Introduction

The BTL is a stereo audio and video relay feedback loop eliminator.

When in a room with mics. and/or cameras, the possibility of a feedback loop occurs. This happens when the source is recorded but sent out the play side of the deck because the unit is in stop mode or has no tape.

The BTL is specifically designed to stop audio and video feedback loops by having the record side pass through the normally open of the relay and the play side of the normally closed. This technique keeps the play and record side isolated from each other. The BTL is triggered by 12 or

24 VDC based on the jumper setting and indicates record trigger by the red LED. One relay from a control system does the trick to make a feedback free environment.
