEMENT 12 V) Utilisez cette connexion pour contrôler la marche et l’arrêt de l’appareil IS-AMP340 (>5... 24 V c.c.).

1. On (marche) Appuyez pour allumer l’appareil. Vous pouvez aussi allumer le IS-AMP340 depuis la page Web grâce à une connexion Ethernet.

2. VOLUME/FONCTIONS DE LECTURE -

Volume Les commandes de volume réglerons le volume des haut-parleurs et du caisson de basse (le cas échéant).

Appuyez sur Vol+ pour augmenter le volume.

Appuyez sur Vol- pour diminuer le volume.

Fonctions de lecture - Les boutons des fonctions de lecture commandent la lecture/pause, le déplacement vers la piste précédente et la piste suivante sur un appareil Android ou iOS compatible jumelé par Bluetooth au IS-AMP340.

Appuyez sur une fois pour lire une piste

sélectionnée.

Appuyez sur de nouveau pour mettre en pause une piste sélectionnée.

Appuyez sur pour sélectionnez la piste précédente.

Appuyez sur pour sélectionner la piste suivante.

3. SÉLECTION DE PRÉRÉGLAGE Appuyez sur ces boutons pour sélectionner l’un des modes audio préréglés.

Music (musique) - Utilisé pour écouter de la musique.

Movie (film) - Utilisé regarder un film.

Night (nuit) Utilisé pour l’écoute en mode nuit.

4. SÉLECTION DE L’ENTRÉE - Appuyez sur ces boutons pour sélectionner les appareils de source audio connectés au IS-

AMP340.

RCA Appuyez sur ce bouton pour sélectionner l’appareil connecté à l’entrée analogique.

(BLUETOOTH) - Appuyez sur ce bouton pour accéder aux diverses fonctions Bluetooth. Voir la section : Bluetooth pour davantage d’informations.

Opt - Appuyez pour sélectionner l’appareil connecté à l’entrée numérique.

5. Off (arrêt) Appuyez pour éteindre l’appareil. Vous pouvez

également éteindre le IS-AMP340 depuis la page Web grâce

à une connexion Ethernet.

Installation

Positionnement de l’amplificateur

L’amplificateur IS-AMP340 a été conçu pour être installé dans un boîtier électrique encastré, au mur ou à l’arrière de la télévision.

Prévoyez suffisamment d’espace autour de l’amplificateur pour la libre circulation de l’air, et n’obstruez pas les orifices d’aération situées dessous, sur les côtés ou dessus, en particulier si l’amplificateur doit être installé dans une armoire ou un placard. Prévoyez suffisamment d’espace autour de l’amplificateur pour les fils qui sont connectés à l’amplificateur et aux autres appareils, et ne laissez pas les fils bloquer les orifices d’aération ou la libre circulation de l’air autour de l’amplificateur.

Connexions des haut-parleurs

1. Utilisez un fil de haut-parleur toronné à 2 conducteurs de calibre 16 (maximum) pour les connexions aux haut-parleurs.

2. Dénudez environ 1/4 à 1/2 pouce des extrémités et torsadez les brins ensemble de manière à ce qu’aucun brin ne soit lâche et puisse causer des courts-circuits.

3. Sur le panneau arrière de l’amplificateur, insérez une extrémité de chaque fil de haut- parleur dénudé dans la borne fournie et serrez les vis. Vérifiez que tous les fils de haut-parleur sont bien fixés à la borne.

4. Confirmez la polarité. (Fil rouge vers +)

5. Répétez cette procédure pour les haut-parleurs gauche, droit et central, + et -.

6. Confirmez la connexion et la polarité de chaque canal : gauche, droite et centre.

7. Connectez les fils des haut-parleurs aux bornes + et - appropriées sur les haut-parleurs.

8. Confirmez la connexion, la polarité et la position.

REMARQUE : Si la sortie des haut-parleurs détecte un court-circuit, l’amplificateur passera en mode protection et le message « Fault » (défaillance) apparaîtra sur la page Web et dans l’application IS-AMP340. En mode de défaillance, l’amplificateur audio s’éteindra, mais la logique et le contrôle resteront allumés.

Pour réinitialiser l’amplificateur, mettez-le hors puis sous tension (débranchez l’amplificateur de la prise murale pendant au moins 30 secondes, puis rebranchez-le). Si l’amplificateur ne revient pas à son fonctionnement normal, veuillez contacter ELAC au 714 252-8843 ou par courriel à l’adresse [email protected].

Le panneau de commande de l’interface graphique de l’amplificateur IS-AMP340 est présenté à la Figure 6.

La plupart des commandes de l’interface graphique sont simples et évidentes, mais certaines d’entre elles sont décrites en détail ci-dessous.

Power On/Off (marche/arrêt) Utilisez cette commande pour sélectionner le mode d’alimentation marche/arrêt :

• Auto On/Off (marche/arrêt automatique) - L’amplificateur détecte le signal audio et s’allume/s’éteint automatiquement. S’il n’y a pas de signal audio pendant environ 20 minutes, l’amplificateur s’éteint.

• 12V Trigger (sortie de déclenchement 12 V) Nécessite qu’une commande 12 V (>5 ... 24

V c.c.) soit connectée à l’amplificateur. Dans ce mode les commandes marche/arrêt de la télécommande infrarouge et le réseau Ethernet ne fonctionneront pas.

• Remote Control (télécommande) Dans ce mode, l’amplificateur peut être commandé

à la fois par la télécommande infrarouge et par Ethernet.

Volume Settings (paramètres du volume) - Utilisez cette commande pour définir le volume principal par défaut de l’entrée sélectionnée.

Input Default Volume (volume par défaut de l’entrée) Permet de définir le volume par défaut souhaité pour chaque entrée.

