Waldmann RLLQ 63 Gebrauchsanweisung
Waldmann RLLQ 63 is a magnifier luminaire with integrated LED lights. It is designed for use in dry and non-explosive environments and is suitable for mounting on normally flammable surfaces. The light can be switched on and off and dimmed via the sensor switch on the luminaire head. The flexible joint hose allows the luminaire head to be rotated into virtually any desired position, and the adjustable joints ensure that the luminaire remains in the desired position. The luminaire is maintenance-free and has an overheating protection feature.

Die Leuchte ist als bewegliche
Leuchte konzipiert.
! VORSICHT
Gefährdung durch herunterfallende Leuchte.
Bei nicht korrekt ausgeführter Befestigung kann die Leuchte kippen oder herunterfallen.
¾ Leuchte mit geeigneten Hilfsmitteln so an der gewählten
Befestungungsfläche montieren, dass ein Herunterfallen ausgeschlossen ist.
¾ Kabel so verlegen, dass dieses nicht beschädigt werden kann!
¾ Andere als die vom Hersteller vorgeschlagenen Befestigungen auf Zuverlässigkeit überprüfen!
Befestigungsteile
Die Leuchte wird mittels geeignetem Zubehör an der gewählten
Fläche montiert.
Zur Befestigung eignen sich u. a.
Tischklemme (siehe Fig. 12a),
Anschraubflansch (siehe Fig. 12b) oder Tischfuß (siehe Fig. 12c). Diese und weitere Adapterteile sind
über den Hersteller zu beziehen.

VORSICHT
Beschädigung durch falschen
Anschluss!
Ein ungeeignetes Betriebsgerät oder ein falscher Anschluss kann zur Zerstörung der Leuchte führen.
¾ Leuchte nur mit den vom Hersteller mitgelieferten Betriebsgeräten betreiben.
¾ Vor Inbetriebnahme überprüfen, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Leistungsschild angegebenen Nennspannung und Frequenz übereinstimmt.
Betriebsgerät
Die Leuchte wird standardmäßig mit Stecker-Netzteil (siehe Fig. 15) ausgeliefert.
Das Stecker-Netzteil kann an jeder
Schuko- oder Euro-Steckdose angeschlossen werden.
Zur Anpassung an das vorhandene
Steckersystem (z. B. für Verwendung in den USA) kann das Steckerteil [15.1] ausgetauscht werden.
Hinweis
Bei Bedarf werden der Leuchte zusätzliche Steckerteile (Fig. 16) beigelegt.

Über den Sensor-Schalter [2.4] am

Einschalten
Berühren Sie den Sensor für einen kurzen Moment -> die Leuchte schaltet ein (Einschaltwert ist letzter Dimmwert).
Ausschalten
Berühren Sie den Sensor erneut für einen kurzen Moment -> die
Leuchte schaltet aus.
Dimmen

Über den Sensor-Schalter [2.4] am
Leuchtenkopf [2.1] lässt sich die
Leuchte ein- und ausschalten bzw. stufenlos dimmen.
Dimmen
Berühren Sie den Sensor solange, bis die gewünschte Helligkeit erreicht ist.
Hinweis: Zur Umkehr der Dimmrichtung ist die Berührung des
Sensors kurz zu unterbrechen.
Überhitzungsschutz
Hinweis
Die Leuchte verfügt über einen
Überhitzungsschutz. Sollte die
Leuchte einmal wegen Überhitzungsgefahr ausschalten, muss die Leuchte zuerst abkühlen, bevor sie wieder in Betrieb genommen werden kann.

Der Leuchtenkopf [2.1] ist an einem flexiblen Gelenkschlauch
[2.2] befestigt. Damit läßt sich der
Leuchtenkopf paraktisch in jede gewünschte Position drehen.
VORSICHT
Beschädigung des Gelenkschlauches.
Knicke oder zu kleine Radien können den Gelenkschlauch beschädigen.
¾ Vermeiden Sie allzu kleine Radien oder das Abknicken des
Gelenkschlauches.
Einstellen der Gelenke

Je nach Ausführung verfügt die
Leuchte über eine unterschiedliche Anzahl von Gelenken (siehe
Fig. 25).
Die Gelenke sind einstellbar, ausgenommen das direkte Gelenk [2.3] am Leuchtenkopf [2.1].
Jedes Gelenk wird so eingestellt, dass die Leuchte einerseits leicht beweglich ist, andererseits aber das Gelenk in der gewünschten
Einstellung verharrt.

Falsch eingestellte Gelenke können zum Kippen der Leuchte führen!

