Follow these instructions carefully and it will make it easier for you to assemble your YORK G510 Gym.

Only half tighten bolts/nuts (unless otherwise stated) until assembly is complete.

INSTRUCTION

1

Attach the RIGHT FRONT UPRIGHT SUPPORT (1),

LEFT FRONT UPRIGHT SUPPORT (2) to the BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT (3) using fixings

( Nuts / bolts / washers etc ) as detailed.

Locate the REAR STABILIZER (4) to the BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT (3) and secure using fixings ( Nuts / bolts / washers etc ) as detailed.

Insert both WEIGHT PLATE POSTS (6) into the rear of BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT (3) and secure using fixings ( Nuts / Bolts / Washers etc ) as detailed.

Make sure that the 65mm bolts pass through the holes at the bottom of the WEIGHT PLATE POSTS (6).

Slide the 2 x 63.5mm RUBBER BUMPER PAD (75) to the bottom of the WEIGHT PLATE POSTS (6).

Attach the

MAIN FRAME SUPPORT

(5) to the front end of

BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT

(3) with two BOTTOM CONNECTING PLATE (7) and secure using fixings ( Nuts / Bolts / Washers etc) as detailed.

Ensure the entry point for the SELECTOR PIN (64) faces towards the left hand side on each of the plates.

Slide each of the 9 x CAST IRON WEIGHT PLATES (61) down the WEIGHT PLATE POST (6).

Locate the CAST IRON TOP PLATE (62) on top of the plates ( Ensure that the hole faces towards left ).

Find the M12 x 40mm TOP PLATE FIXING BOLT (63)

& WEIGHT PLATE SELECTOR STEM (8).

While keeping hold of the top of the WEIGHT SELECTOR

STEM (8) slide it down into the middle of the CAST IRON

TOP PLATE (62) & CAST IRON WEIGHT PLATES (61).

Line up the threaded hole on the CAST IRON TOP PLATE (62) with the threaded hole on the SELECTOR STEM (8).

Insert & tighten the M12 x 40mm FIXING BOLT (63).

Attach the top cross support to MAIN FRAME

PLATE (R) (11) and TOP CONNECTING

PLATE (L) (10) and secure using fixings

( Nuts / Bolts / Washers etc) as detailed.

Slide one ARM FOAM ROLLER (80) onto the LEFT PEC ARM (18) .

Fix the BACK REST UPHOLSTERY (82) to the MAIN FRAME POST (5).

The BACK REST UPHOLSTERY (82) should be central to the MAIN FRAME POST (5).

Fix the SEAT UPHOLSTERY (81) to the BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT (3).

The SEAT UPHOLSTERY (81) should be central to the BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT (3).

Slide the FOAM ROLLER POST (22) through the holes, in LEG EXTENSION UNIT (12) , then fit two LEG FOAM ROLLERS (79) as illustrated.

NOTE: Moisten the inside of the foam rollers

with a little water or household furniture

polish before you slide it onto the

FOAM ROLLER POST (22).

Locate the LAT PULL CABLE (88) with threaded bolt and route as shown.

Fix a SNAP LOCK HOOK (60) to the end with the ball stop.

(NOTE: Fix the pulley assemblies in place once cable is

routed - this may save them having to be removed

and re-located.)

Locate and fit all PULLEY WHEEL (83) + PULLEY

WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLIES (84) as shown using fixings

(Nuts / Bolts / Washers etc) as detailed.

When fitted correctly pulley covers will protect you from potential squeeze points ensure that the cable enters and exits from the pulley through the channels provided in the pulley covers.

Ensure that the cables are located in the grooves where they enter and exit the pulley.

Locate 2 x PULLEY ASSEMBLIES and fixings to connect the ADJUSTABLE PULLEY ASSEMBLY (23).

Use the bottom hole on the adjustable pulley bracket as the upper holes can be used to increase the tension later on in the product’s life.

Screw the threaded end of the CONNECTING CABLE (87) about half way into the end of the RATIO PULLEY BRACKET (26) before the pulley assembly fixing.

NOTE: This can be used to make slight adjustment

to the cable tension later.

Locate 1 x PULLEY ASSEMBLY and fixings to connect the RATIO PULLEY ASSEMBLY (26).

When performing Leg Extension / Curl Exercise ensure PULL PIN (56) is removed from

LEG EXTENSION UNIT (12) first and inserted into storage hole under SEAT (81) in BOTTOM

When using low pulley ensure PULL PIN (56) is fitted to

LEG EXTENSION UNIT

PRESS HANDLE ADJUSTMENT: NARROW / WIDE GRIP

Loosen the PRESS HANDLE (21) by unscrewing anti-clockwise and pulling outwards as show.

Pull & rotate the

FIXING BRACKET

(20) out from the

PEC ARM

(17/18).

Fold handle up onto side of PEC ARM

(17/18).

Secure

PRESS HANDLE

(21) onto

FIXING BRACKET (20) by screwing clockwise until tight.

To revert to narrow grip reverse above instructions.