System Settings (paramètres du système) Utilisez ces commandes pour régler l’amplificateur en fonction de votre système de haut-parleurs.

BLUETOOTH

Configuration minimale requise pour le Bluetooth :

Version Bluetooth : v4.0 ou supérieure.

JUMELAGE PAR BLUETOOTH (LECTURE EN CONTINU D’AUDIO PAR BLUETOOTH)

1. Confirmez que le Bluetooth est activé sur l’appareil à utiliser.

2. Sur la télécommande infrarouge du IS-AMP340, appuyez sur le bouton pour passer de l’amplificateur à l’entrée de l’appareil Bluetooth. Ensuite, appuyez longuement sur le bouton pour débuter le jumelage.

3. Sous Available Devices (appareils disponibles), sélectionnez ELAC IS-AMP340 pour le jumelage par Bluetooth.

La télécommande infrarouge du IS-AMP340 peut être utilisée pour contrôler les fonctions de lecture (lecture/pause, piste précédente/suivante) sur les téléphones et tablettes configurés en conséquence pour une plus grande souplesse de contrôle. Voir la section :

Caractéristiques de la télécommande infrarouge pour davantage d’informations.

REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Le Bluetooth peut être connecté simultanément à deux appareils, mais un seul des deux peut lire un titre à la fois. Si l’un cesse de lire, alors l’autre peut lire.

Si un appareil est connecté, un autre peut être jumelé sans déconnecter l’appareil déjà connecté. Si deux appareils sont connectés, aucun nouvel appareil ne peut être jumelé sans déconnecter l’un des appareils déjà connectés.

APPLICATION IS-AMP340

L’application IS-AMP340 est une application de configuration bidirectionnelle qui se connecte à l’amplificateur par Bluetooth faible consommation. Les fonctions de configuration de l’application incluent : la sélection de la source, le volume principal, le volume décalé (source individuelle), l’attribution de noms aux sources d’entrée, les graves/aigus, le volume du caisson de basse, la balance du son, le mixage automatique, le processus d’apprentissage de la télécommande infrarouge et la luminosité de l’écran. L’application s’ouvrira sur l’écran du volume principal au lancement.

MASTER VOLUME (VOLUME PRINCIPAL)

Le curseur du volume principal règle le volume de sortie de l’amplificateur. Cela affecte la sortie vers les haut-parleurs et le caisson de basse (s’il est utilisé) et le casque s’il est connecté.

Lors du réglage du volume principal, le niveau du volume s’affichera dans une bulle sur l’écran de l’application et sur l’affichage du panneau avant. Si le volume est réglé à l’aide de la télécommande infrarouge ou de la commande de volume du panneau avant, le volume principal de l’application s’ajustera automatiquement en temps réel.

OFFSET VOLUME (VOLUME DÉCALÉ)

Le curseur du volume décalé règle la sortie de chaque source connectée par rapport aux autres sources. Cela permet d’ajuster le niveau de la source de sorte que lors du passage d’une source à l’autre, l’une ne sera pas très forte et l’autre très douce. Lorsque vous ajustez le niveau Figure 7 Application IS-AMP340 - Volume principal de décalage, assurez-vous d’utiliser un programme audio qui soit égal en intensité, volume et dynamique de sorte que les réglages soient effectués au niveau de la sortie relative des sources et non du programme audio lui-même. Le réglage du décalage sur une seule source de musique solo douce jouée à la harpe et une autre sur de la musique électronique très rythmée ne permettra pas d’obtenir des réglages appropriés.

L’application est dotée de deux compteurs numériques pour indiquer le niveau d’entrée et de sortie relative de chaque source. Le vert est correct. Le jaune est acceptable, mais pas trop, et le rouge est incorrect. Les réglages idéaux ont les niveaux de sortie définis de sorte qu’aucune source ne se situe dans le rouge et tout au plus à peine dans le jaune. Essayez également de définir les sorties individuelles de sorte qu’aucune source ne puisse devenir si forte qu’elle endommage l’amplificateur, les haut-parleurs ou vos oreilles, même si la commande de volume de l’amplificateur est au maximum! Les niveaux de décalage ne peuvent être réglés qu’à l’aide de l’application... donc assurez-vous que l’application soit rangée à l’écart des enfants et des amis!

1. Avant de régler les décalages, baissez un peu le volume principal juste au cas où le son d’une source particulière serait émis à un niveau plus fort que prévu.

2. En lançant la lecture d’un programme audio cohérent au niveau de toutes les sources connectées, appuyez sur toutes les entrées dans la partie supérieure de l’écran de l’application pour vous faire une idée de quelles entrées sont les plus fortes et les plus douces.

3. Réglez le décalage pour chaque source jusqu’à ce que la sortie des haut-parleurs ou des

écouteurs soit uniforme pour toutes les sources.

Les paramètres sont automatiquement enregistrés dans l’amplificateur.

SETUP (CONFIGURATION)

Les paramètres pour les noms des sources d’entrée, les graves/aigus, le volume du caisson de basse, la luminosité de l’écran et la balance su son (réglage du niveau acoustique des haut-parleurs gauche et droit) sont tous accessibles en appuyant sur l’icône d’engrenage Paramètres dans le coin supérieur droit de l’application à l’écran Source Select/

Volume (sélection de la source/volume). (Figure 6)

Tapez sur l’engrenage. Le menu des paramètres s’affiche.

INPUT NAMES (NOMS DES ENTRÉES)

Chacune des entrées peut être renommée pour indiquer la source connectée réelle, c.-à-d. que

Optical peut être modifié et devenir TV ou Blu-ray.

Le nombre maximum de caractères est 9.

1. Dans le menu des paramètres, tapez sur Input

Names (noms des entrées).

2. Tapez à droite d’un NOM dans la liste. Tapez plusieurs fois sur la touche Retour arrière pour supprimer le nom par défaut. OU...Faites glisser / sélectionnez un nom dans la liste.

