1. Introduction
The Hamlet Micro USB OTG to LAN adapter converts the Micro
USB port of your tablet or smartphone into an RJ-45 Fast Ethernet port. The adapter is compatible with Android devices equipped with a Micro USB OTG port and supports 10/100Mbps operation with automatic speed detection.

2. Installation
The Micro USB OTG to LAN adapter is recognized and installed automatically on mobile devices running Android operating system.
Please note that the micro USB port of the device must be compatible with the OTG specifications.
1. Connect the Ethernet adapter’s micro USB end to the micro
USB port of your tablet or smartphone.
2. Connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port of the adapter.
3. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to your local network or router.
4. To enable Ethernet interface, open the Settings menu, select
More… in the Wireless & networks section and tap on the
Ethernet item.
5. In the screen that appears, select Use Ethernet to enable the network interface.
N.B.
To enable Ethernet connection you must turn off the Wi-Fi interface.
If the connection is successful, the "Connected" message will appear under the Use Ethernet item and IP and MAC address of the device will be displayed under the respective items.
