First method:

1. At the very beginning switch off the mobile by holding the Power key for a few seconds.

2. After that press and push Volume Up and Power key until INFOCUS logo appears.

3. Then let go of Power button and if you see Andorid Robot release the Volume

Up key.

4. Click Volume Up + Power keys once.

5. Select "wipe data/factory reset" then "yes" by using Volume buttons to scroll down and accept that by using the Power key.

6. Finally choose "reboot system now" by using the Power button.