3. Le clavier de l’appareil s’affichera. Saisissez le nouveau nom...Câble, Blu-ray, Internet, Serveur, etc.

4. Tapez sur Next (suivant) pour modifier d’autres noms et répétez les étapes 2 à 4.

5. Une fois terminé, tapez l’icône du curseur en haut à droite pour revenir à l’écran de la source/volume ou sélectionnez un autre paramètre dans la barre du menu. Pour revenir au menu de configuration, tapez sur le bouton

Retour sur le téléphone ou la tablette.

BASS/TREBLE (GRAVES/AIGUS)

La section sur les graves/aigus règle les commandes de tonalité pour la sortie principale du IS-AMP340. Chaque commande peut être réglée entre +/-12 dB.

1. Dans le menu Paramètres, tapez Bass/

Treble (graves/aigus).

2. Avec votre doigt, faites glisser le point bleu sur le curseur Bass (graves) pour régler les graves au niveau désiré. Une bulle s’affichera pour indiquer le réglage du niveau.

3. Avec votre doigt, faites glisser le point bleu sur le curseur Treble (aigus) pour régler les aigus au niveau désiré. Une bulle s’affichera pour indiquer le réglage du niveau.

4. Les paramètres sont automatiquement enregistrés dans l’amplificateur.

5. Pour revenir au menu de configuration, tapez sur le bouton Retour du téléphone ou de la tablette.

6. Une fois terminé, tapez sur l’icône du curseur en haut à droite pour revenir à l’écran de la source/volume.

La luminosité de l’écran ajuste l’intensité de l’affichage du panneau avant du IS-AMP340.

Le paramètre Screen Auto On/Off (marche/arrêt automatique de l’écran) définit si l’affichage du panneau avant doit rester allumé ou doit s’éteindre après une modification de la puissance, de la source, du volume, etc.

1. Dans le menu des paramètres, tapez sur Brightness (luminosité).

2. Avec votre doigt, faites glisser le point bleu sur le curseur Brightness (luminosité) pour régler l’intensité d’affichage du panneau avant au niveau désiré. Une bulle s’affichera pour indiquer le réglage du niveau.

3. Pour modifier le paramètre Screen Auto ON/OFF (marche/arrêt automatique de l’écran), faites glisser le commutateur vers la gauche (blanc) pour que l’affichage reste allumé lorsque l’amplificateur est allumé. Faites glisser le commutateur vers la droite (bleu) afin que l’écran s’éteigne après avoir modifié la puissance, la source, le volume, etc., alors que l’amplificateur est allumé.

4. Les paramètres sont automatiquement enregistrés dans l’amplificateur.

5. Pour revenir au menu de configuration, tapez sur le bouton Retour du téléphone ou de la tablette.

6. Une fois terminé, tapez sur l’icône du curseur en haut à droite pour revenir à l’écran de la source/volume.

SPEAKER BALANCE (BALANCE DU SON)

La balance du son règle le volume relatif des haut-parleurs gauche et droit. Utilisez cette commande pour régler le son stéréo

à partir des haut-parleurs si ces derniers sont placés de manière inégale par rapport à la position d’écoute. Chaque commande peut être réglée entre +/-100, 0 étant le centre.

1. Dans le menu des paramètres, tapez sur

Balance.

2. Avec un doigt, faites glisser le point bleu sur le curseur Speaker Balance (balance du son) afin de régler la balance à la position désirée. Une bulle s’affichera pour indiquer le paramètre.

3. Le paramètre est automatiquement enregistré dans l’amplificateur.

4. Pour revenir au menu de configuration, tapez sur le bouton Retour du téléphone ou de la tablette.

5. Une fois terminé, tapez sur l’icône du curseur en haut à droite pour revenir à l’écran de la source/volume.

REMOTE LEARNING (PROCESSUS D’APPRENTISSAGE DE LA

TÉLÉCOMMANDE)

La section du processus d’apprentissage de la télécommande permet au IS-AMP340 d’apprendre les commandes infrarouges transmises par d’autres télécommandes. Cela peut simplifier le contrôle par l’utilisateur en enseignant à l’amplificateur les commandes d’une autre télécommande, par exemple une télécommande de télévision, de sorte que cette télécommande puisse être utilisée pour contrôler la télévision, le IS-AMP340 et d’autres appareils si cela est faisable.

Lors de l’apprentissage de commandes, assurez-vous d’utiliser les commandes qui seront pertinentes pour contrôler l’amplificateur. Utilisez les commandes Volume

+ et Volume - pour le volume. Utilisez les commandes de sélection de la source pour les fonctionnalités de sélection de la source. Utilisez les fonctions de lecture pour lire/mettre en pause/piste précédente/piste suivante.

REMARQUE : Le bouton Play/Pause (lecture/pause) est également un bouton de mise en sourdine, sauf lorsqu’il est utilisé en mode Bluetooth où il devient une commande Pause/Play (pause/lecture) pour un appareil

Bluetooth synchronisé. Une commande de mise en sourdine désactivera/activera alors le son des hautparleurs pour toutes les sources, sauf le Bluetooth où elle mettra l’appareil synchronisé en pause/lecture.

2. À l’écran Select (sélection), tapez sur un bouton qui sera remplacé par une nouvelle commande infrarouge. Suivez les indications sur l’affichage du panneau avant de l’amplificateur.

«Le mot Scanning (balayage) apparaîtra sur l’affichage.

3. Appuyez sur le bouton de la télécommande devant être apprise jusqu’à ce que l’affichage de l’amplificateur indique Captured (acquis). L’affichage indiquera OK si le code a été appris.

4. Lorsque Again (encore) apparaît sur l’affichage du panneau avant, appuyez sur le MÊME

BOUTON sur la télécommande devant être apprise jusqu’à ce que l’amplificateur indique de nouveau Captured (acquis).

