First method:

1. First of all, switch off your device by holding down the Power key for a couple seconds.

2. In this step, hold down the Power key and the Volume Up button till you see the IPRO logo image.

3. Now you should be in the Recovery mode menu, scroll down by using Volume buttons and choose "wipe data/factory reset" by pushing the Power key.

4. From the next list choose "Yes" to con rm the operation.

5. When the Recovery menu will appear one more time you have to go down and choose "reboot system now".