The light has been designed as mobile light.

An unsuitable operating unit or a wrong connection can result in destroying the light.
¾ Operate the light with the operating units delivered by the manufacturer only.
¾ Before putting the light into operation, the user has to check whether the mains voltage is identical with the rated voltage and frequency specified on the rating plate.
Operating unit
As a standard feature, the luminaire is delivered with a plug-in power supply unit (see Fig. 15).
The plug-in power supply unit can be connected to any earthed or
Euro socket.
To adapt it to the existing connector system e. g. for use in the
US), the plug-in unit [15.1] can be exchanged.

Upon request, additional plug parts (Fig. 16) will be enclosed with the light.

Touch the sensor for a brief moment -> the light will be switched on (switch-on value is the last dim value).

Touch the sensor again for a brief moment -> the light will be switched off.

The light can be switched on and off or dimmed continuously via the sensor switch [2.4] on the light head [2.1].
Dimming
Touch the sensor until the desired brightness is obtained.
Note: To reverse the dimming direction, briefly interrupt touching the sensor.
Overheating protection
Note

In case the luminaire is switched off because of a risk of overheating, the luminaire must first be cooled down, before being put back into operation.

The light head [2.1] is mounted to a flexible articulated hose [2.2]. This allows the light head to be rotated into virtually any desired direction.
CAUTION
Damage to the articulated hose.
Bends or too small a radius can damage the articulated hose.
¾ Avoid too small a radius or bending the articulated hose.
Adjusting the articulation joints
See fig. 2 on page 3.
Depending on the design, the light is equipped with a different number of articulation joints (see fig. 25).
The articulation joints, except for the joint [2.3] directly on the light head [2.1], can be adjusted.
Each joint must be adjusted so that the light is - on the one hand - easily movable and - on the other hand - remains in the position adjusted by the user.
! CAUTION
Hazard to man and material caused when light tilts!
Articulation joints adjusted wrongly may cause the light to tilt!
¾ Adjust each articulation joint such that the adjustment cannot change by itself.

Maintenance and repair
General
The luminaire is maintenance-free.
Repairs must be carried out by the manufacturer only!
! WARNING
Danger due to electrical shock upon contact!
Maintenance or repair work carried out incorrectly may result in serious injuries or death.
¾ Maintenance and repair work to be carried out exclusively by the manufacturer!
¾ Disconnect the luminaire from the mains before carrying out any maintenance or repair work!
¾ Disconnect the damaged connecting cable immediately from the power supply and have it replaced by the manufacturer or by a qualified electrician.
¾ Only parts released by the manufacturer may be used as spare parts!

General
Cleaning the transparent cover regularly guarantees a higher light yield.
Before use, the magnifier should be cleaned with an antistatic cloth.

¾ Clean the luminaire parts with a cloth impregnated with a suitable household cleaning agent only!

Une fixation défectueuse peut engendrer un basculement ou une chute du luminaire.

Touchez de nouveau brièvement le capteur -> le luminaire s’éteint.

Un nettoyage régulier de la plaque de protection transparente assure un meilleur rendement lumineux.
Avant l'utilisation, il est recommandé de nettoyer la loupe avec un chiffon antistatique.

Elementi di fissaggio

Danni a causa di un collegamento errato!
L'impiego di un apparecchio di comando inappropriato o un collegamento errato può provocare gravi danni all´apparecchio.
¾ Usare l’apparecchio solo ed esclusivamente con gli apparecchi di comando forniti in dotazione dal costruttore.
¾ Controllare prima della messa in funzione se la tensione di rete corrisponde alla tensione nominale ed alla frequenza indicate sulla targhetta.

L’alimentatore a spina può essere collegato a qualsiasi presa con contatto a terra o presa europea.

Toccare il sensore per un breve momento -> l'apparecchio si accende (valore di accensione è ultimo valore di dimmerazione).

Toccare il sensore di nuovo per un breve momento -> l'apparecchio si spegne.

Per mezzo dell’sensore [2.4] sulla testa dell’apparecchio [2.1] è possibile accendere e spegnere o dimmerare in modo continuo.

Toccare il sensore finché non sia raggiunta la luminosità desiderata.
Nota: per invertire la direzione di dimmerazione, interrompere brevemente il contatto con il sensore.
Dispositivo antisurriscaldamento
Nota
L’apparecchio è dotata di un dispositivo antisurriscaldamento. Se l’apparecchio si dovesse spegnere per il rischio di surriscaldamento, è necessario che si raffreddi prima di riaccenderla.