5. L’amplificateur reviendra à son mode de fonctionnement précédent.

6. Appuyez sur le bouton de la télécommande ayant été apprise afin de tester si la commande a été correctement apprise et assignée à la bonne fonction.

7. Répétez les étapes 2 à 6 pour toutes les

commandes à apprendre.

8. Pour d’autres modes de configuration,

appuyez sur un élément de la barre de

menus en haut de l’écran.

9.Une fois terminé, tapez sur l’icône du

curseur en haut à droite pour revenir à

l’écran de la source/volume.

Der IS-AMP340 ist ein 3-Kanal-Verstärker mit Line-Ausgang zum Anschluss eines Subwoofers.

Der Verstärker bietet Ihnen Anschlussmöglichkeiten für einen Center-Lautsprecher und jeweils einen linken und rechten Lautsprecher. Außerdem ist ein Line-Ausgang zum Anschluss eines aktiven Subwoofers vorgesehen, damit auch Tiefbass in gehobener Lautstärke wiedergegeben werden kann. Der Anschluss des Center-Lautsprechers ist optional, bietet aber eine bessere Sprachverständlichkeit.

Bedienung per APP

Die kostenfrei erhältliche APP (für Android und iOS) ermöglicht die Einrichtung und vollständige Bedienung des Systems. Dank innovativer Funktionen, die so in keinem anderen

Gerät in seiner Klasse wiederzufinden sind, ist die Bedienung komfortabel und intuitiv zugleich.

Automatische Einmessung und Auto-Blend

Mit Hilfe der kostenfreien iOS- und Android-App wird zunächst ein Hochpassfilter vom

Anwender festgelegt, gefolgt von einer Nahfeldmessung an den Hauptlautsprechern und am Subwoofer. Die App analysiert dann die raumakustischen Bedingungen und ermittelt die ideale Übergangsfrequenz zwischen Subwoofer und Hauptlautsprechern.

Die APP gestattet außerdem die Nutzung einer automatischen Einmessung zur

Linearisierung des Frequenzganges von Lautsprechern im Raum bzw. der Verbesserung der

Wiedergabeeigenschaften.

Bitte lesen und befolgen Sie alle Hinweise, die in dieser Anleitung aufgeführt sind, damit Sie

Ihren IS-AMP340 korrekt anschließen und alle Features nutzen können.

1. Netzeingang

Nach dem Anschluss aller Verbindungen zu Quellgeräten und Lautsprechern wird das beiliegende Netzkabel mit der Netzeingangsbuchse des IS-AMP340 und mit einer nicht geschalteten Steckdose verbunden.

2. Status-LED – zeigt den Status des IS-AMP340 an.

Grün – zeigt an, dass der Verstärker eingeschaltet ist.

Rot – zeigt an, dass der Verstärker ausgeschaltet ist.

Blinken – zeigt Aktivität an, Bluetooth-Pairing, Systemstart oder Firmware-Update

3. IR OUT - hier kann ein Infrarotsender angeschlossen werden (optional).

4. ANALOG IN – Schließen Sie hier ein qualitativ hochwertiges Cinch-Kabel an und verbinden Sie es mit den beiden Ausgängen Rechts und Links einer Audio-Quelle. Dieser

Eingang kann durch Drücken auf RCA auf der Fernbedienung bzw. in der App, oder durch Anwahl über die IS-AMP340-Webseite angewählt werden.

5. SUB OUT

An die Buchse SUB OUT (Cinch-Buchse; Line Level) kann ein aktiver Subwoofer oder ein

Verstärker für Subwoofer an den IS-AMP340 angeschlossen werden. Der Lautstärkesteller nimmt gleichermaßen auf die Hauptlautsprecher und den angeschlossenen Subwoofer

Einfluss.

6. SPEAKER OUT

Für die Verbindung des IS-AMP340 mit den Hauptlautsprechern verwenden Sie

Lautsprecherkabel mit einem Querschnitt von max. 1,5 mm² Querschnitt. Verbinden Sie die vom Hörplatz aus rechts positionierten Lautsprecher mit den als „RIGHT“ markierten

Anschlüssen des IS-AMP340. Der vom Hörplatz aus links positionierte Lautsprecher wird mit den als „LEFT“ markierten Anschlüssen verbunden.

Achten Sie beim Konfektionieren, insbesondere beim Verdrillen der abisolierten

Kabelenden, darauf, dass kein Kurzschluss zwischen den einzelnen Anschlüssen auftritt.

Beachten Sie auch die Hinweise im Kapitel „Anschluss der Lautsprecher“.

7. DIGITAL IN – Schließen Sie hier ein qualitativ hochwertiges optisches Kabel an und verbinden Sie es mit einem optischen Ausgang einer Audio-Quelle. Dieser Eingang kann durch Drücken auf OPT auf der Fernbedienung bzw. in der App, oder durch Anwahl

über die IS-AMP340-Webseite angewählt werden.

8. IR IN – Schließen Sie hier das mitgelieferte 3,5 mm Infrarotempfängerkabel an.

9. ETHERNET – Unter Verwendung eines Ethernet-Kabels verbinden Sie den Ethernet-Port des IS-AMP340 mit Ihrem lokalen Netzwerk (LAN).

Der Ethernet-Port dient dazu, den IS-AMP340 über das Web-Interface einzurichten oder zum Steuern über eine Drittanbieter-Software.

10. 12 V Trigger – Dieser Anschluss kann dazu verwendet werden, den IS-AMP340 mit einem

12 V Trigger-Signal ein- bzw. auszuschalten (Spannungsbereich: 5 … 24 V DC)

Der IS-AMP340 ist für die Installation in einem Unterputzverteiler, auf einer Wand oder hinter einem Fernsehgerät vorgesehen.

Sorgen Sie für eine optimale Luftzirkulation, indem Sie ausreichend freien Raum um das

Anschließen von Lautsprechern

1. Verwenden Sie für den Anschluss der Lautsprecher paarweise isolierte Lautsprecherlitze mit einem maximalen Querschnitt von 1,5 mm².

2. Entfernen Sie ca. 10 – 20 mm der Isolierung der einzelnen Litzen und verdrillen Sie die Adern miteinander. Achten Sie beim Verdrillen darauf, dass keine Einzeladern abstehen, so dass keine Kurzschlussgefahr zu benachbarten Klemmen besteht.

3. Schließen Sie die abisolierten Enden der Lautsprecherlitzen an die hierfür vorgesehenen

Kontakte des Steckverbinders an, ohne dass Einzeladern abstehen.

4. Überprüfen Sie die Polarität (rotgekennzeichnete Litze an +).

5. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 2 -4 für den linken, den rechten und den Center-Lautsprecher jeweils für + und -.

6. Überprüfen Sie die Verbindungen und die Polarität.

7. Schließen Sie die Lautsprecher an die entsprechenden + und – Klemmen an.

8. Überprüfen Sie Verbindung, Polarität und Position.

Anmerkung: Sollte der Verstärker einen Kurzschluss an einem Ausgang feststellen, wechselt er in den abgesicherten Modus und zeigt dies im Web-Interface und in der App als „Fault“ an.

Im abgesicherten Modus wird die Endstufe abgeschaltet, die Logik bleibt aber aktiv.

Um den Verstärker zurückzusetzen, entfernen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, warten

Sie 30 Sekunden und stecken den Stecker wieder ein. Sollte der Verstärker nun nicht in den normalen Betriebszustand zurückkehren, kontaktieren Sie bitte den ELAC-Service.

Beschreibung des Web-Interfaces

In Fig. 6 wird das IS-AMP340 Web-Interface dargestellt.

Die meisten Einstellmöglichkeiten sind einfach und selbsterklärend. Einige von ihnen sollen hier näher erläutert werden.

Power On/Off – Hier kann der Power-On/Off-Modus eingestellt werden.

• Auto On/Off – Der Verstärker reagiert auf ein Audio-Signal und schaltet sich automatisch bei Signal ein und nach zwanzigminütiger Stille aus.

•12 V Trigger – Diese Einstellung erfordert ein Trigger-Signal (5 … 24 V DC) am Trigger-

Eingang. In dieser Position reagiert der Verstärker nicht auf Ein/Aus-Signale der

Infrarotfernbedienung oder per Ethernet.

•Remote Control – In diesem Modus wird der Verstärker per Fernbedienung oder über

Ethernet gesteuert.

Volume Settings – Diese Einstellung wird verwendet, um die Gesamtlautstärke einzustellen.

Input Default Volume – Hiermit können die Grundlautstärken der einzelnen Eingänge eingestellt werden.

System Settings – Hier können Sie den Verstärker auf Ihr Lautsprecher-Setup einstellen.

Do you have a subwoofer – Setzen Sie hier ein Häkchen, wenn Sie einen Subwoofer angeschlossen haben. Wenn ein Dolby Digital-Signal decodiert wird, werden tiefe

Frequenzen an den angeschlossenen Subwoofer weitergeleitet.

Do you have a center channel – Setzen Sie hier ein Häkchen, wenn Sie einen Center-

Lautsprecher angeschlossen haben.

Use center with stereo source – Setzen Sie hier ein Häkchen, wenn Sie die Signale des linken und des rechten Kanals auf den Center-Kanal mischen möchten. Das Stereo-Signal an den beiden Ausgängen Links und Rechts bleibt hiervon unangetastet.

Resetting the DHCP – Das Zurücksetzen des DHCP kann per App erfolgen.

Bluetooth Mindestanforderungen:

Bluetooth Version v4.0 oder besser.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING (BLUETOOTH AUDIO STREAMING)

1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Bluetooth bei dem Gerät, welches Sie verwenden möchten, aktiviert ist.

2. Drücken Sie die Bluetooth-Taste auf der IS-AMP340-Fernbedienung, um den Verstärker auf den Bluetooth-Eingang umzuschalten. Drücken und halten Sie die Taste gedrückt, um den

Pairing-Prozess zu starten.

3. Wählen Sie bei den angezeigten Bluetooth-Geräten den IS-AMP340 aus.

Die IS-AMP340-Fernbedienung kann zur Transportsteuerung (Play, Pause, vorheriger, nächster

Titel) des verbundenen Bluetooth-Gerätes (Smartphone, Tablet) verwendet werden.

Für weitere Informationen schauen Sie im Kapitel „Infrarotfernbedienung“ nach.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Bluetooth-Schnittstelle lässt zwei aktive Verbindungen zu, es kann jedoch nur eine Quelle zurzeit zur Musikwiedergabe genutzt werden. Ist bereits ein Bluetooth-

Gerät mit dem Verstärker verbunden, kann ein zweites verbunden werden. Soll ein weiteres

Gerät verbunden werden, muss das Pairing eines bereits mit dem Verstärker gepairten

Gerätes aufgehoben werden.

IS-AMP340 APP

Die IS-AMP340 App ist eine sog. bidirektionale App, die sich mit dem Verstärker über Bluetooth Low Energy verbindet.

Die App bietet die Features Quellenwahl (Source Select),

Lautstärke (Master Volume), Lautstärkeeinstellung der einzelnen Kanäle (Offset Volume), Quellenbezeichnung

(Source Naming), Bass / Höhen (Bass / Treble), Subwoofer

Lautstärke (Sub Volume), Balance (Balance), automatische

Filteranpassung (Auto Blend), Fernbedienungs-Lernfunktion und Display-Helligkeit. Die App startet mit dem Master

Volume Bildschirm.

GESAMTLAUTSTÄRKE

Mit dem „Master Volume“-Steller wird die

Ausgangslautstärke der angeschlossenen Lautsprecher und des Subwoofers (sofern angeschlossen) eingestellt.

Bewegt man den Lautstärkesteller, so wird die momentane

Lautstärke in der App in einer Blase dargestellt, sowie

Lautstärkestellers auf der Front oder per Fernbedienung, so läuft die Anzeige in der App automatisch mit.

OFFSET LAUTSTÄRKEANPASSUNG

Der Offset Lautstärkesteller bietet die Möglichkeit, die Grundlautstärke einer jeden Quelle, die an den IS-AMP340 angeschlossen ist, einzeln einzustellen. Dies ist sinnvoll, damit beim

Durchschalten der Quellen nicht eine lauter (oder leiser) erklingt als eine andere. Stellen

Sie beim Einstellen der Offsets sicher, dass Sie für jede Quelle Musiksignale mit ähnlicher

Lautstärke und Dynamik verwenden, so dass die Einstellungen gemäß den unterschiedlichen

Ausgangspegeln der Quellen erfolgen und nicht aufgrund unterschiedlichen

Programmmaterials. Den Offset anhand einer leisen Soloharfe von einer Quelle und einem

Technostück von einer anderen Quelle einstellen zu wollen, führt zu keinem sinnvollen

Ergebnis. Die Eingangs- und Ausgangspegel werden in der App mit Hilfe von zwei digitalen

VU-Metern angezeigt. Der optimale Bereich ist grün, gelb ist noch in Ordnung, rot zeigt eine

Übersteuerung an. Die ideale Einstellung ist, dass alle Quellen im grünen Bereich liegen und nur ab und zu im gelben, aber nie im roten. Stellen Sie die Pegel außerdem so ein, dass keine

Quelle so laut ist, dass Ihr Gehör oder die Lautsprecher Schaden nehmen könnten, auch nicht, wenn der Lautstärkesteller des Verstärkers ganz aufgedreht wird. Die Offset-Pegel können nur über die App eingestellt werden, sorgen Sie also dafür, dass niemand die App bedient außer Ihnen selbst.

1. Bevor Sie die Offsets einstellen, drehen Sie den Lautstärkesteller hinunter, für den Fall, dass eine Quelle lauter spielt als erwartet.

2. Während alle Quellen ein ähnliches Programmmaterial spielen, tippen Sie die einzelnen

Quellen durch, um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen, welche Quelle lauter und welche leiser spielt.

3. Pegeln Sie die einzelnen Quellen so ein, dass der Lautstärkeeindruck über die

Lautsprecher oder die Kopfhörer für alle Quellen gleich ist. Die Einstellungen werden automatisch im Verstärker abgespeichert.

EINRICHTUNG

Die Einstellungen für die Namen der

Eingänge, Bässe / Höhen, Subwoofer Pegel,

Bildschirmhelligkeit und Balance können

über das Setup-Symbol in der rechten oberen Ecke des Volume-Bildschirmes (s. Bild

6) verändert werden.

Tippen Sie auf das Symbol, das Setup-Menü

öffnet sich.

BENENNUNG VON QUELLEN

Jeder Eingang kann mit einem individuellen Namen versehen werden, der der tatsächlich angeschlossenen Quelle entspricht, z.B. kann Optical in TV oder Bluray umbenannt werden. Es sind jeweils 9

Zeichen möglich.

1. Tippen Sie im Setup-Menü auf „Input

Names“.

2. Tippen Sie rechts auf einen Namen in der Liste. Drücken Sie sooft die

Löschen-Taste, bis der Name komplett verschwunden ist, ODER wählen Sie einen Namen aus der Liste.

3. Die Eingabetastatur erscheint auf dem Bildschirm. Geben Sie nun den gewünschten Namen ein (Kabel, Bluray, Internet, Server usw.).

4. Tippen Sie auf „Next“, um weitere

Namen einzugeben und wiederholen

Sie die Schritte 2 – 4.

5. Wenn Sie alle Namen eingegeben haben, tippen Sie auf das

Schieberegler-Symbol in der rechten oberen Bildschirmecke, um in das

Lautstärkemenü zurückzukehren oder wählen Sie eine andere Einstellung im Menü. Um in das Setup-Menü zurückzukehren, tippen Sie auf die

Zurück-Taste Ihres Telefons bzw. Tablets.

BASS- UND HÖHENEINSTELLUNG

Mit Hilfe der Bass / Treble-Steller wird der Klang der Ausgänge des IS-AMP340 eingestellt. Bässe und Höhen können in einem Bereich von +/- 12 dB eingestellt werden.

1. Tippen Sie im Setup-Menü auf „Bass /

Treble“.

2. Mit einer Fingerbewegung schieben Sie den blauen Punkt des Bass-Stellers auf die gewünschte Position. Der entsprechende

Wert wird in einer Blase angezeigt.

3. Mit einer Fingerbewegung schieben Sie den blauen Punkt des Treble-Stellers auf die gewünschte Position. Der entsprechende

Wert wird in einer Blase angezeigt.

4. Die Einstellungen werden im Verstärker automatisch gespeichert.

5. Um ins Setup-Menü zurückzukehren, verwenden Sie die Zurück-Taste Ihres

Telefons bzw. Tablets.

6. Wenn Sie die Einstellungen abgeschlossen haben, tippen Sie auf das Schieberegler-

Symbol in der rechten oberen

Bildschirmecke, um in das Lautstärkemenü zurückzukehren.

HELLIGKEIT DES DISPLAYS

Der Schieberegler „Screen Brightness“ ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Helligkeit des Front-

Mit dem Schalter „Screen Auto ON / OFF” legen Sie fest, ob das Display dauerhaft eingeschaltet ist oder sich nach Bedienung ausschaltet.

1. Drücken Sie „Brightness“ im Setup-Menü.

2. Mit einer Fingerbewegung schieben Sie den blauen Punkt des Brightness-Stellers auf die gewünschte Position. Der entsprechende Wert wird in einer Blase angezeigt.

3. Um den Schalter „Screen Auto ON / OFF“ umzuschalten, schieben Sie ihn nach links

(weiß), um festzulegen, dass das Display dauerhaft eingeschaltet ist, bzw. nach rechts

(blau), damit sich das Display nach Bedienung selbsttätig ausschaltet.

4. Die Einstellungen werden automatisch im Verstärker abgespeichert.

5. Um ins Setup-Menü zurückzukehren, verwenden Sie die Zurück-Taste Ihres Telefons bzw.

Tablets.

6. Wenn Sie die Einstellungen abgeschlossen haben, tippen Sie auf das Schieberegler-

Symbol in der rechten oberen Bildschirmecke, um in das Lautstärkemenü zurückzukehren.

BALANCE-EINSTELLUNG

Mit dem Speaker Balance-Steller können

Sie die Balance zwischen dem rechten und dem linken Lautsprecher einstellen.

Nutzen Sie diese Möglichkeit, wenn die

Hörentfernung zu beiden Lautsprechern unterschiedlich ist. Der Wertebereich beläuft sich auf +/- 100, wobei 0 die Mittelstellung darstellt.

1. Tippen Sie im Setup-Menü auf „Balance“.

2. Mit einer Fingerbewegung schieben

Sie den blauen Punkt des Balance-

Stellers auf die gewünschte Position. Der entsprechende Wert wird in einer Blase angezeigt.

3. Die Einstellungen werden im Verstärker automatisch gespeichert.

4. Um ins Setup-Menü zurückzukehren, verwenden Sie die Zurück-Taste Ihres

Telefons bzw. Tablets.

5. Wenn Sie die Einstellungen abgeschlossen haben, tippen Sie auf das Schieberegler-Symbol in der rechten oberen Bildschirmecke, um in das

Lautstärkemenü zurückzukehren.

REMOTE LEARNING

Das Remote Learning-Menü bietet die Möglichkeit, den IS-AMP340 Infrarotcodes von anderen

Fernbedienungen lernen zu lassen. Somit kann der

Anwendungskomfort deutlich verbessert werden, indem z.B. die Fernbedienung für das Fernsehgerät gelernt wird. Die Fernbedienung kontrolliert dann neben dem

Fernsehgerät auch den IS-AMP340 und andere Geräte.

Beim Anlernen der Infrarotkommandos sollten Sie darauf achten, die Tasten sinnvoll zu belegen.

Verwenden Sie Lautstärke +/- Tasten zur Änderung der

Lautstärke, Signalquellenwahltasten zum Ändern der

Eingangssignalquelle.

Anmerkung: Die Play / Pause-Taste fungiert ebenfalls als Mute-Taste, nur nicht im Bluetooth-Modus. Hier wirkt die Pause-Funktion auf ein mit dem IS-AMP340 synchronisiertes Bluetooth-Gerät. Ebenso bewirkt ein

Mute / Unmute-Kommando, dass die Lautsprecher aus- und eingeschaltet werden, außer bei der Wiedergabe

über ein synchronisiertes Bluetooth-Gerät. Hier wird die

Wiedergabe angehalten bzw. fortgesetzt.

1. Tippen Sie im Lautstärke-Menü auf das Zahnrad in der rechten oberen Bildschirmecke. Tippen Sie dann auf

2. Tippen Sie im Select-Bildschirm auf eine Taste, die durch ein neues Infrarotkommando ersetzt werden soll. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen, die im Display des

IS-AMP340 angezeigt werden. Im Display wird dann das Wort „Scanning“ angezeigt.

3. Drücken Sie auf der Fernbedienung die Taste, die

Remote Learning - Learn gelernt werden soll, bis das Display „Captured“ gefolgt von „OK“ anzeigt. Der Code ist dann gelernt.

4. Sollte „Again“ im Display erscheinen, drücken Sie bitte dieselbe Taste erneut, bis auf dem

Display „Captured“ erscheint.

5. Der Verstärker kehrt dann in den vorherigen Betriebszustand zurück.

6. Drücken Sie nun auf der Fernbedienung die erlernte Taste, um zu kontrollieren, ob diese die gewünschte Funktion auslöst.

7. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 2 – 6 für alle Infrarotkommandos, die Sie anlernen möchten.

8. Um zu weiteren Setup-Punkten zu gelangen, tippen Sie auf einen Menüpunkt in der

Menüleiste im oberen Bildschirmbereich.

9. Wenn Sie die Einstellungen abgeschlossen haben, tippen Sie auf das Schieberegler-

Symbol in der rechten oberen Bildschirmecke, um in das Lautstärkemenü zurückzukehren.

Im About-Bildschirm werden wichtige

Informationen zu dem Gerät angezeigt, welches momentan zur App synchronisiert ist. Dies kann im Servicefall sinnvoll sein, um festzustellen, ob auf dem Gerät die aktuelle

Firmware für bestmögliche Performance installiert ist.

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der IS-AMP340 mit der App synchronisiert ist, tippen Sie dann auf „About“ in der Menüzeile.

Schauen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen auf der Webseite http://elac.com/firmware nach, ob ein Firmware-Update für Ihr Gerät verfügbar ist.

Gewährleistung / Werksgarantie

I. Die folgenden Garantiebestimmungen gelten für innerhalb der Europäischen Union und der Schweiz von einem autorisierten Fachhändler erworbene Produkte von ELAC, die unter X. dieser Bestimmungen aufgeführt werden.

II. Die folgenden Bestimmungen erweitern die Rechte des Erwerbers und beeinflussen in keiner Weise die nach der jeweiligen Rechtsordnung zusätzlich bestehenden Rechte wie beispielsweise die

Gewährleistungsrechte.

III. Aus den Garantiebestimmungen entstehen Ansprüche nur für diejenigen Käufer, die das betreffende Produkt von einem autorisierten Fachhändler erworben haben. ELAC betreibt ein selektives Vertriebssystem. Wird das Produkt von einem nicht autorisierten Händler erworben, entstehen keine Garantieansprüche.

Etwaige Gewährleistungsansprüche gegen den Verkäufer bleiben davon unberührt.

IV. Voraussetzung für die Geltendmachung von Garantieansprüchen ist, dass sich der Käufer innerhalb von drei Monaten ab Kaufdatum des jeweiligen ELAC-Produktes registrieren lässt.

Zur Registrierung ist die Einsendung einer Kopie des Kaufbeleges innerhalb der oben genannten Drei-Monats-Frist erforderlich.

Dies kann auf elektronischem und postalischem Weg erfolgen.

V. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nur auf Material-, Konstruktions- oder Verarbeitungsmängel.

VI. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Schäden, die auf grobe Behandlung oder unsachgemäßen Gebrauch zurückzuführen sind oder auf natürliche oder übliche Abnutzungen. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf optisch uneinheitliche Furnierstruktur oder Verfärbungen des Furniers, da es sich hierbei um natürliches Material handelt. Die Garantie erstreckt sich auch nicht auf sonstige Ereignisse, die nicht im zumutbaren

Bereich von ELAC liegen.

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Mängel, die in Verbindung mit anderen Produkten auftreten, die nicht von ELAC hergestellt wurden oder in sonstiger Weise durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch auftreten. Auf die sachgerechte

Bedienung gemäß der den Produkten beiliegenden Bedienungsanleitung wird ausdrücklich hingewiesen.

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Mängel, die durch unsachgemäßes Aufstellen oder unsachgemäße Lagerung entstehen. Unsachgemäß ist beispielsweise das Aufstellen oder die

Lagerung in feuchter Umgebung oder in einer Umgebung, in welcher das Produkt extremen Temperaturen und/oder Temperaturschwankungen, Oxidation oder Korrosion ausgesetzt ist.

Mängel, die durch Verschütten von

Flüssigkeiten oder Nahrungsmitteln

Herstellergarantie 07_2017 212147 oder sonstige chemische Substanzen an die Produkte gelangen und auf sie einwirken, sind von der Garantie ebenfalls nicht umfasst.

VII. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt nicht durch

ELAC oder einen autorisierten Fachhändler geöffnet, verändert oder repariert wird. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn die Seriennummer entfernt oder unleserlich gemacht wird.

VIII. Material-, Konstruktions- oder Verarbeitungsmängel werden innerhalb der Garantiefrist von ELAC oder von einem autorisierten Fachhändler des Landes, in welchem das Produkt erworben wurde, kostenlos behoben. Dies geschieht innerhalb einer wirtschaftlich angemessenen Frist. Nach Ermessen von

ELAC oder des autorisierten Fachhändlers kann die Garantieleistung auch in einem Austausch des betroffenen Produktes erfolgen. Soweit baugleiche Produkte nicht mehr verfügbar sind, kann ein Austausch in Form eines anderen Produktes erfolgen, welches der gleichen Preis- und Qualitäts-Klasse entspricht.

Das Eigentum der ausgetauschten Ersatzteile oder der ausgetauschten Produkte geht auf ELAC über.

IX. Eine Bemängelung muss innerhalb der Garantiezeit gegenüber ELAC oder einem autorisierten Fachhändler innerhalb angemessener Frist nach Entdeckung des Mangels bekanntgegeben werden. Im Garantiefall muss ELAC oder dem autorisierten Fachhändler das bemängelte Produkt und eine Kopie des

Original-Kaufbeleges übergeben werden. Aus diesen Belegen müssen sich folgende Informationen ergeben: a) b) c)

Name und Adresse des Fachhändlers

Datum und Ort des Kaufes

Artikelbezeichnung, Produkttyp und Seriennummer

Zur Bearbeitung des Garantiefalles und Rücksendung etwaig reparierter oder ausgetauschter Produkte ist ebenfalls die Angabe des Namens und der Adresse des Käufers erforderlich.

Für den Fall einer Bearbeitung eines nicht unter diese Bedingungen fallenden Produktes, kann ELAC dem Anspruchsteller eine angemessene Bearbeitungsgebühr in Rechnung stellen.

X. Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit Auslieferung des Produktes an den erstmaligen Endkunden.

Die Garantiefrist beträgt für alle Produkte der ELAC Electroacustic GmbH: 2 Jahre gesetzliche Gewährleistung. Sie verlängert sich um drei weitere

Jahre Werksgarantie (ein weiteres Jahr bei Aktivboxen, Aktivsubwoofern, SurroundSets und Aktivelektronik), wenn sich der

Käufer bei ELAC registrieren läßt.

XI. Diese Herstellergarantie ist die einzige Garantie, welche ELAC für ihre Produkte gewährt. Sie geht allen sonstigen, mündlichen oder schriftlichen Garantiebedingungen vor. Eine

Garantieleistung bewirkt keine Verlängerung der Garantiefrist und setzt auch keine neue Garantiefrist in Gang.

Die Haftung ist auf den Wert des Produktes beschränkt. ELAC haftet nicht für weitere eintretende Schäden oder Ver luste direkter oder indirekter Art. Dies gilt nicht für Schäden, welche aufgrund Vorsatzes oder grober Fahrlässigkeit durch ELAC herbeigeführt wurden.
